The red Tree.
sometimes the day begins with nothing to look forward to.
And things go from bad to worse.
Darkness over comes you.
Nobody understands.
The world is a deaf machine,
without sense or reason
Sometimes you wait
and wait
and wait
and wait
and wait
and wait
and wait but nothing ever happpens.
Then all your troubles come at once.
Wonderful things are passing you by
Terrible fates are inevitable.
Sometimes you don't know what you are supposed to do.
Or who you are ment to be.
or where you are
And the day seemd to end the way it began.
But suddenly there it is right infront of you bright and vivid quietly waiting.
Just as you imagined it would be.
I've loved this book since the 1st time i read it which i think was in year 8 xd

I'm obsessed with fantasy novels. In fact, when I first signed up to Gaia, I wanted to have the user-name Paragon: a character from the book, but which also means 'perfect'. I'm a bit of a perfectionist, though far from perfect.
What story book are you obsessed with? I used to have a book with stories about King Arther and his Knight of the Round Table. It also had some paintings and pictures, much like those found in White Dwarf magzine, if you know what I'm talking about, although far less gruesome in nature.

Oh The Red Tree. I know that, we have it in the library at school, though I don't really know why. I only read it last year, and was surprised by how depressing it is.
I also remember loving Meg and Mog books, as well as Goodnight Moon.

BiccyDash Anna-chan loved fantasy novels... she tries to get me to read them but they are just too long X_x I was daunted by that fact as well at first, but I felt oblieged to read The Lord of The Rings, with the movies just around the corner. I thought they were great, so my friend introduced me an even better series, and then an even better, and even better! Now, LotR is just s**t compared to theses books, and is only so well know for the fact that it was the first of it's kind.

Just borrow it our in year 12 and don't return it. I still have a couple of book from my primary school which I forgot to return.
