Use your feelings to interpret this first before I tell you my interpretation to your question. The Star is a Major Arcana Card, so not only will it show some answers on your question but your life as well. The star represents fame, success, and recognition. As for my interpretation of this card to your question, your on the right path that will bring you. Your own personal success and fortune, as you wished for it to be.
Secondly, you ask Will I find someone special soon? The card I drew out seems like a negative card to draw, but it isn't all that negative. The Tower usually represents a Change of residence. This card doesn't give me any insights on finding your special someone. But in my opinion maybe when you move or change houses is maybe when that special someone will come.
