I just finished reading all of CCS today (my brother got it from the net and put it on the pc) I started reading it yesterday and was up.. untill 3am... uhh, anyways sweatdrop I had a few CCS mangas (definetly had the one with the play, I sought it out and bought it when i first headr about it, it still makes me hanyan) and I had of course scene a good portion of the show (most of the cut up US eps and the begining and end of the japanese eps) and I've scene the movies - but I had never read the manga all the way through before.
Ilike it more than the anime, but the 2nd movie still holds a special place in my fangirl heart heart 4laugh heart

i didnt like the anime, but i have respect for it.
cuz, if it werent for the anime, the person who introduced me to it wouldnt have liked it and bought the mangas. if she hadnt, then i never would have read it. if it werent for that, i woundnt have ever liked it. if it werent for that...okay, you get the picture right? im thankful for the anime.

I really quite like the anime! Not the American one, that one is terrible, but the complete Japanese series is gorgeous and fun. I love the songs, and the animation is really, suprisingly high quality. heart

kimi d a k e SakuraTenshi kimi d a k e SakuraTenshi Yeah, there were special boxes collecters boxes made in Japan but someone once said they didn't have Kero's Corner. It's just this little extra. Which gives makes me want to finish collecting the series with the pioneer DVDs. As for that takoyaki, its a octopus bit in some batter that's deep fried. (I think...) But that was such a great clip.. xd yeah i knew what tako-yaki was... i was thinking that the person asking wouldnt know. wow... i think i wanna buy the special edition then ^^... i hope it doesnt require a special region dvd player sweatdrop ... cuz then i couldn't watch them >_< i guess i wouldnt want to if they are special edition, and i have all the other dvds anyways... hehe. were they really expensive? Well, I think the really only special thing was the box... But then again, Japanese stuff is much more expensive (the hardcover Tsubasa books are $16 if you order them online, which I will do wink ) and DVDs are about $30 a piece. >_<.... as for manga though, the japanese manga is MUCH cheaper than here... at least where i get them ^^ the downside is of course its all in japanese, but i prefer it that way ^^ you can also find the special editions of ccs, as well as tsubasa... of course the hardcover will be more expensive XD the chinese one is only about 2 dollars! did you get that? 2 DOLLARS!!! thats really cheap compared to our price...11 dollors.... oh well. its worth it, right? but ccs got me into manga(including tsubasa), i have to pick ccs.
otherwise, i wouldve never liked tsubasa.
in that time. i didnt like manga...so yeah. i owe it to ccs.

i think my favorite character from the ORIGINAL series (not that trc is a sequal *god forbid* or anything) is Kero! he's so kawaii! and my favorite scene is when syaoran first sees sakura in class and he's staring at her, all grumpy-like. so kawaii!! ^.^

I love them both, they are amazing stories.
Characters though, I love Fai from Tsubasa and I think that my favorite character from CardCaptors would have to be Syaoran...He was so kawaii in CCS

they both seem really good! i haven't seen TRC yet in anime yet, but i've downloaded a couple anime music videos on it and i gotta tell u it seems wicked! card captor sakura is one of my favourite anime shows, i never missed an episode and must have woke at 4:00am just to watch the reruns. I must have watch the same episode 4 times and i never get sick of it! I can't wait till TRC airs in North America! i'm sure im gunna love it as much as the original series! 3nodding
