He lead her up the stairs to the room on the far right. He closed the door softly, making as little noise as possible. He sat down on the bed and said "So, What do you think of me being a lycan? I'm curious."

She looked around the room curiously. "Well to tell you the truth, I knew you weren't human from the moment I met you, but I didn't know what exactly you were." She walked over and sat next to him eyeing him carefully. "It doesn't scare me or anything, but I am curious of you as well I suppose." Hikaru reached up slowly and touched the side of his head with a few fingers. "Be still." she said, closing her eyes. She sent a small amount of soothing energy into his head, causing the pain to subside.

"Just about your nature I suppose. I'm more experienced with Vampires actually..." she paused choosing her words carefully. She was always worried to tell people about her past as a vampire hunter, not knowing what their reaction might be. "I've been around Vampires more I guess and lycans I've only studied and seen a few during my travels. I've never had one speak to me so openly I suppose. That's why it spikes my curiosity I guess." she smiled, a little embarrassed.

"Well, I grew up in a family of aristocrats. My mother was a lycan. My father was turned into one after he met my mother. I guess the two sides mixed into me. I try to be civil about it." he said taking out his flask. It was empty. "I don't have a problem I swear."

Hikaru listened to his words and nodded. When he took out his flask, she couldn't help but giggle a bit. "When did I say you did?" she laughed, shifting to sit cross-legged on the bed.

Salazar sighed and said "Fine, I may have a little teeny tiny drinking problem." He put back his flask and said. "Well, what about you? What is your nature?"

She smiled a little, amused by his actions. Hikaru then pondered on his question. "Well...I'm supposedly completely human, but I've never met anyone else like me. It was part of the reason why I left home. My family was...er...kind of different from most and not very accepting of these type of things." she spoke, looking away from salazar.

"Ya I can relate a little." Hikari answered with a sigh. She was glad Salazar changed the subject after that since she didn't want him to become too questioning of her past. She suddenly felt a hole developed in her emotional barrier when she felt Marcus's presence again. She winced a little, but hoped Salazar didn't notice. This brought her mind back to the earlier discussion of what happened to Marcus while she was gone. "So..you said Marcus was attacked by another wolf. Is he still around?" she smirked, holding her palm to her chest, trying to keep her breathing even.

"I'm sure he's around somewhere..." He said smirking. "Strange fellow, I'm sure he'll be fine. Hopefully the patient is keeping him occupied."

"Ah right, you see Marcus owes me a little favor and I wanted you to help me with its execution." he said getting a small note form his pocket. "There is a long story in my family. Part of it involves my fathers infidelity. He had a child with another woman. I've never met him, or seen him. All I know about him is on this diary paper. I want to find him. Marcus' part is to find him. Marcus is expendable, you are not. But I want you to help me to keep a tab on him."

"Hmm why is he expendable and I'm not?" she questioned, trying to process the entire situation. She turned around to peer at the piece of paper.

"Well, you haven't attempted to kill me yet. That makes you unexpedable." he said with a smile. "We'll talk more about that when Marcus' health returns, for now we just need to make sure we know where he is."
