Arannis came to his feet suddenly as Ryn ran past, nodding slowly as he received the telepathic message.

~Ryn... I understand what it is you're doing, but don't get yourself killed on our behalf...~

"Eri, I told you so long ago, I tell you again; I stand with you, regardless of what happens..."

She nodded and smiled at her friend.

"Thank you. Your strength has helped me before and it still gives me hope."

The Kami cast a wary glance at the direction Ryn had gone, seeing with her own eyes the new threat that approached.

Hiro took to the sky all six of his wings forming out from his back and being Enlarged as he rose into the air going into the middle of the city. His voice changed to a deep rumbling voice that sounded Angelic and Demonic at the same time which is what the voice of the gods sounded like way back when as he said "Poeple of Barton town! Leave now for there is a great power and evil decending upon you. Go to the East where you will be safe. Do not worry about your homes and city it is going to be protected." He opened his eyes as a blue light descended upon the city and the people along with food and water was sent far east leaving the city completely empty.

Ryn continued to walk up the summit of the mountain, clenching Tsukihana in his right hand.

~Like hell I'd die for you all, let alone die at all. I have much more to do.~

After awhile, Ryn reached the top of the Summit, readying his defenses for whatever was up there..

~Nothing to worry about, as I said before, I don't plan on dying. We should end this before it gets any stronger~

Ryn slashed in the air infront of him, as Tsukihana blasted the smoke away from the top with a gust of wind, giving him a brief chance to look for whatever on top of the Mountain was supposed to be such a huge threat.

"This is too familiar..but why?" he muttered, looking around quickly.

Arannis nodded, looking out to where Ryn was.

"He'd best make it alive... sooner or later he'll learn that you can't go alone forever......"

Patrick had been sleeping in his bed and woke up in a stupor. His hair was greasy and he looked as though he hadn't shaved for awhile.

He rolled out of bed and went over to a bucket of water he used to wash his face and wet his hair. He grabbed a towel to dry himself off and headed outside.

"Where is everyone?" he said to himself squinting as the morning light nearly burned his eyes out of his skull. He yawned and stumbled his way over to the store to find some food.
