New Year's! One of the happiest days of the year! Nanami Koyama had found herself at the Grindhouse yet again, all by herself, but this time, she wasn't late! Actually, it looked like she was kind of... early! The redhead glanced around the club as she made her way to the bar. Last year had been so much fun, getting to celebrate on her own for once and chatting with people like Hayden, she couldn't help but do it again this year. Thankfully, she hadn't had to pass off Haruka to anyone, as her daughter had instead elected to stay home and catch up on her own things. So Nanami was completely on her own, and she couldn't help but feel light and free as she ordered a drink. She wondered who she would get to meet this time?
Much like Nanami, both Alex and River had made an effort to make it there on time, instead of being late like last year. Honestly, Alex didn't care, he was just there for the drinks and being around other adults, but River had been very bothered that she hadn't been able fully enjoy herself last time.
"I promise, I won't let myself get out of hand this time," River pleaded as she trotted after her brother as the two passed through the Grindhouse doors. Alex had been angry that River let Elliot drink to such an extent at the wedding. ...Well, it hadn't taken much to knock Elliot out, but still. It was irresponsible (even though he was partially to blame) and it pissed him off. Still, her pestering had paid off, and he let her come along to get a drink too, but if his silence and frown was any indication, he wasn't happy about it at all. And so he left his sister at the door, heading over to the bar to get a drink.
River frowned to herself and rocked on her heels slightly before wandering over to find a table. Alex was mad at her for getting so drunk at the wedding, so it was probably a good idea to wait before grabbing her first drink. Besides, she was here on time! No rush!

Celeste was really excited to finally be heading to the grindhouse, and for the New Year's party no less. Last year she had done the fireworks thing in the town square and while that had been fun, she was excited to do something new. Even better she actually had someone to hang out with this year. Amanda was supposed to be meeting her here.
Celeste had left really early in order to make sure she could find the pace. It had taken six wrong turns and a whole hour longer than it should have, but Celeste had made it. And, as she took off her coat and looked around, it seemed she was still fairly early. She looked down at her strapless black dress that was form fitting and complimented with simple silver jewelry. Sure she like to dress up but she wasn;t very fashy about it. Simple black heels, well, not simple for winter but boots wouldn;t have matched, rounded out the outfit.
Throwing her coat over her arm she moved to take a seat at the bar to wait for Amanda.
------>
Parker had also found his way to the Grindhouse for the party. Had Tera been here he would have gone to the town square and spent the night with her. But, since he wasn't, he wasn't about to turn down a night of drinking. So he walked into the bar and took a cursory glance around, cataloging everyone already there and picking a seat at the bar that would keep him facing the door. He looked around for the bartender.
<-------
Flipping the kickstand down, Morgan dismounted her bike and reached up to pull the helmet off her head. She shook out her long black hair, amazingly with no sign of helmat hair, and tucked the helmet under her arm. She walked across the parking lot and up to the door. Slipping inside she gave a little shiver in defernce to the cold and scanned the room before spotting the shock of blond hair that she had been looking for. Dark eyes lit with amusement and a smile lifted her lips. She headed over to the bar, her booted heels making soft thunking noises in the pre-party quiet bar. Her dark jeans, leather jacket, and dark red halter were all good enough bar clothing for her, and even though she was under dressed for the weather, this was her favorite outfit for riding.
Morgan slipped onto the chair next to her brother and gave his arm a little bump with her own. "Hey bro. Knew I'd find you here." Parker looked at her out of his perihperal. "Milly's going to be upset that you didn't stop there first." Mrogan snorted. "Milly isn't expecting me until later and would be upset if I showed up early. Don't be such a spoil sport Parker." She said with a smile than said she was ready to annoy the hell out of him.

Oh my! This was a rare sight to see out and about in town, especially at the grind house! Who would have thought that Judith could ever find the time to go outside socializing? Well, maybe she didn’t have any more work related to the school, had published three books in the last week, wrote a whole thesis in a week and made sure to have her quota of students commit suicide. Either way, she was free and ready to get some alcohol down her throast and relax… or well, as much relaxation that Judith could get… which wasn’t much. Well, she could always amuse herself by seeing the losers around her with their life falling apart. Ah! Pathetic. She loved mocking them. Sometime, you would wonder how those people could get on with their lives while knowing that they were miserable failures who would never get anything done with their life, never really get rich nor really be happy. All around failures.
Anyway… She walked into the building and sneered at it. Wow it was pitiful. It was so obvious that the place was a big mess! Look at those tables! Reorganised, they could fit at least two more in there! More tables would equal more people and more people would equal more money! Who had been the moron to design that, anyway? And placing the bar in a cave? With only stairs leading to it without any form of ramp? Ah! If she felt like it, she could easily sue them, but she wouldn’t, mostly because she was feeling generous. Oh, not generous toward the owner, but toward Kevin. The boy had the right to have one free day in the year; but no more! ”Do the people on this island really so simple minded to enjoy this place?” She asked to said-lawyer who was walking next to her as they were getting down the stairs.
Kevin was dressed up in a black suit and tie with a blood red shirt under it. He had his usual sunglasses in front of his eyes, but no cane for today. As for Judith, she was wearing a long v-neck dress and a long necklace that was falling right over her breast. She was wearing heels the same colour of her dress, but they could barely be seen under it. That still gave her an extra inch or two, making her an elegant frightening woman. ”Haha, I am afraid the people here really do, Ma’am. The charm of the place, they say.” Kevin replied as they arrived at the bottom of the stair and headed toward one of the booth, a bit away from the bar. Surely, they would have a waitress of something coming to take their orders. They didn’t expect their customers to get up and order from the bar themselves? That was just… without taste.
[[edit: because summer can do it' i'm doing it too d< Judith's outfit!]]]

Amanda Hope O'Conner ♥ ♥ ♥ Amanda was so excited for a girl's night finally that she had spent forever on an outfit and then left early so she could be sure to make it on time. She had debated for days on three outfits, (Outfit 1, Outfit 2, Outfit 3 I had too much fun trying to come up with outfits. X) ) and finally decided on the third of her options. In a form fitting leopard print dress and spiked heels Amanda knew she would draw a bit of male attention, but she knew she was dressed to the nine's and confident in that. And although it was a planned girls night, it was New Year's too. A night for things to happen. Excited and a bit nervous Amanda parked her car near the Grindhouse and made sure her coat was tied so that the cold weather wouldn't affect her as much.
Walking carefully she made it towards the door without busting butt in the snow Amanda smiled brightly in victory and pushed the door open to go inside. As her eyes adjusted Amanda was pleased to see that she wasn't the only one early for the festivities. Spotting Celeste at the bar Amanda shrugged out of her jacket and slung it over an arm and moved towards the bar, trying not to fuss with her curly hair as she walked over. Looking around she spotted a cute blonde guy a few stool's over, along with a redhead, and some people arguing with each other quietly. Hopping up on the stool next to Celelste she smiled and said hello. "Hello there! You look so pretty! And your shoes? To die for." Smiling Amanda looked for a bartender so she could grab a drink before things started to get crazy later in the night.

The party came in.. or rather the Twins, followed by Hans and Una, followed by tits.. i mean Integra, and her boys, Walter and Pip who was a little late to his shift as bouncer. Jan was left at home with a case or several of beer, porn and video games. They really needed to do something about that bum honestly.
Walter had Integra on one arm, Una on the other. He was dressed rather nicely, of course when wasnt he?
Vlad, after the kidnappings wasnt so.. well he wasnt himself. It had taken a bit(alot) of convicing on Hansel's and Dante's end to make Vladimir venture back to the Grindhouse for this ONE occasion. And he wasnt definately uneasy. Heading to the bar, Hans kept an eye on Vlad and a hand on his shoulder to reassure the other male everything was okay.
Dante was on Vlads other side, he started ordering drinks right away. Hey it would help Vlad relax too. Vladimir didnt look on edge. No infact he just looked stoical, emotionally drained. Guilt, anger and sorrow plagued him along with the return of his nightmares he hadnt had since he was a child.
Pip left the group to take up his position as bouncer and check IDs and all that nonsense. He did at least manage to grab a beer, he'd be drinking that slowly throughout the night.
Walter took the two girls and sat down at a table with them. It felt strange for him being back here since he was fired. But he had been fired, not banned from being here. Also it was weird ordering drinks when he knew he could do it himself.. better even. Ah well it was time for someone else to be the servant tonight. Working for Gaston and co. was enough to drain even the strong.
"Guten Abend Herr Kevin." Hans called over to the booth as he was finally able to look up from his caring of Vlad and surveyed who was at the Grindhouse. He spotted Kevin immediately, all the way over there. Waved and smiled gently, before he resumed a gentle rub on Vladimir's shoulder. He had found that a gentle reassuring touch, nothing more, kept Vlad in the here and now. Without it, Vlads thoughts tended to wander to dark places. The only other time Vlad had gone through something like this was when he was traumatized as a child. Dante had to constantly reassure him through touch and bring him back to reality.. otherwise.. things got.. interesting...

Honestly, Mei had no idea why she was there. She was a fireworks person! And there were fireworks at the town square. But even though she had really enjoyed herself last year, everyone was in their individual groups, and she had really been thinking about her letter. It seemed that for the second year in a row, she was told she should make more friends. And even though she had people at work she could spend time with, she wasn't close enough to them to feel comfortable asking them to hang out outside of work, and she had gotten to the point that she was speaking to her cactus on a regular basis. And that was all she needed to go to the Grindhouse. She could handle just one drink, right?
Still, no matter how mentally prepared she was, the moment she stepped through the doors, she stopped, as if she had been frozen in place. What... what was this flashy place? All of a sudden, she felt terribly out of place, and she couldn't get her legs to move. So she continued to stand there awkwardly, just a few steps from the door, with a startled look on her face.

Ah New Years~ Such a great night for the antisocial young man. Raiden had a cigarette pursed between his lips as he entered, but then again, when didn't he. His hands were in the pockets of his little puffy jacket and he didn't have a care in the world. Well, other than the fact that he needed some alcohol. He spotted Dante almost instantly, but he knew that since Vlad's return things had been a little different. He completely understood that his brother needed his attention, so he just sat at the bar and ordered a glass of bourbon to start off the night.
While trying to keep to himself, he let the New Year's thoughts float into his mind and did some sappy little reflecting on the last year. His life was relatively without change, well aside from the completely casual fling that was going on with Dante. He had to constantly tell himself that it was all casual and that the evergrowing feels he had for the man were nothing, and the mere thought of it made him gulp down the remainder of his fresh bourbon. He quickly ordered another and tried to shift his thoughts to nicer things, such as Lucyfur and her fluffiness. It didn't feel like it was possible that a whole year had passed since the little fox had found her way into the bar. And with Raiden's third drink already down, he began to think of what he should change for the next year.
____________________________________
Crimson hadn't made time to come to the bar since the last New Year's party. So, he thought he'd make it a tradition and come for it once more. So, he passed the nice bouncer gentleman and gave him a nod as he did. He spotted a few gentleman from the Hot Spring, and Celeste and Amanda among all of the people there. But, he didn't really want to talk to anyone at the moment. He didn't want to be a bother to anyone and the tables seemed so appealing! So, he ventured to the best looking table, a nice little one with an ashtray, and sat down. He lit up a cigarette while crossing his foot to the knee of the other. He felt all dignified and fancy in his new dress clothes. The crisp clothes that had to be bought thanks to Reinbach's bonfire. Oh, how he loathed that man. But, there were more pressing matters! Like what his New Year's resolution was going to be and where was he going to get a kiss?!
____________________________________
Xeiro was overjoyed to get to have a night out on the town away from the bakery! It was very rare for those, but when they came they were amazing. Especially when he got to spend the night drinking and being merry! Boy was he good at the last part! When Mitsuke first brought up the idea of going to grindhouse, he was a bit worried. The last time he had been there he was knocked out and his lady was taken. Maybe that was the biggest part of why he wanted to go tonight. He needed to protect Bela. He'd be damned if he let her get hurt again. But, all of that needed to be pushed out of his head. It really wasn't the time for that. It was the time to be merry, goddammit!
He looked all around with the usual scan, and seeing no one of particular interest decided to pick a random table and sit. Tonight should be a good night. It was the start of a New Year and all, and he was taking some time out to spend with his sister. Hopefully she wouldn't make a giant fool out of herself like she had the last celebration... Of course, he'd be in charge of stopping her when she had too much. But, for now, there wasn't any. "Hey, Suke. How's about you go get us two of their biggest glasses filled with some good Green Fairy?" He handed her his wallet and then laced his fingers behind his head. Maybe it wasn't a good idea to give an alcoholic your wallet in a bar, but he felt too happy about tonight to even care.
____________________________________
Mitsuke's outfit~ Mitsuke loved the grindhouse! It was honestly a miracle that she hadn't been kicked out yet... But, she managed somehow and was here for another New Year's party! The atmosphere and smells and alcohol was all just soooo marvelous!!! She was even kind of excited to be spending time with her big goofy brother. It had been awhile since they actually did something together, and the fact that it was in the grindhouse just made it that much better. She followed behind me, making her little entrance feeling adorable. It wasn't long until he picked a table, and she was preparing to sit when she was handed the holy grail of all things Xeiro, his wallet. There was only one other thing he owned that he loved more, and well, that wasn't something she wanted to think about.
Her face had to have shown how truly excited she was because Xeiro began to laugh at her as she turned to run to the bar. She smiled wide to the bartender and ordered two of the biggest glasses of absinthe her brother's money could buy. Her nose was wavering over her cup as she tried not to spill any towards him. "Here we are~!" Her voice was chiming as she sat down to take the first delicious sip.

Judith, being Judith, started to judge every single person that entered the bar. Of course, every one of them was pathetic! Oh, how she missed her high ranked Politian, mobster and Nobel laureate. First of, she grouped Nanami, Mitsuki, Integra and Morgan in the same categories, that is, the fat woman with no life whatsoever who probably dropped out of high school after becoming pregnant. Remembering her meeting with Mitsuki, she probably was right. Next, she grouped Mei, River and Una as the pretty-but-oh-so-dumb girls lacking ambition. Then, it was Raiden, Xiero, Parker, Hansel, Pip and Vlad as the disgusting looking men who should just commit suicide right now for being a failure of society. Then, there was Alex in his own cathegoty: Wasted potential. The worst really. Finaly, there was Walter, Amanda and Crimson who… Seemed to be worth no killing. Yup, not counting herself and Kevin, she could only see three person in the whole place that should be given a chance to live. Not that that she wouldn’t change her mind, but there were the only one with a little shining light of hope. A very, very, very faint light.
She heard Kevin’s name coming from a few table around, and noticed a blonde man waving toward them. ”You know that moron? Seriously, where did he learn to speak English? He sounds like a cat being strangle. I can get myself understood better in Chinese here than him in English.” She criticised…. Probably the only thing she had in common with her youngest son. The hatred of thick accent. Hey, if she could learn to speak properly three languages in less than a year each and to sound perfectly fluent in them, so could others! And really, the only reason she hadn’t bothered to learn more was because she didn’t feel like it.
Kevin too a glanced in Hansel’s direction from under his sunglasses. Oh, of course, he wouldn’t have needed to do. The man’s voice, like Judith had so tactfully pointed, was very distinguishable from the rest. Kevin waved his hand in no peculiar direction. Afterall, he was supposed to be blind and it would be hard to say where Hansel was in the entire crowd. He didn’t really feel like making an effort toward the german that night. He was alright sex but… He was so … nice. There was a limit to what the man could do. ”Yes, I conned him out of about 100gran, then started sleeping with him after he believed I was straight and wanted to experiment with a friend.” He said in all honesty. He knew that no one could hear them talking, not with all the noise and them being in back of the bar.
Of course, that has Judith start laughing, which was a really rare sight. She mostly only did it when she was with her husband (whom she hadn’t seen in almost 3 years), Gladice or Kevin. She gave a ‘are you kidding me’ look to her lawyer. ”You? Straight? Glad to see you’re still as good as ever with your lies.” Not that he had even been able to fool her. Woman was unbeatable to anything she did. Odds were, she would be the first person to become immortal out of sheer will. ”Come, I need a drink.” She told him before standing up. The two of them walked toward the bar, walking on the opposite side of were Hansel was. He seemed preoccupied by giving another man a massage, anyway. Kevin placed a hand on Judith’s shoulder, flashing her a smile that she knew all too well. She rolled her eyes and kept going toward the bar, as Kevin sat down at the closest table, which was Crimson’s. ”Hello, hope you don’t mind me sitting here. Please, act like if we know each other since childhood, you would do me a great favour.” Oh yes, he totally wanted to play that game with Hansel, also why he made sure to have the German man in his line of vision, not that the other actually knew he had any vision.
As for Judith, she made her way to bar like the grown woman that she was. ”Hello, Rosewater Rickey, please. With pitted brandied cherries dusted with shugar, then sprayed with Angostura betters mixed with Lemonhart 151 rum, not the other way around. Add a little fire to ignate the rum for no less than 5.3 seconds, but no more than 5.5 seconds, trust me, I will know if you failed to do that, douse the flames with gin, rosewater and lime, in that order. Shouldn’t be too hard.” Alright, maybe there was something else she had in common with Keith. ”And a Mojito. Do it however you want, I don’t care.”

Instead of arriving early, Romane had entered the Grindhouse at exactly ten o'clock, when the listed celebration apparently was meant to start. Normally, when she arrived on time, she still among the first to be there, as she liked it, but it seemed that more of the civilians had been eager to start this particular festivity. She prevented the urge to roll her eyes as she looked over the Grindhouse, dressed in her winter uniform as anyone should expect of her. Of course everyone would be punctual to the only festival at the local strip club. She supposed she should be thankful that none of the strippers were up just yet.. Then again, both seemed to be incapacitated, what with Bela's kidnapping and Keith's sudden need of a wheelchair. She didn't know much about what attracted people to strippers, but she was pretty sure that both weren't in their best states for customers. Oh, but she could be wrong – she just hoped she wasn't. The last thing she wanted was to have to sit through some whore on stage.. Thinking of whores, Romane had glanced over at the Tepes brother, Vladimir specifically. She appeared curious for a moment, contemplating something, before she turned her blue hues onto Pip instead, a slight scowl appearing just as she went in a beeline for the man.
“Mr. Bernadetto,” She started out in a scolding tone once she was within range of him, being sure to be quick with her speech before he could manage a word in. She loathed that accent of his, truly, and she would rather not be softened due to it. She stared at the beer in his hand before looking back up at his.. eye. “I would assume that you would be more cautious in your work considering recent events that took place in this building's vicinity. Intoxicating yourself while working is not showing any positive work ethic nor would it be comforting to anyone who was affected by your negligence the previous season.” With that, she meant Vladimir, as she hadn't seen Bela yet inside the building. True, Romane had been at the Grindhouse when it had apparently happened as well, but.. She wasn't on duty at the time and was certainly too busy dealing with Kade and Eleanor.

Dante waved gently to Raiden as he spotted him near the bar. He sighed lightly, tonight he wasnt dressed in drag, though he did have mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow on. not to mention the lipstain he had on as well. Just something simple, otherwise he was wearing a pair of leather pants and a nice somewhat see thru finely mesh shirt. He had a lacey robe-jacket thing on over that.
"I am 'aving only t'is Mademoiselle i assure you. Just one. I dont tell you 'ow to do your job. And speaking of, you where t'ere too Mademoiselle." Pip said plainly with a bit of a bite in his voice. How dare she scold him. It was one freaking beer and he had only taken two sips! Pip sighed and went back to checking IDs and whatnot.
"Stop it.." Vlad shoved Hans's hand away. "Im going to the bathroom." He said gently before he finished his drink and got up.
"Ill come with." Dante said gently.
"No. ill be fine." Vlad added as he headed to the bathroom. He shut the door and leaned against the sink. A sigh escaped his lips as he frowned slightly. He didnt want to be here.. party or not. And if he saw Bela tonight.. he'd probably loose it. Just the thought of her being.. violated by those.. disgusting.. men. Vlad scowled and let out a low growl. He looked at himself in the mirror, but instead of seeing the mysterious, dark, handsome man that he was. Vlad saw a pathetic coward.
Sneering at the reflection, Vlad brought his hand back and before he knew it.. a loud crack and then shatter from the glass of the mirror was heard. His fist in the middle of the mess and bleeding.
Hans sighed as Vlad left to head to the bathroom. He debated heading after Vlad, want or not. But Kevin caught his attention. Who was Kevin talking to? Was he cheating on him? not that they were like going out or anything.... but.. still.. it. It made the German pay attention to what Kevin was doing.

Nanami was enjoying her little corner of the bar, especially now that she had a drink to keep her company~ She took a few sips here and there, when all of a sudden, she realized that the place was starting to fill up a little bit more. She glanced around the room, recognizing a few faces but with no one standing out... Oh! But there was one familiar face~ Just a little ways down on the bar. Setting her glass down on the bartop, Nanami leaned forward and waved to her employee to get his attention, just for a moment. "Raiden, happy new year," she greeted him with a wide smile before adjusting in her seat and resuming her drinking~
The arrival of some people behind her knocked Mei out of her stupor, and she just about levitated on spot as she remembered where she was and why she was there. She hurried away from the door as quickly as her little legs could carry her. Now that she wasn't in the way, she could relax. A little bit. She glanced around the room in search of a familiar face, maybe just one person she could cling to... And then she paused. She had caught sight of Dante. That man looked familiar! She couldn't remember where he was from... Maybe he had come into the clinic? Had he been sick at some point? Or maybe it was a festival! Either way, she could almost recognize him, and she was determined to figure it out. So she walked right up to him, stopped, and stared up at him intently. If only she realized what she was doing~

Dante had just finished his drink and looked away from Raiden whom he had been gently gazing at. He felt eyes upon him and with a slow turn of his head, Dante soon met Mei's gaze. "Hi... ah.. im Dante." Dante said gently. "D.. do you need something? Am i in your chair?" Dante said now nervous that the woman was staring at him. Women just didnt stare at him... usually.

Raiden was sipping his drink gingerly and puffing every so often when he noticed the subtle wave from Dante. The whole sense of it seemed rather awkward, but he waved back with a grin on his face. Hopefully Dante was aware of how rare those were for him. He turned back to his drinking when Dante's attention was dragged to his brother. Goddess knows what goes through your head when s**t like that happens to you. He didn't even know all of the details of the kidnapping just what he saw on the headlines and heard in passing. The whole thing seemed so awful. He took a large gulp, so much that he even had to shake his head to muster it down. He surely shouldn't be polluting his thoughts with such things on a night of celebration!
He heard his name from some direction and turned to see Nanami sitting by her lonesome and drinking. "Hey Nanami, happy new year." He raised his glass to her and took another small drink to reach the bottom of yet another one. Thank the goddess Zell wasn't very expensive for upkeep, he needed to drink the old year out. "How are you this fine evening?" He chuckled and sat the glass out, motioning towards the bartender. He turned slightly to be facing his boss a little better. Surely he needed to get on her good side if he hoped to keep this job much longer.

Crimson took a long drag off of his cigarette as his eyes skimmed the many bottles of liquor. He was attempting to make a decision when the man sat in the seat next to him. He listened to the man, dropping his leg back down to the ground and glanced around the room. He didn't see anyone immediately that was staring in their direction, but then again, a skim from an elderly man wouldn't show everything anyway, now would it? He then turned back to the man, "Ay, and may I inquire why, mate?" He patted the man on the back. Good ole buds did that, right?
____________________________________
Xeiro smiled at the cup placed in front of him, "That's what I'm talking about!" He took the glass into his hand and gulped a large drink down. He had to start the night off right, after all. A few seconds of thrusting his hand at Mitsuke later, he also had his wallet back. It was going to be harder than he thought to keep her under control. She even attempted to act like she had no idea what wallet he was talking about. But, he laughed it off, assuming it was a joke before it went any further. Her antics weren't going to ruin new year's for him. "So, how's life treating ya?" He knew it was extremely cliche, but something had to be said between the two of them and he hadn't gotten much of an update on her life lately. He kind of cared.

Mitsuke's outfit~
Mitsuke rolled her eyes at Xeiro and forked over the wallet. It's not like he'd ever be making a trip to the bar tonight, he needed her to do all of the dirty work. She attempted to shrug it all off and took a drink of her glass. She couldn't contain the laughing that was brought on her when he asked such a dumb question! But, there was no stupid question, right? So, she answered it. "Well, Xeiro. I go to work most days, my boss is a real d**k. But, I manage somehow. I don't have any friends at all, and spend most of my nights at my home." She placed her chin on her hand and smiled at him. She loved to be a real smartass about everything, but that was just one of the many things she acquired from him. She leaned back into her chair to take another drink and glanced around the rest of the grindhouse, "God, I hope that one whore isn't working tonight." Her lip curled up in disgust with the thought of the slutty stripper.

Oh~ Nice strong arm patting his back~ Yup, he loved that. He gave Crimson a large smile and... checked him up from under his sunglasses. Well, that was a good things about wearing sunglasses everywhere (and pretending to be blind), you could check out anyone for as long as you wanted and they would never never noticed it! "Of course you can inquire why, mate. Don't look directly, because he's looking toward us, but there's that blonde man a couple tables over? He's been...Let's say... Very clingy." Which, when one would think about it and twisted the truth a little, was exactly what Hansel was! Always asking to pick him up at his apartment and cooking his meal for him and everything like that! He was his own man with his own life! So what if he was falsely blind? That had never stopped anyone from riding a bike! "I believe he actually followed me all the way here." He did arrived after Kevin! and not that long after him...Stalker! "Don't worry, I'll make it up to you by buying your drinks all night! Small price to pay, really."

Romane's eyes didn't waver as the man bit back at her, a frown firmly in place. Of course he didn't have to tell her how to do her own job! Romane did hers much better than he could possibly hope to do his! Especially considering the people he chose to keep in company when he wasn't on duty – she wouldn't doubt he couldn't tell a criminal from a child! Not that a child couldn't be a criminal, but, that was beside the point. But.. She supposed, in the end, she wasn't capable of forcing Pip to do whatever she said. However much she had asked Alice to allow her to have security during the night, considering how crowded it certainly would be, the woman had trust in Pip's abilities. She considered at least retorting how she wasn't even on duty that night, but she thought against it as her attention was drawn elsewhere for a brief period.
“..If you are confidant you are capable of self control, then I will leave you to your post.” She turned away and headed away from him. At the least, she would get some form of warning before something major happened, even if Pip wasn't capable of stopping it himself. For now, she was drawn to the bathrooms. Not for any real reason – well, for a reason she considered to be entirely important. It was more personal fascination if anything that had her standing in front of the men's bathroom door. She paused, wondering if any of his companions would be coming to look for him, but, with a look back, she didn't see anyone with an intention to approach. So, without further thought into it, she pushed the door open and looked at the man that had caught her attention earlier. Shock at first when she saw the glass, her body tensing and a hand instinctively going to her holster. She had a thought to alert Parker, call Rachel, grab the Frenchman and tell him that he obviously had neglected the bathroom yet again, but, within the same second, she decided against it and slipped inside, shutting the door in the same motion behind her.
“..This is an interesting situation to find you in, Mr. Tepes.” The music and crowd outside the bathroom seemed to be instantly blocked out when the door clacked shut, making her voice just as easy to hear as anything. “Ms. Ladd has already dealt with her share of vandalism. I do not believe she will take kindly to – ..ah.” Her eyes had trailed over the glass indifferently, not caring if the woman who ran the whorehouse really was irritated by a new mess or not. But, her expression shifted to something more alarmed when among the glass she spotted red. “Mr. Tepes,” She ventured a step closer, her brows raising as she noted that, no, he hadn't broken the mirror with an object and, yes, that red was indeed blood. “..are you hurt?” ..Well, she couldn't be sure if it was his blood!
