In the end Teyha didn't trip the pair, and watched with amusement as they ran out of the store. She half expected Zayle to burst from his office, t if he was going to do so, he didn't have the chance. Teyha's eyes widened when a few moments later the tracker entered once again, the limp from of a young woman in her arms... Drenched in blood. In a second Teyha was at the cage door, running so fast she almost slammed into it, and stared wide eyed at the injured girl. "What happened?" She almost demanded, her eyes darting up to the trackers as a thought occurred to her, and her expression darkened. "This is the escaped slave you mentioned?" She demanded, her hand tightening over the iron bars until they shook with anger. "This is what you did? You nearly killed her to bring her back?!"

Teyha was visibly angered, glaring at the tracker. "I can heal her." She confirmed with a sigh, but her eyes widened when the healer dumped the injured girl on the floor in front of her cage. "Are you insane?!" Teyha screeched, unsure if she should kneel down to check on the girl, or glare up at the tracker. "Pick that girl up, open the door, and lay her on my cot.... Gently." Teyha instructed firmly, stepping away from the door to give her room. "I can't heal this kind of damage without being able to move and work."

"Better." Teyha mumbled, moving past the other woman to kneel at the side of the injured girl. She embraced her source, and began working, her fingers dancing above the severed artery. "There's no arterial spray." She said absently. "She would have bled to death by now if you had caught it, no you struck deep but didn't sever the artery." She assured the tracker. She pulled easily at the threads of magic, spirit over water, air to seal, cleansing the wound free of dirt and debris.

"Don't talk, you bloody fool!" Teyha snapped, her mind still on her work, trying to concentrate. "I don't need justifications, and I certainly don't need threats. I'd have to run past you to get away, then there's Zayle to worry about... Do I look stupid?" Teyha demanded, and looked down at the injury, the worst of it gone it was simply sewing with her threads, as the gaping wound sealed together neatly with only a silver line to mark where the gash had been. Teyha checked back over the girl again, looking for any other damage, but it all seemed superficial. She healed minor bruises and scrapes, cleaned the cuts and mended what few cracked bones she found before flopping back onto her butt with a sigh. "She's lost a lot of blood." Teyha said softly. "I can't create blood, it's up to her to survive on her own now."

((Sorry... I just thought that maybe you should have more than one person to manage the shop so that if you're not on, the roleplay can still go on. Like someone who frequents gaia at different times than you... and she didn't take him home yet...))

Teyha absolutely wanted to rip her hair out. "Put that girl back down!" She told the other woman sharply, pointing back to the cot. "Until I say she's better, I do not want her to leave my cage. I have to monitor her health, she could have an infection brewing from one of the cuts, or a problem I did not see in my delve, I'm not perfect. Aftercare is just as important as the initial healing."

She rubbed her head for a moment, just feeling the headache coming on. It made her groan loudly in displeasure, and she glared at the woman sourly. "Set her on the bunk, I'll take care of her until I say she is well enough to leave."
