lone_ronin flaifire Chuck Norris is a wimp and his martial arts are terrible! but he trained under bruce lee.... But he couldn't even take one day at a Shotokan Karate special training. That's a three day weekend event, not overly straining, but you do need to be in shape and prepared to improve.
