Larie didn't even glance at him.

she shook her massive head.

"He is not simply hiding. He isn't afraid."

shin squeaked at Elias' comment about the bowl, though more so because it actually DID snap, shards of the ceramic container hitting the stps.

Others saw him. called him amatuer...he snapped his jaws, splattering a clear liquid from the eye fangs on the ground. amatuer! he'd hunted and killed enough to know he was no amatuer...but he wasn't Hunting here. but they knew he was present, and they weren't approaching him. so this move was his, apparently. So he moved from the shadows, and stood at his full height, keeping his claws out and snorting at the sentry as he pointed to himself.

"Cymarron."

He sniffed the air again, marking the differences in scents, trying to get an idea of how many were around the area, besides the one he was seeking, the one that had Hunted in his chosen territory without even so much as leaving the corpse behind to eat.

Elias, looked at the creature which called himseld Cymarron. "Well if this isn't our little guest." Elias said, no fear in his voice. Elias had once been a god, and even in this new shape there were powers that nobody had yet to see. Unless this new creature was more powerful that Tempest which was a fact that he very much doubted, Elias knew that if he meant harm he was not going to leave intact. Elias shifted into his white tiger bangel weretiger from, his large black Naginata Staff held tightly in his grasp. "Well, Cymarron, what can I do for you? It is obvious that you seek one among us, and if you mean to harm I am afraid that I cannot let you pass." he said as he out a powerful tiger's growl, as he stood next to the young dragon.

Elias looked at the dragon which he now stood beside, "You do realize that there is nothing more important in this world than humor, dear Larie." he smiled his toothy grin. "It is astonishing how much you sound like her." he said as he galnced at Shin from the corner of his eye. "Well you will excuse me if I don't believe Shinga, I have a feeling you will tell me when the time is right, let us hope that he does not return by then" Elias said hinting to the fact that Tempest wasn't goint to stop his onslaught anytime soon.

Elias felt the pain that was screaming through his body, the pain was so great that it forced him back into his human form. He tried desperately to hide it, but he could not hide it from himself, something was going wrong with that leech of his, it seemed that the energy drain from a few days had not yet healed completely. For a moment he leaned unto his staff, and even unfocused his vision. But it was only for a spilt second, regaining his compusure, he rested a gentle hand unto the dragon's shoulder. "You know something, staying alove isn't the most important thing in life, had I wished you could have seen your birth mother at least once, she was a beautiful dragon, but she understood one thing, there is much more to life than survival. I hope that her wisdom even in though she is dead touches both the hearts of you and your mother. But my soul is still tired, and it seems that my body is starting to feel the pain of its years. Larie please make sure that our friend does not cause much commision, but do not kill him unless it is needed, and if you do, leave some scraps for this old man." he said with a wake smile as he made his way back into the manor. For a moment he stopped next to Shin, "My dear Shin, take it from a man that has lived running from his memories, do not fight these, and always remember that I am here for you, your loyal friend until the lady of shadows comes once more for my soul." he said as he dissapeared into the manor.

His eyes moved over the shapeshifter, his ears flicking in different directions, fingers twitching only slightly. his body shifted minutely, lowering himself enough to seem a bit smaller particularly compared to the shapeshifter, and he did not look at this one's eyes.

"Cymarron is seeking one that he has tracked here. Cymarron claimed his own territory of...prey. this one Hunted in Cymarron's territory, and left only dust, not even a corpse for Cymarron to feed on. and did not let Cymarron know they were Hunting."

His tail lashed back and forth in agitation, but he kept the rest of himself still. his nostrils flared only slightly.

"The ancestors tell Cymarron not to Hunt there anymore. the Prey became much more wary. and the Prey bought there own spirit users to protect them. Cymarron is an efficent Hunter, but spirits are not bound by the laws of nature and flesh. So Cymarron seeks the one who disturbed his Hunting, and has questions and wants answers."

"Cymarron doesn't know. there were no eyes to see through. the ancestors only know that it was not of the prey, it fed and the one it fed on became dust. Cymarron caught the scent from the room. female scent. tracked it here."

He sat on the ground, keeping his eyes somewhat downcast. it was a semi relaxed but subserviant position, his hands on his thighs and one knee up by his chest the other leg on the ground. if needed, he could be on his feet in seconds with both daggers at the ready..or springboard himself forward with claw and fang.

"Cymarron was taught by the Old one how to speak to the ancestors, to ask thier blessings, to be thier wrath. Cymarron does not ask much, but when the Ancestors tell Cymarron things, Cymarron listens."
