Buffy and Willow is better than Buffy and Faith, since Willow is already lesbo and all it would take is Buffy to turn.

Elrenda Satans Sweetest Angel Saline I never thought of Willow and Wesley, but in real life Alyson is engaged to him. I read it on a site a few minutes ago. Kind of cool. Heard about that a few months ago, I think Yes, me too. I saw all these pictures and I was thinking, "What? Since when were they married?" Since October 11 of last year, actually.

Hrrrmmmm ... my turn!
First off, I like some of the canon pairings. Buffy/Spike was okay, but woulda been TONS better if Ms. Summers got her head outta her nether regions a lot sooner, and stopped being so self-absorbed.
Willow/Tara was just ... perfect. Willow helped Tara break out of her shell, and in turn she helped keep Willow grounded (for the most part).
Xander/Anya was also a perfect match. He's so laid back that he's really the only one that would be able to tolerate her for extended periods of time.
Now, some others that I think would have worked ...
Fred/Oz. Go ahead, laugh. But she can be just as exciteable as Willow, and he dealt with that fine. I could so see them sitting together, Fred rambling on about physics, and out of nowhere he just leans over, kisses her and says, "You're so cute." She blushes for a moment, then goes RIGHT back to rambling, and he listens patiently.
Riley/Cordy. With her sass, she could whip him out of his Captain Cardboardism with a quickness. Not to mention, she the Cheerleader and May Queen, while he's the downhome jock. What else do you want?
Faith/pre-lawer!Gunn. He was a streetfighter with a take-no-prisoners-(unless-we-get-to-torture-'em-a-bit) attitude. Dude made his own axe out of a freakin' HUBCAP!! TELL me Faith would not dig that!
Wesley/(get this) Drusilla. Yeah, I know, I'm cracked. But think about it. I mean, he could SO take care of her and deal with her insanity.
Dawn/post-memory-recovery!Connor. In the end of the series, Connor was starting to get kinda cool. Instead of his old memories completely displacing his fabricated ones, they melded to create something new. Besides, they two could really relate, as BOTH have been the centers of a memory scandal.
I admit, I do like Angel/Spike. There is just so much history there, so there's a LOT to work with. Besides, it could even be considered canon, as Spike admitted to them being intimate once. So, the potential is there.
Yes, I am sick, twisted, and demented ... and damn proud. wink

Lots of research, lots of thinking, and a very insistent Apollo poking me in the ribs. All of the pairings I mentioned, save the last, are (or will be) present in one of my fanfics. The last one, Angel/Spike, is in another of my fics.

I so think Angel and Cordy should have gotten together, and if she hadn't have been turned into a higher power they probably would have. They so lived each other, it's almost sad.
