His ears flattened with a hiss when his new 'friend' vanished, but he turned his attention to the dragon.

"Cymarron has eaten many many others. many races. learned many things, and seen through many eyes."

IT felt nice to be able to talk in this manner to someone without a look of disgust or fear. perhaps this dragon was a Hunter as well.

"Cymarron prefers though the Dark elves and the Ogres. dark ones have sweet meat, and Ogres make for long lasting meals. And Cymarron gains other things from his Hunts, as well. Cymarorn is fast as an Iksar's tail, strong like the Ogres. Agile like the woodelf, and Cymarron heals fast like the smelly Trolls. and Cymarron speaks many many tongues, and knows much of spirits. though only the totems and ancestors will respond to Cymarron's words. or the picture words."

He rambled, just enjoying that he could talk freely, and though he did get to brag a little about his skills, and thus his Hunting prowess.

"Cymarron also eats other Vah...for old feuds."

Her eyes watched as if she was taking in all she could. Her brain absorbing the situation. She knew the object now. "Swords." Her eyes went back to Saradin's hand as she felt the trembling under her own hand. And she shook her head in almost defiance as Saradin basically asked her to move. "No hurt..." Eyes them went back up to the man. "Why shaking?"

Eclipse was tempted to reach out and yank her away, put the fact that the blade he was holding seemed to be trembling and the watch on the blade that Saradin had poised above locked his attention to not doing so. "Ecara...get."

She hated this. Knowing the meaning of it all behind everything. Yet Saradin was again puzzling her. If he really wanted them to believe he was as truly heartless and sadistic, and stone set on this task he was undertaking, he would of already struck Ecara down and plowed back into Eclipse. Yet he refrained from doing so.

Saradin could do nothing to make the girl go, but he could at least try to block things out for her. Another cloak of darkness swirled up building a dome around her, solid to block senses of the outside and crossing even between both realities, maintained entirely by Saradin's will. "No child should ever have to see this." Eyes cold as steel again he stabbed at Eclipse at last and then pushed back on himself, his feet skidding across the floor a couple feet so he could turn on Aurah.

"I'm hungry Miss Niah."

Nailah looked up from her spot on the couch and saw Tyler sitting up and rubbing his eyes. She nodded and stood, holidng out her hand to the little boy. She took his hand and walked with him to the kitchen."So what do you want to eat?"

Turik wandered from the library to the kitchen "You hungry Llew?" he asked, the fox licked his ear, and tilted his head down; motioning to be scratched behind the ears...Turik complied, laughing "Youre no fox," he wandered over to the counter, were he saw some uneaten food. "Thats curious" he thought to himself. Who would leave this here, and why, it was perfectly good food, he set Llew down on the floor. He searched around and found a piece of jerky for Llew to chew on; the fox tugged away at the tough strip of meat, while Turik found a clean glass and pured himself some water. It was cool and crisp, better than any he had drank before. "What a wonderful place" he thought to himself as he sat on the floor next to Llew. His mind wandered to the book in his Ruck-sack. he rubbed his arm, touching over the blue-green tatoo. he pulled out the book and began to leaf through its many pages, it was written in a strange, though not altogether unknown to him, language, in a dark red ink. He ran his hands through his dark hair, thinking, trying to remember...

"I dunno...roni and cheese?" Tyler's hand tightened around hers when he saw a stranger in the kitchen. There was a little black animal there too.

Niah laughed. "Macaroni. Tyler say it. Mac-a-ro-ni." She felt his hand tighten and looked up. Sitting in the kitchen was a little black fox chewing happily and a man sitting on the floor. She smiled at him and nodded her head in greeting. "Morning."

"Roni Niah roni. I want some roni and cheese!" He giggled happily and clapped his hands. Then he remembered the other man in the room and his eyes hit the floor. He knew better...now it would happen.

Llew happily ounced over to the boy and cautiously licked his hand, when he was met with no resistance, he playfully jumped up into the boys arms, curling him self into a tight ball, a single eye peeking out from behind his forelegs. Turik grinned, he stood up and hesitantly approached the woman and the child, "Hello madame" the words came out rather clumsily, Llew noticed and shivered in silent laughter, while trying to keep up his game of peek-a-boo with the child. Turik glanced at the young boy, grateful for the distraction, and then at Llew, grinning. He kneeled down to the boys eye level "And what is your name mighty warrior?" The boy tickled the foxes tiny arms away from his face, shying away from response. Llew licked his face happily, then sneezed. Turik laughed and spoke in kind, yet sarcastic tone. "Nice job Llew, he'll love you for that."

Tyler jolted in surprise when the fox jumped up in his arms but he was soon laughing happily. He had always liked animals and he missed his doggy Winkles. He pushed the fox's paws out of his face and laughed when he licked his face. He looked at the man in front of him. He moved back to stand behind Niah, Llew in his arms.

Niah laughed at the little fox and gently pushed Tyler out from behind her. "Tell him your name little one." she said softly.

Tyler walked forward slowly and said, "I-I'm Tyler." He held out his arms which were currently full of fox. "I think he's yours."

Niah looked at the man and said, "And I'm Nailah. Who might you be?"
