Thats form first appears in the showdown at the end of the naruto series. His hair gets longer when he transforms.

Lets see Sasori is a human puppet his heart being the only human part of him left. Zetsu is part plant, Deidara has a second mouth located on his hand, Hidan can casually pull his head off. Kakuzu has 4 hearts.
