Kurosaki stood as he had finished making some new items that would be able to test everyone's force abilities. The basics where simple. He had set two different walls that were suspended. The walls were of equal mass, density and size, but the clamps that held the wall were attached to the ceiling where it was connected to a crow belt. The crow belt had resistance to it, to make it so it would be difficult to move the Wall. He had set one that would be resistant to being pushed and one resistant to being pulled. He tested it by setting up the resistance to maximum and used force push on the wall, it didn't move at first, but when he increased the strength, it moved slightly. He was happy with the results. This would be the start as more were to come.

Hoshi walks in and goes towards Naku. After seeing that they were alone she relaxed a bit. "Hey Naku." she says casually.

He smiled at Hoshi, sensing no one currently near the training grounds other then Hoshi. "Hello Hoshi. I must say, you have grown a bit from the first time we met. You are more relaxed, and I sense your strength in the force has grown as well. I'm happy to hear that. And I'm glad to know that you will be soon facing the Knight trials." He said, not being formal with her. He was relaxed and happy that she was doing well. It was good to see her, and he was always happy to have her around. "How are you? I was just testing the new equipment for training. Something maybe you would like to try?"

Hoshi stands in-front of Naku. "I am glad that you approve of my progress... though I still have a long way to go. I am well. Maybe, I have not fully decided as to what I would like to do." Just being in the same area as Naku had been enough to keep some of her nerves at bay.

Naku smiled. "It's alright. When the time comes, you will know what you want to do and where you want to go and what you want to be. The force is our constant ally. It will show you the way, as it has showed me. That is how we met Hoshi. I do not regret it. I am glad you are with me." He said warmly. It had been some time, and he did like Hoshi. He placed his arm on her shoulder gently, looking into her eyes. He had hoped this would calm her a bit.

Hoshi did not tense at all at Naku's touch. It had surprised her at to how relaxed she could feel near Naku. She looked into his eyes seeing how he felt about her. Knowing that how she felt about him could be seen in her eyes. She had been very careful to act appropriately when the others where near. Since the last thing she wanted was to cause trouble. Hoshi had come to really enjoy the quiet moments with him.

In a rush of emotion, driven both by the his feelings and the look into her eyes, he leaned down and kissed her lips, making sure not to force it. If she were to avoid it, he would stop, not force it, and know that he made the wrong move. Though it would be awkward, he would try to train her, or remove himself from her presence for a time.

Malice walked in just as Master Kurosaki bent to kiss Padawan Hoshi. Averting his gaze he took a position next to the door, silent as the grave he slipped out and twisted the heavy bolt to lock it. As he stole his way back down the corridor he headed in the direction of the Combat training room.

As Darth Malice, her new master, bolted the door to the force training room, Azrielle; a new apprentice, walked slowly to the door hoping to begin training in the arts of the force. She muttered a string of curses under her breath about the injustices of begin training at such an early hour.She flexed her hand in desperation, her grip hardening on her training saber as agitation radiated off of her. No sith liked waiting, especially when dealing with matters pertaining to the force.

Hoshi tensed a tiny bit as Naku kissed her but not enough to much. She wished she had the courage to kiss him back but the best she could do was hold onto his sleeve.

Naku felt Hoshi tense slightly as he kissed her. He broke the kiss after a moment, sensing someone was near. It felt as though it was Malice, but he felt the presence slowly moving away. He also felt another presences, a dark one, though not as dark as Malice's presences. He had forgotten that the door was opened, so he walked to the door only to find it closed and locked. "So he was here." He thought to himself as he unlocked the door, sensing that a new person was at the other end. Irritation and anger could be felt from the new padawan. "Hoshi, we have a guest it seems. Someone new. Lets greet this new person shall we?" He said looking back at Hoshi before unlocking the door and opening it.

"I think Master Malice saw us." Hoshi said blushing a bit. "I think the new person is a female. Sure why not." She let go of Naku's sleeve so he could open the door.

As Azriella finished walking quietly to the door, she stopped her cursing and began contemplating the day ahead of her and all that it would entail from beginning to end. While she did so the door that led to the training room swung open. While it swung open she stood back and grabbed for her training saber without thought or hesitation unaware of what lay inside.

Malice walked past the new apprentice, his face hidden in the deep shadows of the eagle cowl hood. He barely noticed the new comer as he swept toward the combat training room, deep in thought. It was obvious that Kurosaki and Hoshi's relationship was becoming more then that of Master and Padawan, and it caused Malice to think on the relationships he had with the others in this place. He liked to think of Janlu as the person he was closest too, but that relationship was nothing like his brothers and Hoshi's. Janlu and he were more professional...though Malice had to admit to himself that he liked her company more then was perhaps acceptable. Truthfully Malice had always been a loner, one who formed through the Force some extremely strong connections, but a loner nonetheless. It was...difficult for him to truly become attached to someone, mainly for the reason that he fought viciously to protect those who meant something to him. He had at one point nearly wiped out a city run by gangsters on Nar Shadaa when someone he had cared for was taken captive. He had still been to late to arrive...Malice did not want to repeat that again. The sorrow and anguish he had suffered when he found her...It had almost been to much to bare. Malice looked up as he approached the doors to the Combat Room, putting his thoughts to rest as he neared them. They would not serve him in assisting the Padawans in learning their respective styles, so at this point they were of no consequence. Malice opened the doors, transmitting a summons through the Force. He hoped to himself that Janlu would be the first to answer it. continue here

The instant he opened the door, he felt the the woman enter her basic instints, as if he had caught her off guard. He felt her being unaware of her surroundings at that point, which made sense when she had gone into a stance to attack, having her hand near her training saber.
He transmitted a wave of calmness through the force to her, hoping that it would allow her to realize who she was about to attack. "Calm yourself, padawan. I bare you no harm." He sent to her, though the force.
