We meld our minds and souls for a brief moment. We experience each others pasts, our lives, our feelings, and our fears. it can dredge up some unpleasant memories for the parties involved, but by the same token, we can understand each other better.
*Kira looks quizzically at aden and laughs*

Aden drew looked at her and laughed, drawing her close to nibble one of her ears softly. "I'm the puppy eh?"

((Uh oh)) Adenar looks shock and staggers backward with the sudden loss of energy. He shook her lightly, trying to elicit a response. Kira! Kira! Whats going on?

ginger root, feverfew, and paradisea hips. place them in the mortar and mash them lightly, then place the paste under my tongue. I can't move. I need to recharge.

Adenar picked her up and carried her to a large chair at one wall and rested her gently upon it. Kira was so weightless to him because of her size that he had no trouble moving her. He then crushed the ingredients into a paste and brought the mortar over to her. Taking his finger he scooped some paste out of the mortar. Opening her mouth with his other hand Aden placed some paste under her tongue. Closing her mouth for her he asked, What happened?! Why are you like this? His fear and anxiety could not hep but rebound over their mental link.

*Slowly, kira starts to chew the paste, and then opens her eyes*
"Aden, I've only been alive for 100 years because i transmute life essence. in my glade, I have flowers from howonda, designed to keep me alive without sacrificing someone else's life. I haven't been to my glade lateley, I haven't been to gather life energy from my flowers. I guess i'm just getting a little careless with the energy stores i keep around."
*Kira sits up slowly and then falls backwards*
"Ugh."
Thank you. I'm still really weak. I'll need to get to my glade soon to recharge. You are a godsend Aden. Thank you.

Aden lays himself onto the sofa like chair, wrapping an arm around her and rests his head next to hers. He kisses Kira's cheek softly. Would you like me to take you?

Aden stood again, looping his arms under Kira's knees and behind her back. With his hand he coaxed her arms around his neck and then picked her up with immense ease. He looked into her eyes. Where do I need to go? He proffered his mind to her as a mental slate with which she could give him images and drawings in his minds eye. He embraced her mind fully, feeling her weakness and her age press upon him. He was not even slightly deterred by the feeling that she was so much older than he. He jested lightly across the mind bridge, My my, for your age you have quite the girlish figure.
