((just so ya know kiki this rps happens after claire gets her staff back ^^; ))
Claire: *had left the manor where she lived to go take a walk, now she relised she had gone to far and was sitting on a bench so her feet wouldn't get blistered on the way back*

Cheveyo: *while the sun was high overhead, Cheveyo stood amidst the carefully disorganized study in his home, just performing the last of a series of complicated spells. A sudden rumbling of thunder outside made him smile; it was working* "Cthelyo Nyandi Nyien Portullo! Ascien Sensu Rela-" *suddenly a large, orange tabby streaked around the corner, hissing and heading straight for him. His eyes widened in alarm* "No! The spell, it's not complete!" *but it was too late. the cat raced beneath Cheveyo, ruining the chalk inscriptions he'd laid down, and he could feel a sudden wrenching in his gut* "Wha-" *was all he managed to get out....before finding himself transported to an utterly new domain* eek

Claire: *heard something happening behind her, there where a few trees that blcoked her from seeing so she poked her head around one to see what was going on*

Cheveyo: *feeling slightly nauseous and confused, he stumbled to a nearby tree and leaned against it, gulping in air to try and settle his body. The effects of wild magic were often unkind to those it acted upon. He knew what had happened, of course. The spell had been disrupted and the energies he had built up had been released, in an unexpected way. What he didn't know, was how to fix it. Likely he would have to find his way back home the normal way, without magic. Cheveyo sighed, unaware of anyone nearby who might be watching*

"Sir? I've become a Sir?" *was his first, and admittedly irrelevant and somewhat vain thought. Then he focused on the girl who had said it* " I'm...fine." *he replied* "Just surprised. I wasn't exactly expecting to be -here- today...or really anytime soon." *he grimaced slightly* "Uh, where exactly is here, if you please?"

Claire: well, Here is a park about a mile or maybe two from my home *nods and hold her staff close to her, like she always did when she was nervous*

"Uh, right." *he blinked* "I'm sorry, but that really isn't very helpful to me. Does this park have a name? Or your home perhaps?" *he was glad to note that the unpleasant symptoms of his trip here were abating. He stood away from the tree, and straightened his clothes, taking a moment to surreptitiously check to make sure the small pouch of magic materials he always carried with him was still in place*

"Yawe Manor..." *his eyes became distant as he wracked his memory for a location to match the name. For a moment something glimmered in the back of his mind, but it failed to materialize. Cheveyo sighed. This meant he was likely very far from home. And taking a look around, he realized the various trees and plants around him confirmed this. There wasn't a one of them he could ever remember seeing near his desert home* "Are there any towns close by?" *he asked. He would be in need of supplies and a good map to make his way home, he was sure. And perhaps a guide as well*
