MustangDragon L Y Z Z A C I O U S` DB Quarter horses, most definately. <333 My baby Shay is a QH (though he might be an Appendix. we're not real sure. sweatdrop ). <4 I also like Morgans. Not the tiny ones, though- I like the big, stocky ones. x3 And I mean the old-fashioned ones, not the silly looking saddleseat ones. Those are the new kind. I don't like them as much. xP Yeah, they are ruining that breed. sad But actually, Figure (Justin Morgan's stallion) was 14.2 I think. The true Morgan is a short horse, but stocky like you said. They are not tall. They are also part of the foundation blood of the Quarter Horse, as is the mustang and the TB. I'm sure they sneaked in some Saddlebred blood and falsisfied the stud records to get those slender, saddleseat Morgans. That's a shame. I ridden the shorter, stockier morgans and then a couple taller morgans that were stocky as well- but only one that was over 15.3hh, and he's 16.3hh (two hands taller than the other morgan that is currently at my barn, and they're cousins, and the breeder they're from breeds the smaller ones. He's a defect. xd ), and there was this gorgeous gray morgan mare who used to be boarded with us, I think she was like 15hh. 3nodding But even the ones that are 14.2hh can look pretty huge. XD Our morgan pony at the barn is only 14.2 but he looks BIG because he's so stocky, and he stays lookin' pretty big even when somebody taller like me rides him and their feet almost reach his knees. XD
I really don't like Saddlebreds in the first place, so to breed them with Morgans... Yik. D:
@Cherry Shay's doing fine, we put the medicine (sulfer powder+mineral oil) on his legs last night because I managed to get all of the scabs from his mud fever/scratches off, and he should be good to go now, so I don't have to go out every day just to scrub at scabs anymore. XD

XD Cool and wow they still ook tal for their size and those Morgans sound like Morabs, Wow thats cool on the ponie's size and I like Seddlebreds cuz the way they walk in a show and I heard they were bred with Morgans and Thoroughbreds to produce a high spirited and strong horse, Thats good that Shay is doing good, and never heard of that medicine, scabs from mud fever and scratches? are the scabs bad for a horse? o.o

what can i say? they are all so beautiful and worthy of being adored as a favorite, but i suppose i like arabians and mustangs, gypsy vanner horses, clydesdales, adnalusians, paints, lippizanners(sp?) the best, i prefer bigger horses, about 15 hh especially for riding..i rode this one horse once i think who's name was Buck, his tail was long and as he swished it around he would sometimes hit my calves and it felt like a whip! he decided it would be easier to run up a hill, and then i realized what a shaken baby must feel like

(it seems kindof odd to me, at least)now i'm kindof afraid to let a horse run..i hate being scared of it..riding a horse at a walk was never much fun to me..i want to fly, not just glide on gentle breezes, i've never really ridden a horse..i dont really consider being on their backs while they walk riding..i wanna feel their footsteps and their bounds and every breath they take..and i want the air that blows between their ears and through their mane to hit me.. sweatdrop i'm very passionate about horses if you cant tell xp

I like all breeds in general, but I LOOOVE Thoroughbreds. Well, I pretty much love horseracing, but even if I didn't, they would still be my favorite breed.
