Perth came flittering into the room and landed on N'lor. He seemed very happy and crooned at N'lor. Lintana grinned. "No, dear friend, you are not in trouble at all. Even if Kernth feels he got you into trouble, it'snot your fault, I beleive I am to blame here for not checking on the rest of the weyr before galivanting off after Esiel."
"I'm not? Really!?" Tanner flittered in a few moments after and squawked in jealsey at Perth for occupying her master.

Z'Arian stumbled forward as he felt his legs shiver. I hate speeches he thought to himself. He gave Eisel a pleading look as he wandered forward. Hopefully he could think of something to say. Someone cheered and shoved him further into the croud. I guess they know already, makes it a little easier eh? Vrätoth only chuckled a bit as he said good luck friend.
OOC: I"ll post the short speech on later, I have limited time now. Sorry!

OoC|| Aww...*waits*
BiC|| T'lir glanced up from the meatroll he had been picking at idly as Z'Arian was shoved into the crowded room. He smiled at the rider's reluctance and shouted encouragement along with several other individuals. No doubt he was taken a bit off guard by his sudden responsibility, if only for a short while.

Lintana heard the hoots and hollars of hte riders in the dining hall all the way from the medical hall. She laughed and looked down at the brown rider. "I'll check in with Kernth on you. For now just get some rest, we have thread in a few days." She nodded and then looked over at Perth, "Come on then." Perth flittered up squawking one last time at Tanner then flew up and landed on Lintana's shoulder. They quickly left the hall and hastily made her way to the dining hall. She snuck into the crowd to hear Z'Arian's speach.
N'lor nodded and wondered at the sounds coming from the dining hall.

Z'Arian got shoved onto a table, and someone hushed the crowd. "Well, I really don't know what I'm supposed to be doing, so bear with me. As of this morning, I have been put in charge as weyrleader until further notice. Events from yesterday has put Saterth in a position where they cannot take the duties. So, I guess if you need anything, come find me...uhh. thanks." He said as he hoped down. He walked back over to Eisel, and shrugged.

Lintana smiled and ducked out of the crowd before anyone could notice. She wondered back up to her weyr to find Saterth sleeping heavily. "Hmmm, looks like tomorrow will be fun for you..." Lintana said softly more to herself. Saterth didn't even twitch. Lintana went off into the records room that was attatched to her weyr and rummaged around. She decided while the two new weyrmates work on some duties for the day she was going to check and write out some of the old records.
Kernth grumbled anxiously as he awaited N'lor to emerge from the medical hall. N'lor had persuaded one of the healers to let him out. He gathered up some of his stuff and walked out to see Kernth trying to stick his large wedge shaped head into the door. He patted Kernth affectionaly and put a leg up over to sit on kernth who took them straight to their weyr.

The queenrider smiled. "Good enough for me," she commented teasingly. "I've got to go see the herdsman," she continued, smiling at the memory of Lintana's good-natured admonishment. "Or our dear Weyrwoman might have my guts for garters, as the saying goes." A challenging comment from Umbrielth made her laugh. No, dear, I don't really think she would cut out my entrails, she reassured her dragoness.

"Well, I'll walk with you then, nothing has come my way yet." He told Vrätoth to behave himself and laughed knowing nothing of the sort would happen. "Well, let's get going so your not late."

Eisel grimaced. "He probably doesn't have any notion of time, but I guess I don't want to spend the entire afternoon there. I want to check on N'lor. Adept as the Weyrhealers are, they'll probably let him out before he's completely ready. They hide it well, but they're all indimidated by dragonriders." She sighed and shook her head. They weren't that scary...But we CAN be, Umbrielth interjected with a suspiciously smug tone. Do you dragons torment them when we aren't watching?, Eisel demanded in mock outrage. Umbrielth didn't answer.

(Ooc: and a little bit of time jumping) Bic: Lintana looked up from the current record she was working on to notice the sunlight was dimming. She got up and checked on Saterth who was still sleeping. Lintana sighed for sure now that this was a sign. She reached out to see how Esiel and Z'Arian via Umbrielth and Vratoth. How was their meeting? Lintana was once again thankful for the ability to talk to other dragons. SHe didn't want to have to trek all about the place to find the two while Saterth slept lazily.
N'lor had passed out again but this time from exerting himself a little too much. He was curled up next to Kernth on the dragons stone bed. He woke very slowly. At first he forgot where he was but eventually realized it was his own weyr. Kernth rose his head and looked down at N'lor. I am glad you alright. Me too! N'lor smiled at the sleepy dragon.

Vrätoth felt the presence of Lintana and gave her an answer moer like a shrug than anything. He hadn't bothered asking Z'Arian yet. It went well I assume.was all that his laziness would spit out.

It went as well as could be expected, Eisel told her dragon. She flicked a feather from one of the birds the herdsman kept off of her knee and sighed wearily. He had been more talkative than any herdsman she had ever met. "I want to talk to Lintana and see how N'lor was when she saw him," she remarked out loud, frowning. She really was worried about the brownrider.

Lintana smiled at the responses from the dragons. There was a reason she didn't want to talk to the herdsman herself. She yawned and looked once more at her sleeping dragon. She pondering sleep.

Z'Arian thought about that, realizing that no news had come about his status. "Yeah, I havn't heard anything. Lead the way." He followed Eisel out and put his arm around her as they went.
