I personally don't find it disturbing in the least (half the time you can't even tell they're both guys from the drawings so if it were to offend someone they can simply tell their minds 'hey that one's a girl don't get your feathers in a ruffle' and bang! problem's solved) until they start doing (literally!!!) brotherly love.
I KNOW YOU THINK SASUKE AND ITACHI ARE HOT, BUT PLEASE, PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DON'T DRAW THEM MAKING OUT THAT'S WRONG ON SO MANY LEVELS!!
And the people that draw this say "I know they're brothers but yaoi doesn't distinguish the difference between two hot guys that don't know eachother and go well with eachother and two hot guys that just so happen to be brothers."
It's wrooong!!
