So yeah, I've been trying to decipher my trip journal so here's part one of it!
I have decided to keep a diary of the going ons of my adventures and explorations of the world outside of me. It is a strange world, filled with many dangerous, but the greatest of prizes. I have been given a key.
First, I embarked on a voyage across the ocean called my hallway to a far off land which is my room mate’s. My friend is with me, the Jester who sat laughing on the couch, or perhaps he is simply a messenger.
I am no longer myself as I leave the shelter of my room. I begin a journey where I am a messenger, a prophet, a merchant, a traveler, an explorer. I am a mythological being like Pan, a trickster, and Janus a beginning.
We bound into his room, my friend and Jester in tow. His room well lit begins to curiously darken around us as I jump to his bed and straddle him.
I lean down.
“Greetings and good tidings!” I proclaim in a voice fit for a Shakespearean play.
“I have come on a most curious of missions. I was sent from a far off land, across a vast ocean, from a distant King, a strange religion who holds a strange God dear. I have landed here, within your land for rest. I have been on a perilous journey to bring you word of my Gospel. It comes in the form of a small seed of a plant, and I bring it to you as a gift.” I explain.
He knows better so he plays along with me.
“Dear and fellow traveler, I welcome you to my land! I am King here and beside me lies my Queen. We welcome you with open arms into our soft and warm land where the tradition is to meet travelers laying down, and for them to curiously straddle you. Tell me of your religion, gospel, and gift?”
“It is a sacred gift, one that was brought to us from the very Gods themselves. As I said, it was a seed, but you do not plant it in your garden, no. You plant it in your stomach. There, it will bloom into your mind and open your eyes and take you to the Gods themselves so that they may show you their wisdom.”
“And is this the God of Ecstasy?” My friend inquired.
“Nay,” I whispered. “Good King, it is not. It is from a most ancient God, whom the natives of our land worshipped. He is the revealer, and he will show you all you wish to see.”
“Then I would like to see this gift, if you will be so kind.” My friend said with a smile. A strange smile, one that distorted and his face turned. He seemed innocent, but I had known he had done a lesser version of this with me. Yet, I was enlightening him as I held one hand outstretched to my friend and felt the small pill placed into my hand. I was showing him a way to freedom away from our everyday bland life.
“The gift,” my friend whispered, and it thrusted me back into my roll as messenger and prophet.
I held it out for my roomie, “For you, most hospitable King.”
Sliding off of him, I slipped onto her.
“And the Queen of this country, dose she wish to partake of this gift?”
With a laugh, she replied. A nod of her head, a soft yes.
My hand reached out once more, and as if more of a mechanical motion the pill was placed into the palm of my hand; the familiar small little pill.
She opened her mouth, some sort of void which was the receptacle for this seed which I placed on her pink tongue.
Light came back, as if a blast or an explosion nearby. It overwhelmed my eyes, and I stood, and walked to a chair on their room. I placed my feet on top of it, and stood. I felt like I was on a mountain, and when I sunk into the chair it felt like it was enveloping me. I decide to write everything written here before this, as some circle while I wait and watch.
The chair seems to hold me, bring my body into it and try to eat me. I am not afraid of it, it is inviting. I see little things dance through the shag of the carpet, as it if were a forest to them, or a field of wheat. They stare curiously at me as they notice me watching them, wondering how it is possible that I can see them, before continuing to move and dance.
My mind feels like it’s being sucked out the back of my skull, and I see through my own eyes as I scribble on this paper, like some sort of human typewriter. The sound of the pen against the paper, the scratching, is incredibly loud, but interesting.
Time has no relevance to me anymore. I do not know how long I have sat here, nor how long I have written, but I know I have taken breaks as my hands do not ache from me gripping a pen, some of the things I have written are intelligible as I read them again, just scribbles.
The world outside the window is strange. It is black, with grey lumps in the sky as if cotton or smoke. The tree outside the window watches us inside, curling its branches and trying to catch the wind to cool it off from soaking in the sun the entire day. It shivers though, cold, it has lost its leaves.
Then, I see it come onto them. They watch in amazement as their world around them must have melt away, mine already has.
We explored everything, our home no longer ours but a foreign land or planet. We crawl around his room, and I peer into the darkness of his closet, surely there are creatures living in there that wish to be undisturbed so I closed it. We then decide to explore the world around us. I can cross an entire room in one step and feel as if I had just run across, or it will take me hours to get across an entire room running – or what feels like hours.
We dance a strange forgotten dance, a natural rhythm.
Tired, we collapse on our living room floor, I began to write again. Yet, as I write, I begin to sink. The floor takes me in, it surrounds me and I look up at everything with a laugh. The lights dim again, slowly focusing only on my roomie, his girlfriend, and my friend. They peer over me, and laugh. She runs her hands down my chest and it feels as if she is reaching inside of me and touching my soul. I tell her this and she kisses my forehead and it feels as if I have been anointed or baptized. He was a King, she was a Queen. My friend and I were messengers, Gods, Satan, Buddha, Jesus, Vishnu, Shiva – at least for this night.
Once again I enter into m y mind, watching as I write in hurried scribbles, quick to write down everything which I wish to share to enlighten the others, to show them my thought process. I wish not to be a messenger of a simple narcotic, but my way of thinking, this strange alien feeling of experiencing an entire world as if you were a new born.

I am losing my internet connection any day now. It'll suck, but not too much considering all I really do on a computer is check myspace and Gaia. I don't even talk on messengers as much anymore as I used to. I've been doing other things outside of being zoned out in front of a computer. So, it just means I'll be doing that more. Hanging out with friends more. Spending time with family a bit more. Being entranced by great trances more.
It's only going to be lost for about three weeks or so.

I read the post I made on Wed Dec 20, 2006 (page 53) and I was wondering if I should revise it and change it to the opening page of GrooveTech. Any objections/suggestions?

In a few minutes, I'll be leaving for my grandpa's viewing.
I'm going to see that look on my mom's face again. Same as before, when dad died.
She doesn't need grief like this.
