Shino couldn't help but to express his pleasure at feeling a small shiver run through Abel's skin, but his cheeky grin soon faded into a grimace and growl when he saw that even a gun to his head couldn't shake Abel. "I-I hate you so much YOU SICK b*****d!!" Shino whacked the gun against Abel's jaw. "How.. how.. can you say that.. how can you joke like that..? I thought you honered the dead?!"
A fire rage in Shino's eyes as he glared down the other male, gun once pointed coldly against his forehead. By now he was almost panting, a small whimper of anger escaping out of his throat every now and then. "How can I not be a threat when I'm pointing a gun to your head?! I-I'll show you! I'll show you! I'll shoot you right now!" He had overkill the amount of anger needed to shoot this man.. but still..

Abel again was a little shocked that the boy hit him with his own gun. But still, Shino seemed to be a peek of his anger at the moment. "s**t..." he cursed softly and felt his jaw seeing for once the total hatred in Shino's eyes. He'd never really noticed it before now, but how could he miss that? Straightening up he shrugged. "I do... But if I had friends they're probably dead. I wouldn't know." he said softly.
And of course he wouldn't. Anyone Abel associated with was gone. No one could stand him after a while since he was always so cold and didn't brag about who he killed.
He looked back at the boy and put the cigarette between his lips and lowered his hands. "Okay. If you want to." he said simply. It was only a 50/50 chance here with the boy. "I guess I'd be okay if you killed me. I mean I have nothing against you, ne Shino." he sighed a bit of smoke out of his nose.
"I've had a gun to my head far to many times to think of it as threatening. I sleep with a loaded gun under my pillow with the saftey off at night...." he said making himself sound sick. But wasn't he?

"Wh-what do you mean it's ok?!" Shino seethed anger between his teeth. "I'm going to shoot you!! Didn't you hear?!" Shino almost screamed in frustration but curled his lips in to prevent that. "N-no more chances!" This was almost too good to be real. He was really going to kill Abel. "You'll take me seriously now.. "
Reaching up he grazed a hand over Abel's cheek to make sure it was really him and he was really there. His cold steel glare made it obvious though so there couldn't be any misunderstanding.
He licked his lips. What was he waiting for? He'd bloodied someone up before, he could do this. This was for his parents..but Abel just stared at him plainly, like nothing was happening, like Shino wasn't even there. Gripping the gun tightly he pressed it even more firmly against Abel's head, but his trigger finger only shook in it's place.
"SH-SHOOT HIM ALREADY, DAMN IT!" he ordered himself, biting his lip hard enough to bleed. Why couldn't he do this?! Everytime he looked at Abel he was so close to shooting him, but something kept dimming his will. Tired of this he let out a scream before tossing the gun hard at the shower. What he didn't expect was that gun shooting off when it hit the shower, sending a bullet straight into his own left leg, sending him crashing to the floor in pain.

Abel breathed normally while the boy yelled at him. He was tired from his little outburst earlier. "Hm..." the man sighed and stared Shino right in the eyes. If he pulled the trigger he'd have to move to dodge it. However he could tell that the boy was shaking badly. And truthfully he was worried he'd have the balls to do it.
The assassin even flinched when Shino touched his face. His hand was shaking and he seemed unsure. He yelled at himself. Abel tried not to move and watched Shino's trigger finger. But to his amazment the boy tossed the gun.
Though it had a finicky trigger that was the wrong thing to do with a weapon, so before he could sigh a relief at not having to wrestle the gun away from the kid it went off. The loud crack then the scene of Shino falling made Abel panic.
"SHINO!" he yelled and then dashed the few feet between them and gently tugged the boy's pants up and looked at the wound. "Went through...." he grabbed the first thing he found; his own clean shirt. Ripping it apart he wrapped Shino's leg with it. "Stupid brat! What the hell, don't throw GUNS! It may have a hard trigger but that POS is a b***h." he growled tieing the knot harder than what he needed to.

Shino screamed in pain and clutched at his leg as Abel tied it up. "SHUT THE ******** UP!;; THIS IS YOUR FAULT!;;" He hissed, he growled, sighed, it didn't make the pain go away. He had been shot before once before, but it only grazed him. This went THROUGH him and it hurt like a b***h.
Like a child he squeezed his eyes shut and turned his face away as he let Abel tend to his leg. He couldn't bear to see how much he was bleeding. He didn't even mind that how tight Abel was tying it made his leg hurt a lot more. "I-is it bad? I-Is it bad?!" Shino stammered out with a shaky voice.
He stared wide-eyed at the wall. Abel could take care of this right? He wasn't going to bleed to death was he?! No...Abel had to know how to take care of things like this. "H-HURRY THE ******** UP! MAKE IT STOP HURTING!! MAKE IT STOP BLEEDING!"

Abel was a bit paniced as he tried to clean the blood up with the kid screaming at him. Twitching a little he grabbed Shino's face with both his hands. "HUSH!" he ordered staring at the boy. "Calm down and ******** breathe a bit, Shino... Calm down. It doesn't hurt as bad as you think. It's clean through. It may be a lot of blood but you'll be okay." he said calmly to the other.
Picking the other up he hoisted him to his own bed. "Give me a few minutes. I'll get something for the pain and more bandages." he said before dissappearing for a little while.
Soon enough he was back and then he sat by the boy and handed him a liquid. "Drink that. Pain killer, good stuff." he said and then started working on Shino's leg. Unbandaging it, steratilizing, checking it out, putting something to keep infection away, and then re-banaging it. Then he propped the leg under a pillow and tossed he ruined shirt.
"How do you feel now? Are you okay?" he asked smoothing a hand through the boy's hair to check his tempature.

"A-AH-" Suddenly Shino cut off his screaming when the older male grabbed his face and told him to hush. Wide-eyed, he stared at Abel's face silently with a stunned and obviously still frightful look. He obeyed. He'd be quiet. Taking a deep breath he held it and close his eyes to calm himself down, only making the occassional whimper or exhale of air.
Even on Abel's comfy heavenly bed he felt his stomach grow sick as he watched Abel leave the room and this uneasiness was only cured by the sight of Abel returning. Shino stared suspiciously at the liquid Abel held out for a moment, but decided it best to drink it. "..it tastes disgusting.."
Shino scrunched up his nose as he quietly observed Abel finishing up the proper medical procedures on his leg. SHino's half-lidded eyes were impressed by the skill and knowledge they observed. The medicine kind of made him... ... sleepy...but sleepiness still could not douse Shino's attitude. "I'm ******** fine now, thanks.." Shino growled lowly at the other. "So stop touching me."

"Shut the ******** up and go to sleep...." Abel sighed and pulled back his hand but stayed close. "By the way, you'll be staying in my bed for a little while until you can move your leg without help from pain meds," he said and covered the boy up. "If it makes you feel any better I'll be around... yell if you need anything......" he stopped and thought. "With in reason of course." the man added quickly and got up. Of course he'd be back as soon as Shino fell asleep but he didn't need to know that.

Shino got to stay in Abel's bed?! He couldn't help but show his surprise in pleasure. Snickering, he glared at Abel, though a smiled played on his face. "That means you get a shitty room and a shitty bed..." He couldn't say anymore insults however. His mind and body felt like lead. Sleep...sleep..
"I-I don't need you.. you'd make me feel better if you'd just die already.." he lied, turning his face away. Shino right now... needed Abel more than ever considering his condition. Right now..if Abel were to leave.. that uneasy feelin gwould return he didn't want that. That wasn't something to be revealed though. Closing his eyes he tried his best to get comfortable. "Leave already.." escaped his lips as he fell asleep.

Once Shino fell asleep Abel left and fed himself. Next he walked a bit before returning to his room. His bed was big enough to share with the kid... Not like he was interested in brats. Brats that caused him to get a hit on himself as well... Still sleeping Shino looked tame. Cute even.
Abel didn't notice his thoughts and he stripped and put on new pants then crawled into the bed far enough away from Shino. Laying towards the boy, because he didn't turn his back to anyone usually, he stared for a long time before eventually blacking out. Once asleep he curled up and fell into his dark void of unconsiousness only to be filled with the nightmares of his past.

It seemed that even in his sleep Shino could feel the absence of Abel. He whimpered the other's name quietly until the other came back, shutting up like he knew the other man was in there. Like he didn't want to be embarressed even in sleep.
The painkillers gave him crazy a** dreams. Monsters..chases...deaths..things he's never dreamed of before. There was a similarity in each though. Abel always saved him from the danger. Too bad he wouldn't remember any of those in the morning.
Another side effect he had going on was that he sleep was inpenetrable. Nothing could probably wake him up. He didn't even noticed when Abel slid in the bed with him. If he had been awake he would hav eprotested.. but he wasn't so Abel was lucky.

It wasn't long before Abel had rolled over several times in each direction until he was snuggled like a kitten next to the little sleeping Shino. Sighing softly he didn't even notice where he was. He also grumbled and whispered in his sleep. Abel usually slept bad when he thought of the past and tonight was no different.
However soon he'd lost his pillow and he grabbed for Shino's but got the boy instead. Laying with his head now on the other's chest he wrapped and arm around him and twisted his legs around the good one. "MMmmm...." he sighed feeling better now.

Shino felt something grab at him, but he did not wake. Even with this sudden heavy pressure on him, it wasn't enough to pull him from his repetitive dreams. Everytime he breathed it felt like he was lifting a weight off his chest, but as his chest feel so did this weight reintroduce itself.
Abel was pretty much at least half on top of Shino. For some reason...maybe it was because he was having flattering dreams about him, Shino responded to Abel's unconcious cuddling with his own. "A-Abel.." he murmured as he let his head droop down against the other and placed his arm around Abel's back.
THis would not be good for either of them if either woke up.

Abel was slightly more relieved to be cuddled back. However it was a new, strange and very uncommon thing so he opened his eyes a bit. "Nee....Shino...." he asked grogily and saw the boy still in his bed and dropped his head back where it was. He heard the faint beat of a heart and only thought it as his own heart throbbing in his ears.
Now, that airy sound of breathing wasn't his. Once again he opened his eyes and tried to drag a hand to his face but found it twined about the boy. Blushing he started to flail slightly. "OH....s...Shi..." he bit his tongue hoping to not wake the boy up. His face was beat read.

Shino whined. Whatever he was cuddling, it wasn't there any more. "N-nn... " Desperately he reached out and tried to find whatever it was that he had been holding on to but found nothing. "A-Abel..?... Abel.."
Was that his voice he heard? Slowly, so very slowly he opened his eyes and through his drooping lids looked straight at Abel, but that didn't neccessarily mean he was 'awake'. "Abel.." he groaned, a glare setting in. "... ... w-who..wo..who said..c-could...stop.. stop...cuddling... ..? "
Maybe it was the painkillers, but he definitely was NOT awake. No way he could be awake and saying something like that. Something was messing with his head. With a slight wince he ignored the pain in his leg and scooted over and hugged Abel around the waist and fell asleep again with a satisfied look on his face.
