Reno adjusted his goggles slightly, feeling a bit disoriented. He sighed, stepping out of the elevator once more, and began walking alongside Mirage. But he stopped, for just a moment, to wait for Rude.
"What is it with you and those god awful noises?" Reno asked Mirage, tilting his head back and turning it just slightly, so he could take a good look at her.
She sounded like a god damn dog sometimes. He'd never heard anybody yelp like that. Ever. Not even during his 'reproductive ritual', as Rude called it. It was every time she pulled on that collar or every time her phone vibrated.
Reno was...pretty much dumb founded.

"You know," Mirage muttered from the mere corners of her mouth in rejoinder, "It's not just that I'm happy to see you. As it turns out, I really do have a gun in my pocket. You'd do well to remember that...sir." So saying, she cheerily extended her middle finger and presented it to him in just as cheery a fashion. "Love you!" She cast over her shoulder.
And then, shaking her head, "It's not as if I make them all the time," she added. "At least I don't scream like a girl when frightened. Word on the street is...you do." It was foolish, the bickering. And yet, it brought a smile to her lips. It was much the way siblings behaved towards each other. And it suited her well.

Rude caught up to Reno and Mirage briskly, and rolled his eyes at Reno's question. The gesture, of course, was hidden behind obsidian sunglasses, but it was the thought that counted. Reno had never been one for... how should it be said... tactfulness of any kind.
Not that Reno couldn't be crafty and subtle, if he pleased. But on a normal basis, the concept didn't appeal to him. This led, of course, to some very awkard questions.
...
Very awkward.
With a grudging sigh, Rude realized their proximity to Boss's office. Leaving the cafeteria, it had been easy to be flippiant, regarding Rufus's imminent reaction, but...
Rude had never actually been frightened of the sight of Rufus's door, before now. Turning to await the arrival of the other two, so that they could make sure their story was straight before entering, Rude adjusted his sunglasses stoically.
"Sooner is better," he reminded himself quietly. "Sooner is better..."

Reno growled, shaking his fists after her retreating form. He just asked a simple question...
...
What was the point of bitching about it now? He let out an inward sigh, rubbing the side of his head with one hand. He closed his eyes for a moment, thinking this, and then opened them once more as he continued at Rude's side. It was then that he heard Rude whispering to himself... And this gave way to snickering.
He had suggested they see the boss, but he was getting worried? This was new.
...
Reno did not scream like a girl... I do not! He grumbled quietly to himself, although he should have just let it go.
Which he eventually did, after a moment or so of walking.
[Where's the next post gonna be? o_O]

[Am I going to have to make a not so gentle reminder about aforementioned gun in the pocket? And they do not know this...although they're about to discover it. At which point Mirage probably will shoot Reno and take off. Only kidding on that last bit.
But sure. Do whatever. Ugh? Logical thing to do would be to post in ze office. Even though he's not there.]

[XD Reno is just pissy. They get to see Bossy (or so they think! HAH!) And...Reno gets pretty pissed with whatever insult that gets thrown at him. o_O; I think.

[Er...well. Reno and Rude and Mirage are currently in Tseng's office. Mirage is going to take off and try to murder Mao's character (and probably fail horribly)...but if you want some interaction, ask Estellie if she would be willing to have your character met Reno and Rude.]
