"None of us are exactly normal to the outside world," Alphonse stated, continuing to cook. "I'd show you what makes me different, but I'm a bit busy." He raises his eyes to Vesna, giving her a smile.

"Aah." Is the only reply she gives to Vesna. "I suppose what makes me different is that I am a Master Monk." She shrugs.

"Master monk? That sounds rather normal to me." Alphonse grabs a pot from the cabinet underneath him, filling it up with water. "What's got me curious is how you managed to heal yourself. You had to fall from a rather good distance to break through the roof like you did." Alphonse wasn't trying to interrogate Shi'ina, but his curiosity was getting to him.

Shi'ina smiles. "That is what being a Master Monk is about. I have complete and total control over my body-when I'm not in the middle of healing grievious wounds, that is...I am the deadliest weapon I can wield, although I am trained and master of every hand to hand style and melee weaponry known to man. The total control of my body allows me to heal very fast, and it also allows me to keep completely relaxed in any situation-which is why falling so far and landing so hard didn't kill me." She was rambling because she was exausted, but wasn't about to let that show in any other way.

"Ah," he said quietly. Having set the pot on the stove while she was talking, he pokes the water for his own amusement. "I can understand why someone would want you." In a way, he was trying to avoid explaining why he was hiding, since the only odd outward appearance he had was the pointed ears, but he knew it would come up eventually.

"I wish I could get away form them like you did. Last time, I had to resort to biting her wing and it tore my back all to hell. I can't seem to use my powers against them.." Reaching back with her hand, she tried to scratch her back near her wings.

Shi'ina tilts her head. "If you'd like, I could teach you a few moves that come in handy when one is slung over the shoulder of someone. Of course, that will have to wait until I am at 100%" She had decided to ignore the double entendere, consciously made or not.

She turned away from the carrot, still reaching. "I can't help it!"
Looking at Shi-ina, she nodded. "Sure, sounds good."

Shi'ina deftly catches the carrot before it hits the floor. For a moment she frowns at it. Had she been at full capacity, she could have caught it before it bounced off of Vesna. Still not looking happy, she munches on the carrot. "Mmmm..." She looks happy again.

Alophonse laughs, amused that there is no food going to waste. "Don't worry, I got a good stew I learned from my mother coming up here shortly." He turns to Vensna with a smile, kind of checking to see what she's up to.

"I have a salve in my bag that can help that, if you want it." Shi'ina gingerly pats herself, looking for her bag. "ACK! Is it gone?!" She stands in alarm, but nearly falls over again. "Ugh." Moving slowly this time, she shuffles off to the room with the broken waterbed.
