With narrowed eyes, Sasuke watched as Kakashi passed by him. His usual frown changed into a small smirk as he followed his teacher, walking beside him. "He knew I would follow.." Kakashi always was the one who seemed to know him the most.. sometimes, or maybe a lot.. he wasn't exactly keeping track.
At hearing the elder's question, he closed his eyes in frustration, the smirk disappearing. Damn that accursed dance. Was that all anyone could think about?
"I have no desire to go, so what do you think?" he questioned bitingly.
He opened his eyes and turned his head to glare at the man. "Get to the point."

Kakashi glanced at the boy walking to the side of him. He was indeed correct; Sasuke followed him.
Kakashi wasn't taken aback by Sasuke's answer to his question, either. He expected just as much. Anyone who had been around the boy for more than five minutes knew that he wasn't a social one...and to Kakashi, that was quite dissapointed. Sakura and Naruto were outgoing people, and he almost pitiefd Sasuke for being somewhat of an 'outcast'. He was fully aware that Sasuke chose to not be social, but Kakashi had a feeling that somewhere deep inside of the boy, he really did want to be social like his teammates.
But it was only a feeling.
"The point, Sasuke, is that I think you really should go. I'm not saying you need to actually like your date, but you could really be missing out of something fun."
He continued walking and tucked his hands in his pockets. His fingers were getting a bit cold.
He was looking straight ahaid at the path ahead of him as he contines talking.
"All I'm saying is that you should at least TRY this out. The rest of your team is going to be there. I'm chaperoning. Naruto's going to ask someone to the dance as well," he spoke as casually as ever.
"I saw Sakura turn down three guys today, too. She's most likely going to find a date and attend as well. You probably don't care, but I'm sure that Naruto and Sakur awould appreciate it if you went. That's all."

His brows knitted together for a moment, as if he were contemplating actually going to the gathering, and he turned his head to stare ahead. In the past, there had been times when he had been with Sakura and Naruto, and had actually had 'fun'.. but it wasn't often, it didn't involve other people, and it had nothing to do with a holiday that revolved around love.
At least Kakashi wasn't laying the guilt trip on him.. yet. How he detested the 'After what you did to them, the least you could do is go to that dance!' argument. He did what he had to do. Like hell he was going to regret it.
He sighed. "Great." He had just succeeded in putting the guilt trip on himself.
"Even if I was planning on going.. going with someone I didn't like would keep me from.. enjoying myself." He almost cringed when he said those words.
What could be fun about a dance? The Uchiha was really having a hard time trying to figure this out. Sure, he was a.. relatively decent dancer, but the thought of there being a crowd there kind of put a damper on everything.
In a low voice, he mumbled, "..Who would you recommend I ask?" He already had a good idea, but.. well, yeah. And as a cover up he quickly added, "You know, in case I change my mind and decide to go to this stupid thing."

Kakashi grinned. Sasuke was making this too easy. It was obvious that the Uchiha was planning on attending the dance, and Kakashi was glad. He would feel bad if practically everyone in Konoha was haivng fun at a dance, and Sasuke was sitting home with nothing to do.
"I'm not the one to tell you who to ask, but I'd say that if you wanted to go, you could ask Sakura."
The mask jounin had answered honestly. He knew that Sasuke probably needed...no, he DID need...advice on this kind of thing. And of course, being the awesome teacher he was, he was going to give the Uchiha that advice.
"I say Sakura, because you know her more than anyone else, and she knows you better than other girls. She's definitely not a fangirl, and that's what you want to avoid, right?"
That last statement wasn't really a question...Kakashi was pretty sure that the Uchiha's worry was about the fangirls.

He cocked his head to give the man a suspicious look. He could understand his reasoning for saying Sakura, and had already been considering her himself, but he honestly thought she was over him. Then again.. he wasn't around her all that much, and he had been gone for so long.. he had no clue how she felt.
But they could just go as friends, right? That's what they were; friends. Nobody said a romantic interest had to be involved between you and your 'date', just that.. you had to bring a date in order to be let in.
Kakashi did have a point, though. Sakura was not a fan-girl, and was closer to him than any other female could ever hope to be..
"..Right." He stared down at the snow covered ground.
If he happened to ask her, would she say yes? Or would she turn him down and decide to go with someone else, which was probably what he deserved?
Of course this was all one big 'if'; it was still a pending decision in his mind.

Kakashi merely nodded as the Uchiha's short reply. He could only hope that the boy would really consider his advice. Though he knew Sasuke pretty well (more than most people, actually), he couldn't read his mind, and he had no clue whether or not the boy would actually go through with it.
Kakashi turned his head to the side to look at Sasuke.
"I warn you Sasuke. I figure that for you, it's an 'iffy' decision, but this year, Sakura's pretty popular. If you do want to take her to the dance, then you might want to ask her very soon."
He didn't let his gaze off of Sasuke; he wanted to make sure that Sasuke understood that his time on this decision was limited.
"I don't know if you noticed this or not, but Sakura's got a fan club her own these days. Certainly if she hasn't gotten countless offers to the dance already, she will be getting them soon."

Sakura shrugged, not having given a second thought about Sasuke since before. "Well.." She said, and put her gaze back on Naruto and Hinata, giving a small smirk when she saw Naruto's total clueness when Hinata fainted.
"He'd probably be training.. like usual." She said, with a mocking grin while Naruto had no idea what to do. It was pretty obvious when you've been around medical business for a few years.
Naruto stared at Hinata's figure in his arms. What the heck happened?
Being the totally clue-less idiot he was, he looked around for any familliar people. His eyes shone, and he waved his free hand. "Hey! Kakashi-sensai! Sasuke-b*****d! Come here!" He yelled, seeing his two most favourite people walking their way down the street.

The sound of the footsteps in the snow could be heard even more now. He sighed and looked ahead. He was about a block away from TenTen's house now, "I wonder what has been going on..."
He watched as some snow fell from a tree, and on to the ground. He sighed and continted on. The snow was starting to fall heavier now, and the wind was blewing harder. He began to feel a little chilly, but it was no problem to him. He was used to being in the cold. He sighed and continuted walking. He had made it to TenTen's house about three minutes before he was planning to return. He carefully walked up her steps. There was ice that was starting to form on them. He noticed that no foot prints had been made from the snow, and thus figured that they weren't there, but he still walked to her door and knocked.
Knock...Knock...Knock...
He waited for about 20 seconds, and still there was no answer, "I guess they are still out." He then went to walk back down the stairs when he decided, that he could take the ice off of her steps. He didn't want somethign terrible to happen to anyone espically Sakura or TenTen.
If they were to walk up and slip and fall. The worst could happen. Broken bones, and scraties. No...he certianly didn't want that to happen.
He walked over to a near by tree, some of its branches had broken off by now, and he picked one up. It was a desent size not to big, but not to small either. It was thick, but not to thick. He sighed and walked back over to his teamates steps. He then took the stick, and it its pointer end began stabbing it into the ice.
The ice wasn't that strong concidering that it was just starting to form, and thus it didn't take a whole lot of stregth to break it. Pieces of ice were flying everywhere, but in about 10 minutes time Lee had finished getting rid of all the ice on the steps, and towards the doorway. He wiped his forehead, "There...all done and safe..."
Looking out into the distance he sighed. He had no intensions of going anywhere else. There was the chance now that he could train, but he didn't want to have Sakura and TenTen wait for him if he was to be gone when they returned. So, he sat down on the porch and waited for them. By this time the wind blew harder, but once again the cold was not going to get the best of Lee. NO...not today.

Sasuke scoffed. "Tch." If she wanted to go to the dance with some other guy, who was he to stop her? That just meant no dance for him, and he was perfectly fine with that.
.. But since when had Sakura become 'popular' with the guys? Not like he cared.. he was simply a bit curious.
And didn't Kakashi know these things can't be rushed? Especially when it came to someone like him. He had learned not to blindly rush into things, and that included asking his teammate to be his 'date.' Just how would he ask her, anyway? Maybe he shouldn't ask at all, but demand..
..
No.. telling her to go with him would undoubtedly put him on her bad side, and he had seen what became of those who got on Sakura's bad side.. He wanted to stay away from witnessing her monstrous strength first-hand, thank you very much.
"Hey! Kakashi-sensai! Sasuke-b*****d! Come here!"
"And to make a great day even greater.."
Sasuke lifted his head to see Naruto not too far ahead of them. "..Idiot," he remarked, seeing the unconscious girl in the blond's arms. He came to a stop next to his friend and stared down at the lifeless girl. "Just what did you do?"

Tenten was a bit worried when Hinata fainted. She quickly looked at Sakura. Sakura was a medic, and if it was serious, then Sakura would have gotten up and headed outside.
However, Sakura was grinning, so she assumed that it would be okay, and looked back out of the window.
"Here's your orders. Enjoy."
Tenten turned to the waiter and smiled.
"Arigatou!"
She quietly squealed at the sight of the cupcake, and the warm glass of milk. She took a small bite, and almost dropped the pastry. DAMN. It wasn't good...it was AMAZING. Tenten made a mental note to get some chocolates from the counter to get her teammates.
She put down the cupcake, and grabbed her glass of milk. Before she could drink it, however, she saw two familiar faces walking up to Naruto and Hinata.
"Sakura, isn't that Sasuke and Kakashi-san?"
---
Kakashi let the Uchiha make of his advice whatever he wanted, and continued his walk. However, the sound of a familiar voice drove his attention away from the winter's day.
He walked with Sasuke to the blonde and Hinata, and looked down at the unconcious girl.
Poor thing.
Kakashi sighed. "Just bring her inside, Naruto, so she can warm up until she wakes up."
He looked around, and noticed a small cafe. He was sure it'd be warm, and maybe the scent of coffee would wake the girl.
He tilted his head toward the coffee shop. "Let's bring her in there."

Sakura, who already thanked the waiter and taken a bite of her coconut cake. (Which it was DELICIOUS!) and stirred her tea quietly. "Hai. That's them.." She whispered, a little scared that Kakashi had pointed to the small Cafe where her and Tenten were located.
"Please dont say they saw us. Oh please, oh please, oh please!" She thought in her head, still stirring her tea and bent her head downwards when she saw Naruto, Kakashi-sensei, and Sasuke walking towards the cafe doors.
It was pretty funny. She actually wanted to be swallowed up into her own little world and not have to worry about the trio.. and Hinata, coming towards them.
Taking a zip of her tea, she looked up to meet Tenten's eyes. Mentally hoping that her emerald-hues were saying. "Oh god, kill me now."
Naruto, who glared at Sasuke's remark and almost ready to snap back a response, Kakashi spoke.
Glancing to the cafe, he nodded his head and picked up Hinata with his two arms. Swiftly, he made his way inside. Careful though, not to bump Hinata into anything.

Sasuke hesitantly followed the two inside. It looked so.. nice and cozy.. and when he got inside it smelled nice. It was definitely not a place he would normally be spending his free time in.
He looked around the interior, avoiding the waiters' eyes seeing as how he didn't want to order anything. He wasn't even sure why he had come inside. He could have been on his way.. then again, where could he have gone? A hoard of fan-girls were undoubtedly waiting outside his apartment, and.. well, there was nowhere else, really.
The boy was about to turn back to the people he entered with when his eyes caught sight of a very familiar color. "Sakura?" he mentally questioned, tilting his head a little to get a better look at her. Who else could it have been? No one had hair like that.
But he turned away, deciding against making any sort of contact with her at the moment.

Kakashi sat down one saide of the booth, opposite of where they had sat the unconcious Hyuuga so wait for her to wake up.
He quietly surveyed the small cafe. It was a cheery place; perfect for those who needed a break from the cold weather.
He had already decided that Hinata's condition wasn't serious, so he decided to wait it out.
Suddenly, he saw the brunnete from Gai's team coming towards them. His mask crinkled to a smile, and her lifted his hand in greeting.
"Hello, Tenten."
Looking around, he noticed pink hair, and realized that his third student was also at the cafe.
"Yo, Sakura!" he called, waving a hand to her as well.
Tenten smiled when Sakura gave her the 'kill-me-now-' look. She simply shrugged and whispered, "We'll see what happens, I guess!"
When the group walked in with Hinata, Tenten quickly stood up, politely saying "Excuse me." as she left the table. She found the waiter, and asked for a warm cup of hot chocolate. When the drink was served, she took it to the table where Hinata was, and placed it in front of the girl. She smiled when Hinata began to stur.
Hearing Kakashi's greetings, she waved.
"Hiya, Kakashi-san. Hello, Sasuke, Naruto!"
She also wanted to greet Hinata, but the girl seemed to still be half-out, so she waited patiently for the girl to wake up.

Yamanaka Ino…She was known to be quite a bossy one. Especially towards her teammates, and Haruno Sakura. Though things seemed to have changed, but not to much really. Though Sasuke returning and all…it really made her happy. That could mean, that she could ask him to the dance. Though if billboard brow got to him first then there was going to be some competition. She was never going to just let Sakura take what she believed should be hers. After all, Sasuke had to like her right?
Though there was one problem…She hadn’t seen the handsome looking boy for a while. That made her angry. She was going to find him one way or another, and go to the dance with him before Ms. Forehead had a chance.
Thinking about Sakura made her wonder what she was up to. Thinking of how she had already gotten her dress just about a couple days after Tsunade-sama had announced about the Valentine’s dance. She laughed a little thinking of how she was already ready, and Sakura was probably not even the slightest bit ready. Oh well…if she was going to wait till the last minute to get a date with Sasuke-kun, then it was even more of her chance to ask him now. Then again what if she was already going with the Uchiha boy? Then that would leave Ino to be the one who waited till the last minute. Arggg…she gave a deep sigh and collected herself. Well…she just had to find Sasuke, and find out what was going on.
“Hello…”
Ino came back to Earth, “Huh? Oh hello…” There was a costumer at the Flower Shop. She was going to go take a stroll around the village, and hey it was time that she could go, “Hold on! Mom, I am going out now there is a costumer here.” She then took off her apron, and hung it on a hook by the door. She then walked out of the flower shop, and headed toward the main district.
She then thought of how her team was doing at getting a date. Knowing Shikamaru he was probably not even caring about the dance, and lying down watching the clouds go by. Then Choji would be to busy stuffing his face with chips and barbecue, that he would not take the time to ask someone. Thinking of Shikamaru made her heart beat a bit faster. Why? It wasn’t like Shikamaru was anything like Sasuke. Sasuke wasn’t a lazy bum like her genius teammate, but somehow she had developed some small feelings towards him. Probally because he was a teammate, and they were just feelings of friendship amongst the members of her team. She sighed and pushed it off.
She then walked to a near by coffee shop to get something to eat, and who should she see, but Sakura. Then there was TenTen. She gave a smile at TenTen and Sakura, “So what’s up forehead?” She was just messing around with Sakura this time. She was meaning no harm in the words that she was saying to her. She glaced over at TenTen, “Hey there?"
She then looked over only to notice that the Uchiha boy had made his way into the coffee shop. Her eyes lit up. This was her chance to get Sasuke, but then again what if he was already going with Sakura? Uggg...She had to make up her mind. She wouldn't just let Sakura take Sasuke, but then again...What about her teammates? Like she thought before Shikamaru and Choji probally had no chance of finding anybody to go to the dance with. She then sat down at the table with Sakura and TenTen, and waited for Sasuke to come over to them. Then again like that would ever happen...
She noticed that Hinata was there half out of it, "What happened to her?" She said pointing to the Blue-haired friend of theres. She gave a deep sigh and waited for an answer.
((Ok...I hope this was alright for my first time being Ino. Also, I am a major InoShika fan. I hope we can get someone to be Shikamaru...))
