Khaz turned to her with a questioning glance. "There is? What kind might that be?" he mage asked, now slightly curious as to what she was talking about.

"Ice." She studied him, "few know of it, very advanced stuff." She yawned, "just be aware it exists. Wouldn't want you to encounter it and never have a chance because you didn't know. Dawn will break soon enough, I suggest you all head to bed, we will have a long day tomorrow." She rose, heading back over to the tree and sitting under it. Soon she was asleep.

"She sure is demanding for someone who won't give her name," Will mumbled. "Need anything for the night? I've got several blankets and other supplies," he said to Khaz while still watching the archer.

Khaz mulled over the idea of an ice element before turning back to Will. "Nah, I'm all right. My cloak is pretty warm," he grinned, walking over to a tree, huddling up against it.

"Okay then," Will pulled his blanket tighter and laid back down. An odd group we got here... I doubt it'll last for very long though. Khaz probably has places he needs to be, and i'll probably end up losing the archer...

Having spent so much time in the woods, she knew all the sounds of the night, she also slept lightly. Nothing seemed out of it really, except anytime Will's Peg moved or any of them really. She kept waking up, looking about, mentally cursing and trying to back to sleep. Eventually she knew two things: she'd have to tell them and she'd have to get used to them. She was also wondering what to make for breakfast, she was not the worlds best cook but, she knew a few dishes that had served her well.

Will slept like a rock. Gareth, on the other hand, continually munched away at the grass surrounding the tree, ruffling his feathers every now and again.

Two hours before dawn she decided to get up and start hunting. She silently walked over to the fire pit and mentally scolded herself for not banking it correctly, nevertheless, it didn't really matter another could be made. She disappeared out of the camp looking for any kind of game that she figured they'd tolerate. She'd bet they were still used to civilized food so living off the land would be a - she'd barely seen the rabbit come zig-zagging from the bushes. If she hadn't been walking around for an hour or so with the bow at the ready, breakfast wouldn't have happened today, something she'd learned the hard way. She walked over and put the thing out of its misery with a good knife cut. She looped it up in a tree and started to make her way back, late, but it didn't matter, they had all the time in their lives.

About an hour before dawn, Will opened his eyes and stretched, noting that the archer had gone. "Figured as much. Bah, I'll go search for her later," he yawned, lighting another fire to brew coffee. Once the small kettle was filled with water from his canteen, he opened his pack and pulled out an apple.

"That is so tempting, knowing my luck, I'd hit you." She said with a slight chuckle from the edge of wood, eying his apple. "Tell me, have you ever had rabbit bacon? You have to kind of work with me a bit to get the point, I've kind of forgotten what real bacon actually tastes like but, looks the same I think." She sighed walking over and digging in her pack for a bit of flat metal. "I have to let it drain first so I came back because I figured you'd preach if I was gone too long."

"I don't eat meat," Will said simply threw a mouthful of apple. "I would've probably gone off searching for you after a few hours," he took a sip of his coffee, and then another bite of his apple.

"Oh don't tell me, flying mule right?" She looked to him, "I wouldn't worry, I wont let you get too far, since doing so means you'd end up dead. Well, that be a mercy if you got lucky." She yawned, "can you tell him to not move around so much at night too please? Never heard such a noisy critter, unless it was a meal." She seemed half relaxed, which was more then normal.

"He's a pegasus," Will growled, "and he's actually very quiet. If anything, you make more noise than he does."

"Oh I know what he is, killed a few in my time. Don't even think I'd eat one jeez. Just don't like them is all..." She turned to look a time Gareth, studying him before speaking. "Been a long time since I've had to be near one I didn't own. Truthfully, didn't know anyone outside of our lands owned one. Nor a black one, though it explains kind of how you got him, must have escaped. I always liked the greys, never allowed to keep them though." She laughed looking back at him, "I know I'm trying to work on that, learn as you go kind of deal. You'd think all the time I'd spent alone I'd be better at the silent thing."

"Everywhere we've gone, we've been run off by villagers because he's some sort of 'bad omen'. We met each other several years ago near Ide, so i doubt he came from wherever you say your lands are." Will finished his apple and started on a banana, tossing the core to Gareth.
