Last year, my dad dragged my family on a road trip, claiming it was to celebrate my birthday, when it was really something
he wanted to do. My mom made us go to a fancy restaurant, once more claiming that it was to celebrate my birthday, when it was something
she wanted to do and I would've been perfectly happy going to McDonald's. My brother ended up overeating and throwing up. I didn't get any presents, and I had to talk to random relatives all day, despite the fact that I wasn't at home. Hooray for cell phones.
