Koji decided to try and get down to where Aleana was. If the other two could find a way to pull her up he could help by getting under her and pushing her up with his shoulders. Catiously Koji scaled down the wall, dirt crumbling under his feet. He finally made it to Aleana. there was barely any room for the two of them but he managed.

Koji then looked back up to the other two. "Did you find anything to pull her up with?" Koji said keeping a calm demeanor,"I'm going to support her from down here if you two can try pulling her up with something." Koji then looked down at Aleana. She was being very stoic but Koji could tell she was in a lot of pain.

It may not seem interesting but - My mother and father were members of Nightsong, but were exiled when they mated. They were not permitted by the alpha but had pups anyway. I was born after the exile and it was a harsh upbringing, as there was little food. My brother and I were the only survivors out of five cubs. One day, mother chased father away because he showed aggression towards Bongo, my brother. She went out hunting and never came back. Bongo went to look for her and he too disappeared. I was left alone and defenseless. I left to find someplace to live, for I knew if I looked for my family, I would never return.

~Shadow~

Shadow looked up to the sky, wondering if her life was meaningful or meaningless. Why had fate taken away everyone? Now she was lost. She had never ventured this far away from her den, but now there was no reason to remain. She was dreadfully hungry, yet unable to hunt. She had only just begun weening from her mother. She needed milk. Lost and unknowing of what to do, Shadow found a spot between the roots of an old oak and curled herself up into a tight black ball of fuzz. She covered her maw with her paws and whimpered.

As Shadow whimpered, curled tightly against the tree, she heard the sound of footsteps and a sudden howl. The howl frightened her, for she knew it was not of her kin. Slowly rising to her feet, she peeked around the tree to see another wolf! She was a dark one, like Shadow. Shadow was scared but desperately wanted company and protection. Subconsciously, she wished for a mother. She was terribly hungry, and final, she gathered enough courage to approach this new large wolf. Shadow let out a whine and showed herself.

Jack was almost done cleaning when he sat down. He found himself sitting on a bone, and clamped his mouth shut. He stood up, and threw the bone out. He went back to cleaning. "Almost done." he whispered so only he could hear.
