He left the roleplay due to it not seeming very active or advanced literate which is what he was looking for. Which he had said in those exact words.. except "he" was was an "I"

Well, the guild's still really really new.
Like, it's technically not even complete.
We're still working on skillsets, the first arch is barely underway. And almost nobody is ranked up enough to be skilled.

I think the rules state how.
If not i'm sure asking in the Q&A thread will provide you with an answer.
As for skill, i meant in terms of characters.
