I'm not advanced like most of you, but I do have a degree of psionics... >.< I'm just really interested in this stuff. Heh.

I'm sure I taught myself to sense when people are coming in my 'area', yeah. And I can be empathic, but really it depends... is that usual? xd

Oh, and I can tell when my mum and her partner are having a spat, during their engagement party, after my mum's partner had a few drinks, they started fighting, and he was a bit angry at me for something... I was listening to music too, I just felt a nagging in my mind that they were fighting, and another nagging feeling when they mentioned me. x.x;

Oh, and my friend and I sometimes read each other's thoughts. Heh. Completely unintentional, we're just like sisters, really. xd We make a joke out of it! Like when she says what I was thinking, I get fake-angry and ask her to stop reading my thoughts... and vice-versa. X3

*sighs* Sorry. But yeah, I'm glad I have a few abilities, I just have to get motivated to learn other stuffs.

... And duh, I feel deja-vu often, too often. But that's normal, it's like I could feel it happened before... either that or my clairvoyancy is untapped. >.<

[Edit:] Another one I think I have is energy giving/taking. >.< I felt a bit exhausted a few hours a go, and placed my left hand on my laptop, and half-concentrated on gathering energy to make me feel better. And I do feel better! biggrin

But maybe it's just taking and not giving. 'M not sure...

I have been called a empath before because I seem to fell the emotions of this one person in my class. She's very emotional (and no she's not a emo) and I can really feel how she feels sometimes. (example's: Sad, Happy, and Forgiveness. Stuff like that.)

Sometimes I ask her whats she's feeling to make sure I'm right.

I can see Auras and sometimes the seven chakras. I'm not really up-to-speed on the colour-coding to be able to read Auras, bt at least I can readily see them.

All experimentation with telepathy have seemed to fail. However, I appear to have the ability to sense emotions without looking at someone's facial expressions or having them tell me. This is empathy.

I once experimented with telekinesis and was able to move a pendulum, but barely. I need to work more at it, I suppose.

My intuition occaisionally takes a step forward and I can see a near-future event coming before it happens, but never further than a few minutes in advance.

[edit:] Also, there is that resonant sensation when someone is approaching and/or is watching you.... I get that alot.

Me too. I can smell different people and rain in the air. Its hard to describe, spring rain smells like, hmm, like cold damp earth and faint flowers. Its REALLY hard to describe something that I smell! I think that I have some sort of sense for the wheather and people that I dont know how to use properly yet so I just use my sense of smell. My dad has a good sense of smell too but he said it was nowhere near as advanced as mine. Suggestions?

Unfortunately, I don't know a whole lot about this type of thing. But, after reading all the posts here I feel as if I'm not crazy after all. sweatdrop

My first experience with psychic abilities was when I was about 11. I started to experiment with predicting when we would have a snowday (I hated school. Heh. whee ). Needless to say, I was correct more often than not. I think that my ability was very strong then, but within the past year or two (I'm almost 16 now), it has weakened. I'd like to try and get it back to were it was, or even stronger.

Also, I read the thing on SLIders, and I think that I could possibly have that ability as well, or I can give and take energy. I'm not sure which one. While using the microwave, I've blown more fuses than anyone in my family, and I don't use it half as much as everyone else in the house. While walking, when I get close to the streetlights that are dimmer, they go out. When I walk away, they come back on. Also, when I'm at my computer for long periods of time, it restarts and I'm positive that I did not touch the restart button or anything that could cause it to do so. If anyone could help explain these things to me, would you? Please? I really need help with this. Thanks. (:

EDIT: I tried the energy through the left hand and out through the right hand thing, and it seems like when I put my left hand on my tower, I feel more awake (Insomniac). When I put my right hand on it, I feel tired again.

I'm an empath.
I can feel people's emotions it's acctualy pretty cool.
I can tell when people are lying or not and when people want me to leave or if a certain person doesnt like me.
However I just discovered this and so I'm still trying to devlop it.

I have an extremely acute sense of smell as well. I can't suggest anything but to plug your nose when you catch a whiff of a skunk while on the road, and when people ask what the you're doing, laugh and say "oh, you'll see soon enough."

I can predict the rain days ahead, when the sky is clear and blue. The moisture blows off far and wide, like a salty ocean breeze. The rain, to me, is one of the most distinctive scents out there, besides freshly baked cookies, of course :]

I don't suggest honing your sense of smell with people. I tried that and going into a large public place can become very overwhelming. It's nice when I'm alone with my boyfriend, though. The natural smell of people can beat the s**t out of any over-marketed cologne or perfume. I wish I could bottle it away and give it a name.
