Plain paper written in dark blue ink, looks as though a quill may have been used.
Why don't you just draw bears on normal paper and use that until you get the new supply?

Can we get mail from family members or friends in here? Like what if their in BLU? Does mail even come at all? I'm kinda freaking out here. And yes I know smoking's bad, get off my case.
