feather on the water
Hi I'm feather on the water! (Feather for short) I'm fourteen and I'm a nut for funny pictures and quotes and stuff. I also find satire very amusing. I have a bebo and an imvu if you know what those are xp I like making new friends and making fun arguments/debates/etc. I sometimes make references to random things. (Want to see a donkey show?) I like anime and manga(I do hate overly excessive fanism in public and the wapanese, they annoy me) I can be a cool person but I defend friends/family/beliefs fiercely when I think its right.(I won't side with someone JUST because they are my friends 'cause my friends make mistakes) I am a self proclaimed therapist person thing. I can resolve conflicts between people so if you need help I'm open. I dream to become a marine biologist.

Wow. Marine Biology? I've never looked into that at all except minor introduction in 7th grade. What interests you about it?

No, I haven't heard them. o_o I really like Within Temptation. Having a hard time convincing my dad to order their CDs from the internets. >_<

Awww. How cute. x3 My kitten Sora, he well... Is crazy. He's half Pixie-Bob so he looks like a little wild cat. He's psycho. Runs around, wraps his paws around Duchess and leaps onto her. She flips out and makes scary noises. D: I feel bad for the little guy though. 'Cause neither Madison or Duchess will have anything to do with him. So us people are his chew toys. xD

Both the cats pick on Trixie and she screams. Literally. And if there is a stray cat on the patio she isn't familiar with she goes insane. She rushes at the sliding glass door snorting like a bull. She so small and delicate though. >.<

One of the stray cats that I feed, I call him Frankenstien. 4laugh For some reason, I think it's the cutest name ever.

That's so cute! x3 I know. Duchess is a small little poof, but she screams and yowels up a racket. I have lots of pictures of both Sora and Duchess.

I wish my neighborhood had stray cats! I love feeding strays. I dunno why.

It gives me a warm fuzzy feeling.
I hate watching animal planet when they have animal ER. I cried when the had to put a dalmation down. I stopped watching it after that.

Ya, same here. I feel so bad for stray animals. Y'know, because there isn't much the animals can do about it. And some people are just too irresponsible to take care of the poor things.

I could never watch that show. It was always so sad. Plus, I don't like looking at guts. Yuck, makes me quesy. xP
I saw one were a cat accidently jumped down into a bunch of cactus. It's WHOLE body was covered. Literally. You couldn't even tell it was a cat. It was in so much pain it couldn't move. It just layed there and meowed. It makes me want to cry. ;_;

That's why I don't like my neighborhood. These stray cats are the animals people just kick out of their house. I can understand a little while during the day, but all night?

T.T I would have cried to. Then I would have ran and got all three kitties and hugged and kissed them all.
And my dog too. Her name is Ginger. I love all four of my animals equally but I have my cats longer. Ginger's personality is really starting to be her own though since she's matured.

Ya, I think some people shouldn't be allowed to have pets. There's a guy up the street that beats his dog. So, whenever we walk by, the dog is always laying in the yard. And whenever any guy walks by, it starts barking. Poor thing.

That reminds me of my dog. ;_;
When I was two, we got a puppy from my Aunt. She was a little golden lab/lab retriever mix. She was so cute. Her name was Melissa.
We had her for 12 whole years. I am really ashamed though, because when I was younger I was really mean to her. I felt so awful. Well, two Christmas's ago, she got really sick. So we took her to the vet. She had a kidney disease and they said she probably wouldn't live for another month. Amazingly, she lived quite longer than that. She got much better, then she started getting worse and worse. Finally, last August, my mom said she had to take Melissa to the doctor's. She probably wouldn't be coming home.
I cried alot. I never thought it would hurt so much to loose a dog. But I cried and cried and then apologized to her. Even if Melissa never understood a thing I said, it still helped me feel a little better.
The worst thing was, she was put to sleep on my birthday. ;_;

Errr.. sorry about the long post. >_> I got wrapped up in the story and now i'm all teary eyed.

It's fine. I can compare to how you feel. Before Ginger came into the family we had a dog named Bandit. He really lived up to his name too. He dug a hole under our fence, crawled under it, and took toys from our next door neighbors dogs. When my parents opened up the fence, he ran out and some man who was speeding down the street slammed right into him. He died instantly because my parents told me his head was almost completely ripped off (they didn't say this calmly; they were both sobbing and my dad NEVER cries and it was the first time I saw him). The man didn't even stop, he just went home, put his car in the garage and didn't even answer the door when we called the sherif. We couldn't press charges or anything because of the Florida leash law.

I still have his old chew toy.

But Ginger, she's apart of our family now and we love her.

I'm going back and forth between here and the GD and messing around with random stuff in my room.

gonk I just changed into my duck pajama pants to discover my zipper down. Makes me wonder how long it's been down.

I am... making posts around here and roleplaying. o:

And probably I should be doing my math homework, too, but my laziness compels me to wait until third period when I have it to copy someone else's.

I need to tell my laziness to go stuff itself, really I do.

Haha, well, at least you weren't running around in public with your zipper down. THAT'S embarrassing. I wear really baggy shirts that cover my zipper, usually, so I'm saved the humiliation, but when I wear an actual form-fitting shirt and I forget...

It's been forever since I role played. It's really hard to find something that really tickles my fancy.

Procrastination. So much fun. I'm putting off my homework now. As long as I get it done I'm fine. My teacher is a man who goes to my church. He's so nice but that's what makes me want to not look like a bad student. Procrastination is so hard to break.

Yeah... I don't roleplay much because the good ones are hard to come by nowadays (or maybe my standards have gotten higher as I became more literate; I can't really tell).

But I found a good one a few days ago, and I'm still sticking with it and everyone's still active. It's nice and literate, too, and pretty fun. I'm gonna see how long it lasts.

Ah... I'm a grade-A procrastinator and not exactly proud of it. xD; I tend to wait until the LAST minute to do most of my homework, on art requests I usually put it off until I feel like it ("Maybe I should do that request now... OOH SHINY *gets distracted* ...That request can wait."), and I just can't bring myself to do things when I'm supposed to.

I work better under pressure, I guess, so if I'm rushed then maybe I'll do a better job... but it's still no excuse.

I love when I join a roleplay when the characters are actually people.
The last roleplay I was in sadly died but was so good!
Characters had flaws. Geniun flaws. Not the "she was too nice for her own good but everybody still loved her" crap.
I can't really call myself literate. maybe semi-literate but that's it. I'm horrible at spelling. >.<

In the end, we spent over a thousand dollars on her.
:B Me and my family are geeks.

A thousand!? @_@
Is she a pure breed?

Yes. She's a welsh corgi. We bought her at one of those fancy pet shop places. She had all her shots though and a special chip in her so if she ever got out and we couldn't find her, we could contact people that could find her.

OMG!
I'm looking on a past account that was banned and I'm reading my old journal.
Wow is all I can say.

Ya, I think some people shouldn't be allowed to have pets. There's a guy up the street that beats his dog. So, whenever we walk by, the dog is always laying in the yard. And whenever any guy walks by, it starts barking. Poor thing.

That reminds me of my dog. ;_;
The worst thing was, she was put to sleep on my birthday. ;_;

Errr.. sorry about the long post.

Awww, that's awful. I don't understand how a person can not feel guilty about something like that. :/

Ya, we still have Melissa's old doggy bed and one of her bones she never finished. My mom said she didn't have the heart to get rid of it.

I wish I could get a new dog. I REALLY love Samoyeds. Those things are adorable. There aren't really any to be adopted in Washington though. ^^;

She doesn't have a tale to shake so when she's happy her whole body shakes.

I'm looking back on a journal from my freshman year and my god. I don't know what to think.

I wear really baggy shirts that cover my zipper, usually, so I'm saved the humiliation, but when I wear an actual form-fitting shirt and I forget...

gonk

I'm horrible at spelling. >.<

I know what you mean; I try to make my characters realistic personality-wise, and make them original while I'm at it. I think I do an okay job of it, but I can never be sure. Sometimes I feel really lame and boring and mainstream with the characters I make when I'm braindead. Dx

I've not been told that I wasn't literate, lately, and I seem to fit in okay with the literate roleplaying crowd, so I think I can safely say that I am. ...I hate saying that, because I feel horrendously conceited when I do. ^-^;

...The only reason that I'm good at spelling is because I have an automatic spell-check. It's sort of like when you're typing on Word, you know; like, if I misspell something or the word I typed wasn't in the dictionary programmed into the computer, then a little red, dotty line will appear under it. It's awesome.
