First of all I am not a neo-nazi, those people are sick neutral

Second of all, no there is not a difference between chat and spam, chat IS spam, one sentence topics is spam, there are exceptions to that one sentence thing though but somehow I think "Am I insane?" isn't one of those exceptions 3nodding
