Only if you promise to water him and make sure he has plenty of sunlight, and make sure to let him outside of the base any time he starts doing anything.

Can these be ordered out of the MSU DCups Catalogue?

Due to the nature of this trick I suggest you fall for it anyway.

No trick. Here's the website.

No, but we have something similar.

It's about the size of one of those cool metal foil frisbees and round. It hovers about 6 inches off the ground in normal mode, and can sustain any altitude of flight and underwater opperation. It has a sustained top speed of just under the speed of sound, as well as enough power to punch through most escape velocities. It is fully cloakable. It comes loaded with an automatic weapon, sniping weapon, heavy weapon, mines, and an adjustable settings laser. And of course, it acts a STAT booster and has its own perosnal camera.

If it can mantain any altitude why did you need to mention that that it can reach escape velocity and wouldn't escape velocity damage the mounted weapon?
Considderring that it operates under water and has a top speed around that of sound At first I was thinking that the propulsion had to do with a mechanical force in the spinning because of the underwater capability but that doesn't account for the mention of an escape velocity- the next guess was magnetic field generation but anything strong enough to move it around like that would sterilize everyone in a radius of several miles. This leaves either an unnamed mystery force or that machne can redirect the direction that gravity works on itself and if it can do that I don't see any reason to have the guns at all, you could just crush surrounding objects or fling them off into space.
Your saucer mounted turret machine makes no sense Phil stressed

The weapons are retractable for high velocity travel.

It is a combonation of magnetic field manipulation and spinning as you suggest, with additional rockets and jets for high speeds.

Also, I should mention the entire thing looks similar to a yo-yo, and is considerably thicker than the disks I mentioned.

Nonetheless magnetic field manipulation would only be good for travel along one line depending on the closest magnetic materials in all directions and their distance relative to each other- whch would mostly ammount to up and down at an angle around 40-60 degrees from the ground. The large yoyo shape also seems innefficient for the storage of rocket fuel or basically any other combustile liquid.
An partial energy conversion of magnetic to gravitic force might do the trick to allow 3 dimensional movement but even with a century of technology hidden away from the general knowledge of people like myself it would probably still require large machinery and the recoil from the rapid fire conventional weapons would throw it out of balance repeatedly-
This task of designing somethin like this would be akin to designing an automated trafficing system for flying cars for several close proximity and high population cities.

It's more advanced than you think. It can tap into the entire magnetic field of the planet, even from great distances, and can be directed at any angle. It's not a strong magnetic field manipulation, but an ambient magnetic power harnesser.

Well, the entire thing is not housing the liquid.

Which I have done, but if I rolled higher than a 4 you have no idea about it.

Besides, there are advanced computer systems that offset the recoil.

Here's a question for you Jon:

What gun can kill insomnia?

Haru told me to use pills, but my parents I guess think I would overdose or something because they told me that it will eventually go away. Pode also told me to... Well, never mind about what he told me sweatdrop

well... any gun will make you "sleep" but um... really you should probably not utilize that option.

Odds on, Pode suggested that you engage in some self-gradification or something, and that, though a little embarassing to talk about is supposed to help you sleep. Though I'd think that exercysing until you're exhaused would be a better option as it will not only help you sleep, but eventually, you'll be ripped.
