"Looks don't matter kid. keeping yourself alive does."

she frowned slightly, shaking her head.

"Besides. Daggers are eacily concealed, easily held, harder to get knocked out of your hands, easily thrown, and if you're taught right, rather elegant."

"Though you can't decapitate wnayone with them, they're still deadly."

She ran her fingers through her hair again, still trying to get used to it being so short, having cut it this morning.

"I have to admit that in I love what you have done with your hair my young friend. How about we all head to the kitchen for a bit to eat." he asked with a stupid grin on his face.

"Yup, me is hungry, let's go get some food, as long it isn't Elias cooking." she giggled as she maher her towards the kitchen.


"Hey, I happen to like my own cooking!" Elias laughed as he wrapped his hand around Shin, "care to join us?" he asked.

"Off course you love your own food, that is becuase you have killed all your taste buds to the point that they you can't taste anything, no matter how bad said food happens to taste." Lin Tao said as she followed the young Michiko and Amadhy into the kitchen.



"One of these days, pow!!! right to the moon." he laughed as he made his way through the door, and say that Naliah was there. "great to see that you are doing well Naliah." he smiled his stupid smile once more, this time at her.

Niah opened her eyes and watched them troop into the kitchen. "Hi Elias" she said smiling. She wasn't sure who the others were. One she had seen the night she had stumbled on them fast asleep in the Great Hall. "How have you been?" she asked. She stopped for a minute and looked towards the kitchen door. "That's odd..." she said slowly. She shook her head quickly. There was no way.

Nelphean walked out the front door of the manor, thinking to find his long lost Snow, when the troting sound approached him. Two riders wearing black cloaks on a single black horse...

"Is that you, my son?" The first rider said.

"Of course its our darling Nelly." Replied the second.

The elf's eyes shot open, and he staired at the duet... "How did you..." The shock on Nelphean's face was very apparent.

Dismounting the horse, "The plane collapsed. I looked for you mother for several months, and she wanted to see if you were alright, so we came to find you." He grinned. "That, and this world seems to be slightly over populated..."

"Nelfien, You just slaughtered those goblins, why must you slaughter the humans too, I can think of plenty of beter things to do with your time.."

Nelfien pulled back the hood of his cloak, and revieled his black metalic armour. His helm conceiled his entire face, and was very smooth in complection. "You are the only woman I can ever love." Removing his helmet, the image of an Older Nelphean stared back at the child. "Hello son."

His eyes opened very wide, "You came here just to see me?" Confused by the sudden appearence of his family, "I haven't spoken to you in over a hundred years, and you come to see if I am alright after the collapse of the material plane..."

"We never did see eye to eye, until now." Nelfien was a carbon copy of Nelphean, or the son was an image of the father. "Arn't you going to say something to your mother, son?"

"How did you find me...?" He turned to look at his mother, who appeared the same as she had on the day when Nelphean left home. "Good morning Mother, how was your trip?"

"Very good Nelly." Dismounting Night, Nelphean's mother raced over to her son, and embraced him in a hug. "I missed you ever so much over the years."

" You never came to find me."

"Did you really want you mother to leave her home, and come looking for you?" Nelfien replied.

"You seemed quite contented with your decision, who am I to pull you back." She smilled, "And that nice Mr. WIndrunner did come by and tell me where you were, after we had a visit of course."

"Mother!"

Shaking his head, Nelfien replied "You know how your mother is... We have to stop every night for her needs. Don't we Jewel."

"Nelly, can we borrow... Nelly?"

While his parents were gazing into each other's eyes, Nelphean walked back into the manor, unable to deal with them at the present time.

"Stomach overrides brain sometimes." He dropped one ear then raised it and looked at everyone in turn. "Hello everyone. All well today? I assume so." He gave a snort and then took up his normal position near a leg of the table.

"As well as any man who has been brough back from the dead." he said with a stupid smile on his face. "Now as to who this girls are, this is Michiko, Ling Tao, and Amadhy." he said as he tapped each girl on the top of the head.


"Okay, Elias is a pain in the butt, he doesn't want to let me intordice myself." Ling Tao said with a smile on her face, she made her way towards the Naliah and extended her arm. "My name is Ling Tao de la Santa, it is a pleasure to meet you." she said.



"THe name is Amadhy I am the cute one." she said laughing, it seemed that Elias's strange sense of humor was rubbing off.



"I am Michiko, and Elias made me a doll."She giggled as she walked up to Naliah and showed her the doll which ELias had painstacklingly made by hand, with eyes of bluea and long raven black hair.

He laughed and wagged his tail at the attention that was literally hurled upon him. "Nice to see you too Niah...I'm fine, just fine." He licked her cheek once then looked to Bastet. "Hot."


She had stopped in the great hall, had watched Elias, Bastet, Shin, Eclipse, and a few others she wasn't sure of make their way to the kitchen. Aura found it delightful that none had noticed her yet. Seems they had been just fine since she left. Giving a soft laugh she continued in her slow walk only to come to stop in the doorway of the kitchen. She played a surprised expression and rested her hands on her hips. "My gods! You're all still here?! Can't get rid of you freeloaders can I?!" She said it all with a smile, playing upon the joke they themselves had formed.
