Continuing his search with little success (some food, a box of spare valves and a three emergency flares), Erin had discovered something odd. Behind the peeling wallpaper in one corner of a side room, the inside wall was wood panel rather than plaster. Shredding more wallpaper with his claws, he was shocked to find a sealed doorway. "Sesame." Pulling the wooden panel free and dropping it to one side, Erin looked through into a room that someone had, at some point, considered below mention and sealed off. It was full of old files and documents on paper, which was unusual, piles of boxes with faded lettering mostly concerned with pre-war dates, and at the very back was a well-made oak travelling chest, leaning slightly open. Opening it, he was for a moment silenced by the sight of a life in the vault display set. There were 'proposed layout' diagrams, two vault jumpsuits (not numbered), a bulky holo-projector and sound system which even disassembled took up most of the space inside, the remainder being the papers, clothes and several vault-tec brand items that he couldn't even begin to fathom. One, however, he certainly could. It was an older model of PIP-boy than the others wore and was bigger and heavier, with a plastic fold-down cover for the screen and a different control configuration. With care, he placed his radio against the wall and activated it. "Bren, I need you here. Something you have to check out for me." He supposed that at some point, when the vaults were being built, someone had wanted extra funding and had made this kit to attract investors. In his westerns, the mogul with the railroad plans always had a little model of the railway with him when he was talking to the townspeople, complete with a train and plenty of rich-guy talk. "I propose, gentlemen, the greatest engineering feat ever seen in these parts." To his mind, the vaults fitted that description rather perfectly. (( Reference image: http://z.about.com/d/compactiongames/1/0/_/D/1/fallout3_ca007.jpg second from the right at the top for the PIP-boy, middle right for a decent look at the screen cover. ))

With the door sealed tight now and the hordes of undead locked outside The knight could get some rest now, the AK's cylinder was sizzling from the heat of the previous firefight. Letting it cool off a a little he started thinking of the situation he's facing, certain death outside and uncertainty inside, perhaps there are other entrances that he should search for.
And with that he started walking around the facility checking every inch of it as he walked by.

The record hall of the city hall building seemed to stir after it's recent encounter with the big bulky brotherhood soldier that had entered only moments before. The large wooden shelves that once held books slowly began to stir, paper ruffling metal scraping on marble could be heard.
One of the bookshelves that was on top of the power armored, was tipped over and slapped into one of the lead shutters on the inside of the building, "ugh..." words that could be heard from under the mass of paper.
The last shelf that had collapsed onto the top of mark was thrown half way across the room. <******** ghouls... ******** retards not getting n fast enough... ugh... i hate my job... he muttered to himself as he stiffly got back to his feat. Mark had just gotten to his feat when his still blood sickened boots slipped out from under him causing him to fall back to the floor. Marks anger and frustration coupled from the stress of what just occurred pushed Mark to the border of snapping, Hastily getting back to his feet, Mark grabbed the nearest book shelf and threw it against the nearest wall. The massive wooden casing going halfway through the drywall before collapsing on itself. The small stress relife treatment carries on for a moment until the Jr. Paladin comes to a stop trying to rip a old phone book in half.
---
Letting out a sigh, Mark regains his composure before rejoining the rest of the group. Upon returning to the small gather that had just taken place Mark saw the deathclaw deliver a disrespectful reply to his superior officer, thinking that he a creature of the waste who had no clear understanding of the operations of how sophisticated the brotherhood technology was compared to that of the civilian wasteland equipment. Hearing the order to go retrieve more ammo, and any extra supplies Mark watched as the lower ranked initiates and people with less common sense walk around the building stripping it for anything of use. Mark placed a power armored palm over his helmet before looking at Alex, "Really? Really? We're dealing with people who don't even know how a operation is supposed to work? Follow your leader and do nothing else!..." he said as he removed his helmet. The facial expression on the Jr. Paladins face could only begin to describe how he was feeling. "I say we just leave them..." he said flat out, a small twitch pulling at his right eye. "I mean come on! these guys don't even check the storage lockers for ammo, and they're right ******** there!"[.b] he says pointing at the doorway lined with the steel lockers, "Oh wait, look look, look!" he said as he pointed a little upwards to a hastily painted word reading Armory Marks gaze went back to Alex. Marks face was so easy to read, it was screaming out to her come on i know you want to.

Meanwhile, Medic Gareth was busy stopping the bleeding from Joker's leg. The wound had reopened and Tom was having a hard time finding all the wounds. Giving up, Tom ripped apart the armor and cloth preventing him from accessing the wounds and pulled out a sterile tweezer. Carefully, Tom, pulled the bone fragments from the leg, and then sutured the wounds closed. It was a temporary solution, but it would work for now. Medic Gareth then bandaged the wounds and splinted the leg carefully. Joker wouldn't be able to move well, but he could now fight.

Just as soon as he'd finished putting his suit back on, Bren was called for over the radio. "Just a sec. Lemme finish strapping up.", he responded as he tightened up a couple straps, sealing his armor. Grabbing his helmet, Bren left his new toy on a table nearby as he walked curiously towards the hole in the wall. As he peeked in, he was slightly startled by the large deathclaw in the small room, but quickly recovered his composure. "What's that you've got there?", he asked curiously, eying piece of technology the Deathclaw was holding in it's hands.

Erin handed Bren the unusual model of PIP-boy from the display set, and indicated the box of other things. "I know what I hope it is, but I was hoping you might tell me for certain. The rest of the things, I'm afraid I have no idea." He grinned and awaited an answer. He knew exactly what it was.

Bren couldn't help but smile as he took the piece of equipment from Erin. "Wow, this looks like an old Pip-Boy model. I'd have to say...maybe...2000? It might be older than that even!", he said, obviously excited. "I bet we could learn some interesting stuff from the data on this thing...oh, but wait. You don't have one of these do you? Maybe I could work with it when we get back. Just keep it in good shape.", he said with a smile as he handed it back to Erin. It won't be hard. Those things are tough as hell...

Alex simply stared at Mark as he began his short complaining rant, and it was true, Alex really really did want to ditch them. In fact, Alex was so annoyed with most of them, she could almost see her self shooting each and everyone of them, just to save her the trouble of trying to keep their stupid asses alive.
But Mark knew all this and more, he knew she would never actually say it as long as she was in command. And as such, he had to be satisfied with a loud audible groan of dissatisfaction. "If they don't stock up on supplies, i don't think you will have to put up with them for very long." Alex later commented after having watched the initiates zip around the local seemingly without a clue as to the buildings layout.
All the while, a faint, almost inaudible clanging. Could be heard coming from the large blast doors, as the ghouls outside had turned to their blind rage, once they realized the key they had been given no longer worked. And instead had reverted to brute force, and had begun attempting to ram the door down using a large metal beam. Causing a faint 'ping' inside the lobby room each time they hit it.

The leg was in better condition, and the arm would be an easy fix. Seeing nothing else worth complaining about, Joker turned to the young man attending his wound and spoke. "Thanks doc.... I'll try to take it easy." Getting up with a wince, his knee starts to buckle under him. Leaning against a wall and using it for support, Joker made his way to a stairwell, where he seemed to collapse. Still conscious, Joker began to ask around- "Any... anybody know where the store room is? I nee... need a crutch."

Having been already scared by the strength of the CO, partially hearing some of the rant put her a bit more on edge, but it also annoyed Leona. Wow. What a gigantic d**k. She thought to herself, having merely gone against the whole sticking to Bren thing to simply go and get the ammo, having climbed back down the wires to do so. Take that power armor away and you're just another meatsack for those ghouls, and then where'd yer a** be? Death by book case sounds pathetic... A little smirk played at the corners of her lips before she forced it back. She also fought the urge to point at the armory and yell 'Oh hey! I found the armory!' just for the sake of annoying Mark. She just casually strolled toward it after checking said bag and setting the strap over her shoulder.
Keeping the shotgun in one hand, Leona took the motion detector from her belt into her other hand to check around for anything in the area. Who knew if a ghoul was just in here hiding waiting to get the jump on one of the less armored initiates? Seeing no motion, she set the sensor back into place and moved to the lockers, opening one. Empty. She opened another and found a backpack containing 17 slug shells, 10 flechette shells, and 4 Frag grenades. She looked back toward Alex. "Got some 'nades here. I shouldn't use'em... Kinda have bad luck with'em."

The groan from Alex was more than he needed to hear, which meant no. The Paladin looked away tightening the grip on his helmet as he threw his hands up into the air, "Of course... though if i was in your position i'd probably do the same thing..." he said letting his arms fall back to his side. Mark let out out a long drawn out sigh as he slouched over. "I'll just take my frustration out on the ghouls outside..." he said as he placed his helmet on carry latch on the side of his suit.
Hearing joker ask about a crutch was simply funny, "Hey there old timer what about a cane?" he said in jest at joker, "Yo man, i don't think you'll find any crutches here, you'll have to improvise... or you could theoretically mount yourself on the back of the death claw and cover his back... literally!" he said making his way past him and to the armory.
Mark followed behind Leona as she entered the makeshift armory, the body of Squire Jason lay on the floor, in his hands he clutched something It took Mark a moment to figure out what it was, upon realizing what it was he quickly grabed the dead body and carried it out of the room. In the hands of the recently deceased squire was a human heart. Not knowing who it belonged to or how he got it Mark grabbed the dog tags around the mans neck before covering him up with a blanket that had been lying on the floor next to a small pile of paper. Most likely a makeshift bed, Mark returned to the armory and began opening the lockers, searching for his primary weapon ammo.
"Got some 'nades here. I shouldn't use'em... Kinda have bad luck with'em."
Mark was pulling the magazines out of the desert eagles that where sitting on the inside of the locker, "You should keep at least one.." he said as he tossed a total of five magazines into a side satchel. Removing the ammo storage container on his back Mark set it down, checking to see how much ammo he would need to restock his belt. A few ammo boxes of 7.62mm rounds where sitting off in the corner next to the four bodies of the other brotherhood members. Picking them up he began to reload his ammo case. Mark spoke as he refilled his weapon, "things are rough out there, sorry i snapped... most of it was directed at that deathclaw. Me and alex have been in desperate situations before, but not with so many greens with us. We're battle hardened and having something like that happen with so many of you outside and not knowing what exactly to do can cause us to get flustered, and when you couple that with sass from those who don't know real combat just makes it worse." he said, "Oh yeah your Leona right? The new tank driver?" he asked.

Erin put away the PIP-boy, along with the rest of the things, and headed back downstairs. He ransacked the medical kits, finding what he'd hoped among the necessary horde of anti-radiation doses. The buffout went in his pouches along with extra rad-x and radaway. He brought the rest of it into the main room, leaving it for everyone else to grab from. "Meds."
He went then to his pile of fusion batteries, and bound one of his incendiary grenades to one of them, testing the weight. Well, he could get this thing s good way away, especially considering they were at the top of a series of stairs. They would need a hole in the swarm and this should make a sizeable one, from what he remembered of them. Now he just had to clear it. "Ugh." That was something he wasn't looking forwards to, and decided to put if off until later.
Having added the batteries to his newly-acquired swag sack he hoisted it up over his neck, slinging it between his shoulder and underarm with not far too much difficulty. He returned then to Joker and offered him one of the stimpacks he'd found. "Happy birthday, you get a free ride home. You think you can hold on?" Erin had already had much the same idea as Mark, and now that he'd found the buffout he was fairly certain that he could pull it off. For now he was intending to carry Joker around to find some extra ammo, and whatever he could to help in the coming fight.
((Feel free to NPC Erin's movements as far as searching the facility goes, he's just going to move around with Joker up on his back and follow direction))

"Pheh. Thanks, guy. Hey.... Mark makes a good point- my leg is ********, and your back makes you a pretty fair-sized target. What's say we make a deal- you carry me around on yer back and help me moving, and I keep you covered from gunfire and things of that nature. What do you say?" said Joker as he took the Stimpack and thrust the needle straight into his leg, near the knee. Wincing with pain, he depressed the plunger of the needle and sighed in relief as the medicine and stimulants got to near-instant work.
"Gah.... that feels a lot better. Knee's still ********, but it'll do for now. At least I can walk a bit." said Joker as he got up to move around the room. Finding the pile of fission batteries, he looked at Erin with a quizzical look. "Hey, you know where I can get supplies? I think that given enough batteries and a few other things, I can make a nifty little grenade cache for us. Matter of fact, do me a favor." said Joker, wincing with slight pain. "Paladin Alex said something about Frag grenades. If you can, get them for me, would ya?" Turning back to the fission batteries, Joker shut out the rest of the world from his mind, thinking up ways in which he could create traps and grenades.

Erin showed Joker the battery he'd already bound a grenade onto. "That's the plan; I could use your support when I have to ask Alex to let me use it, if you've done this before."
He picked Joker up, sitting him on the swag sack he'd found and letting him find a way to hold on before heading to the armoury, moving with some care now that he was loaded so heavily. He took Joker to the armoury as requested, where Leona had found the grenades so Joker could ask for one. He 'opened' a lockbox while he was there, finding some ammunition. He had no idea what kind it was though, since it wasn't in a box with its' type clearly displayed. He'd never seen the point in memorising ammo types if he was physically incapable of putting them to use.

Once on Erin's back, Joker took his AK-47 out of it's strap and began to polish and clean it. "Heh. You doubt me throwing arm, Erin? Hah! Ye got a sense o' humor, eh? Well, ye just happen ta be lookin' at one of the Enclave's top rated Explosives experts!" said Joker with a chuckle. Noticing they had entered the armory, Joker looked at what Erin was doing. An ammo box, but by his movements, it seemed Erin had no clue as to what type of Ammo he was looking at.
"That's.... Five-Point Five-Six ammo, Erin. Five fifty-six rounds do well with Assault Rifles- great find! Hand me a few clips- until we find more shotgun shells, my baby here is gonna have to go without for the time being." said Joker, referring to the Remington strapped to his back.
