"Shouldn't we find a different rift captain?" Rose asked, raising an eyebrow, "After all, if it's dangerous to be here, should we not leave quickly before we alter the faberic of the universe?"

Atan jump up to the ship and waited for Rose, as a rift opened.

Rose jumped on to the ship a moment later. She climbed onboard, moving to the side to watch her grandparents before they disappeared in to the rift.

"Hm, Greek mythlogy, japanese mythology, roman mythogoloy. I fell liek going somewhere were there are mythes, maybe catch a creature that can give us a workout." She said, shrugging her shoulders in thought.

He said as they past a few rifts.

"What about Madusaw?" Rose asked, her ears twitching. It could be wuite a challenge and she had wanted to getr a little stronger so she could help protect the ship.

Atan turned the ship into a rift and came out in greek mythology

Rose looked aruond the rift, trying to find the creature. She jumped on to the bow of the ship, her eyes scanning the landscape. As they passed some water, she felt something grab her and she was pulled off the ship, "Atan!" She yelped, disappearing behind some fog. She hit the ground and rolled a couple of feet before stopping. The girl looked up at some loud hissing and from the reflective surface of a nearby sheild, she saw the snake haired creature, baring down on her from behind.

Atan released his power, and jump off the ship unsheathing his sword, and sliced of a couple of the Medusa's snakes

Medusa hissed, whirling on Atan. She clawed at him, flying away when rose kicked her. The creature hit a tree, slidding down until she sat on it's roots. She got up, hissing at the two.

Atan stood at Rose's side ready to counter the Medusa's next move.

Rose got out her swords, ready incase Madusa tried to attack. Madusa leapt at the two, forcing them apart before leaping after Rose. She slashed at the girl, her eyes angrily and her snakes hissing, snapping their teeth at the vampire.

"Ha!" Juli tried her sword down on Medusa's head.
Medusa stepped back before Juli could place the blade to her head.
She ended up cutting most of the snakes off of Medusa.
"Keep your slimy worms to yourself!"
Juli said,pointing her sword at Medusa.

Atan slammed his fist in the center of the Medusa's chest, cracking the sternum and sending her sprawling.
