Even though it will be hard and difficult to manage...
I say they SHOULD have an anime. I mean... they already have the manga out and it is SOOO awesome! ^^ To bad its not for sale here in the States...
And, yah. If it were to be any good, it would have to be the non cut Japanese version, very much so hard-core translated into some understandable in text format to keep quality...

There is already a GS manga. It's Japan only and is out of print now so its very rare... you can find translated scans on Golden Sun Realm...

I would love an anime, but it would be difficult to make on that everyone would like. Everyone has a different take on the characters and their personalities and interactions. I would watch it anyway, though.

You know what... Too bad we can't exactly make an anime ourselves (and keep it for fun and not for commercial use so laywers cant touch us) and do stuff like that. Crap, flash movies would be really nice to do...
Anyways...
Yah, there would be BIG issues to contend to a GS anime.
