Last night I just realized (although I knew) how out of shape I really am...so today I shall truly start my health kick. I have until June before I see my Dadders again and I can't let him see me this bad or anywhere close...my heart hurts thinking about it.
Thanks...sorry I went weirdo haha I really don't get what is wrong with my fingers though. Now that I know they are reddish they feel a bit itchy. If it's an allergic reaction than it should go away at some point. I have cream somewhere. I might put that on after my shower.

We can get healthy together (sorta). You've got two months to do it in. That's plenty of time to get in a way you feel better about yourself. Your Dadders will love you no matter how your health is. That's what Dads are for. whee
Sounds like a good plan to me.

Yea I know he will...but this kind of thing is uber important to him and I would think me but lately I haven't been caring sooo that's weird. Anyway, I don't feel like going into the details. BUT I have a silly plan that I was gonna do anyway. You see I got 8 cadbury creme eggs from Gammie (dads mom) and so after a week of being healthy the whole time I shall reward myself with one. I was already planning on savoring them over a month or two anyway but now they have extra purpose. haha
Do you have a plan?
The thing that I am worried about is my asthma...since I am out of shape...doing more simple things are tiring sooo I think it makes it harder to burn off fat because only my lungs are getting tired...so annoying. I mean I can't keep taking my emergancy inhaler just to exercise like a normal person. Pfft. That's why a month or two is probably not enough. Not to mention the fact that my body tends to change slowly soooo yea. But maybe things will be slightly different since things are so out of control and done talking about it. hah

That sounds great. It means you're not missing out on being Eastery and you get to enjoy it for longer.
Oh... it's a weird saying, "sounds like a plan"... as in it sounds like you've got a good plan for what to do with the redness. Sorry. I say weird things.
I'm sure he'll understand you've been a bit more relaxed about it because of school stress. Hey, at least you're prepared to get back on track. I hope he'll be happy that you were able to pick up on it.

Oh, I have to lose another 5kg. It's this last 5 that's being a pain in the butt. I've been on a diabetic diet for about a year now. I go for long swims (I can't do that now that it's moving into winter), brisk walk for at least 1/2 an hour and floor exercises focussing on the abs. Is that what you meant?

Oh that's cool...
I love swimming!
I tend to work out better when someone is watching me...like if I have penalties or something. Unless its fun sports stuff haha

Me too. There's a lake near me I swim with a friend at. I used to get puffed after about 150 meters but now I can swim across the width and back, which is about 3km.
I get all self conscious with people around so I exercise when the others are out or my brother's in bed. Fun sports are great. I love hockey and about a month ago I found out there's a Quidditch league in our closest capital city. ^.^ I wanna be the snitch. What sports are you into?

Oh swimming in a lake is awesome! Every time I went to my Ex's house on the lake we would go to this little cove and I would jump in and swim to the other side and come back. He loved watching how happy I was to do such a thing. He said I always looked blissful or whatever.
Oh yea I don't like people watching me either...get all weirdo about it haha
Oh yea they have the Q game around here...*was being lazy* I never played hockey but I would probably like it. In general I like tons of sports. Lacrosse, american football, soccer, raquet ball, and that's enough to mention for now I guess. haha

He sounds sweet. That would have been heaps of fun having your own private swimming hole.
Watchers are creepy. I just don't do it while people are around. I probably should do it around my bro and sis in case it inspires them. I mean, they're at a high risk of diabetes.
Wow, the only one of those I've ever played in soccer. You've played some awesome sports.

Yea he is...
I will swim regardless of the people BUT I won't normally do the real strokes when people are around even if I know them. haha
I only played soccer when I was six so I want to get back into it some. Oh I can list more I played... Volleyball, dance, gymnastics, swimming, softball, Tae Kwon Do... I am trying to think of the ones I was actually on a team for or something. I mean I played American football with the neighborhood kids among other things. And raquet ball was randomly played.
Oh on a different note...I think I am allergic to shellfish now.

Oh, I can swim with people around but not do floor exercises.
*jaw drop* Noice. They do a fair bit in school P.E. but nothing as cool as Tae Kwon Do.

I actually never trying the water dancing thing...or whatever its called. haha It looks neat though.
Ah well in school...I don't remember playing much. I think I "played" tennis once and dodgeball a lot. Mostly I remember track stuff and baseball I guess....weight lifting oh and basketball. I don't know...I guess gym class was fairly boring for me if I don't remember it much.
Sooo off topic haha Oh I started fixing up my guild...yay

I mean I am okay swimming with others around but I won't do floor exercises (like in the loungeroom) with others around.
Never played dodgeball. I have played poison ball, which is similar.
Noice. Er, linky?
