Arthur nodded and added to the board. There still some stuff missing for the concert though. "That's great, thats what we need to add the 'cultural' in our festival. All we need are some lights and money. We need everyone to pitch in as much as they can so we can by the supplies for stage." This was going out pretty well, it seemed like everyone was enjoying it.

R.J smiled nervously at Yarah. She was always the short tempered type, so he always knew when to stop. But last year, he sorts went to far and he got his a** kicked by her. R.J continued to listen on about the concert, then he heard about FOOD. He stood up quickly and raised his hand. "I AGREE! I can make my special dessert, halo halo!~ An awesome icy drink with ube ontop, ice and milk in the middle, and delicious jelly on the bottom! Oh and some sugar." He started to drool over his own imgination of halo halo. "I'm hungary now...."

She added: "Although that does sound pretty yummy."
And then she turned her attention to England.
I'll bring Bolinho de chuva. They're like deep-fried doughnuts except they can be sweet of salty. I'll bring both kind!
It wasn't that hard to make (she'd just had some for breakfast and she could make plenty for everyone)

Vash felt he was going insane with all the people around him. Everyone seriously had too much to say and something told him it wasn't good. So does this mean no fake guns and Gilbert abuse? he asked sadly.

R.J looked at Yarah and stick a tongue out towards her. "You're just jealous that my food sounds better than yours!!" He joked and laughed, while he sat down. Then he took out his secret stash of food from his desk. He had rice cakes, boku salad, and leychee fruits. He had just stashed them right before school started, so they were fresh. "Hehehe, time to eat!~" (( XD Hungary me.... lol, it's not easy stopping! I mean R.J is always Hungary! ))

Arthur wrote all that down on the board and then looked at Vash. "No abuse or guns, but there is going to be a backstage that IS sound proof. So figure that out for yourself. And make sure he bleeds...!" He snickered abit and continued to write. Then he forgot something. "Hey, what are we going to do about instruments? I have my own guitar, but do you guys have keyboards, drum sets, mics, and a bass? Also we still need more people for the band."

 Vash perked up at the thought of all the things he could do behind those silent doors and smirked at the Brit. "Oh? I can do drum, dearest Arty. Or I can find a few things to do with you with that soundless room..." he said leaning in the Brit's ear.

Yong Soo pursed his lips. "I don't think anyone here would like Kimchi. It has a taste you'd have to get accustomed to. I'll just bring some sticky rice cakes...I can bring my own keyboard, too!"
He huffed at the spat between R.J. and the Brazilian girl. "Jeez, Yarah...you're so tempermental!"
Before continuing the statement, he turned his head at Switzerland's little 'suggestion' for England. "Ohoho~ I see someone's trying to light an old flame on the first day of school."

Arthur twitched as Vash whispered. He pushed his face away and looked at him with death eyes. "I rather you bang the drums than bang me." Then he wrote Vash for the drums, Yarah for mics and Ivan for lighting. "Okay so we're almost done here, we still need the money for the supplies, a few more band members and instruments." He also wrote Yong Soo for keyboards and Elizaveta for bass.

R.J looked at Yong soo and scootched close to him. "Bring some kimchi! I need for my rice and fish....that good spicy tangy vegetable goed with almost everything! I even eat it with Jolly Bee chicken....!" He started to drool again, so he took a bite of his rice cake and pointed one to Yarah. "What some Yarah?~" He smiled idiotically, but offered politely.
