Your honor, this is clearly just a ploy to degrade the veracity of this court! In a civil case, it is my duty to provide evidence that provides the possibility of the defense commiting the crime of which he is accused of! This pictures show that not only is he capable, but that the defense counsel himself was involved in the dealings.

Your honor, I think that there should be an objection to the defense! This evidence of these picture are 'irrifutile'. That IS proof that the the defense is CAPIBLE of the crime. If you'll yurn back a few pages of this chat you will see the....erm..proof! I am siding with Lawyer Opaaru.

Your Honor! I object to this flagrant statment claiming that the defense would in any way attack the courts veracity! Defence requests that the relevence of this evidence to the crime be thouroughly explored before being allowed as part of the case. The claim of "Irrefutable" is obviously exaggerated! Furthermore your honor, Defense requests that any additional counsel that might be brought into this case be done through the correct channels with ample time for the defense to have its legally given interaction with the prosecution counsel. Also, Defense would like to note that the defense counsel is not on trial here and thus any reference to the defense counsel in committing any crime should be put into formal charges, or left out of this court room!

Defense would also like to point out that proper protocoll for accusation would require a court summons for the defense attorney, and would be a completely different case under the circumstances. If this is a formal charge on the defense attorney, defense requests the proper actions be taken, and this trial put on hold until defense counsel knows whether or not it will be allowed to defend the defendant regardless of its own defense neccessities.
If I have to...Ill get a warrant for your mind and extract the information...

And if we wanted to look into the meaning of illegal/cheating and all that you would surely find that is simply not true. In many such instances the eidnce itself seems to point one wy or another int he trial..but the end result from the impartial jury is opposeite..possibly because of the inadmissable evidence. The prosecution is trying to streamroll this evidence in despite the fact the the defense strongly belives it should be stricken. This has no bearing on my client or myself in the terms the prosecution is insinuating, stating that we are the only one who ever have evidence stricken for whatever reasons the prosecution chooses to give! Also, let the record show that if there is a formal charge of any kind against the defense...it has every impairing capablitiy on these proceedings because the defense will have to choose words in order to not allow them to be twisted in his own trial. Move for dismissal of allegations against either my client r defense counsel in order for whichever trial is continued, to be fair!
