Kedian Locke Trufeld Kedian, did you buy Insaniquarium Deluxe? o.o; Before I knew it, my 60 minute trial expired. I was in the middle of Tank 2-5 when it suddenly closed out on me. @_@ I thought everyone knew I was a naughty pirate, like Lunar. Ah.. Okay then, in that case.. I'll make like Zenk and have my Space Pirates do the dirty work for me. XD Though I'll lost my saved data of reaching 2-5. I can do that again in less than an hour.

Rolf Eusis >_> This is probably getting annoying but another D&D question. I've looked through all the books my friend left with me but I cant find the answer. As I stated earlier I was going to make a template character using either half fiend of half dragon. Well I went with dragon and my dragon choice has a breath weapon that is confusing me. This is how it readsQuote: Breath Weapon (su): A sapphire dragon breathes a cone of nearly inaudible sonic energy. in addition to making a reflex saving throw against sonic damage, each creature within the cone must succeed at a will save (same DC) or become panicked for 1d4 rounds I understand the second half the the weapon but what exactly is sonic damage? I cant find it anywhere. sweatdrop The damage type only really matters when you're doing resistance against a certain type of damage or something. Sonic damage is still applied like normal damage, as are fire, cold, electricity, and acid. They just go around standard damage reduction and are affected only by DR associated with them--e.g. DR sonic/10 would prevent the first 10 points of sonic damage each round. *is beginning to wonder why he still has the books* eek Yes, I'm a nerd. No way around it.

All I've found is that some sonic attacks can deafen it's target and that a Destrachan and use sonics to destroy certain things. But there is no 'd whatever die type' damage listings that I can find. whee

There isn't any specific amount of damage that a sonic attack does. Think long sword and short sword--both are slashing damage, but different amounts.

A dragon's breath weapon damage is determined by its age. For a half-dragon...
It varies based on the dragon race. I'd say take an average of the damage listed in the MM.

They are in MM2, the Half Dragon template is in MM1 sweatdrop Well then, you'll just have to improvise. *DUN DUN DUN* That, and get DM approval for it. Check the other half-dragons and compare the breath weapons, etc, and try to balance it. Also keep in mind that sonic generally does less damage, but does the deafen/whatever in some cases, and also usually ignores the hardness of objects. (think DR for items) You could also check the Wizards of the Coast site and see if they have released a template for that. (they release a bunch of "official" content online, and the rules explanations are very helpful)

Can't get enough of Insaniquarium. @_@ And I haven't even checked out the other modes either. If there's no leeway around it, I'll more likely pay the $19.95. LoL. I still do have those 70 $20 bills all un-wrinkled nicely in my other wallet.. Locke Sir, Buy me Soul Calibur II. XD
