Nika blinked, surprised that she thought there was some turth to it. He'd only been guessing... but wait... that meant Shiva could remember something aout her past.
'Shiva? Can you remember your past?'
It frightened him slightly. He liked being who he was... What if he suddenly grew like that and remembered things he didn't want to remember? Would he change once he knew his past?
It sounded so complicated.

SHe hesitated a few moments. *I...remember something.* She conceeded reluctantly. *Im not entirely sure what, though. More sensation than actual memory. I'm not sure, Nika. Somethings there, but not clear.*

Hands sidling beneath the straps of her backpack, Sukku looked ahead, eyes darkening slightly with a bit of hopelessness. She attempted a smile as she answered Merci, but failed quite miserably.
"Well, you see...my friend Zarien told me to come here, because he said my mum would be here - Rhiannon Everwind. I...I haven't seen her in over seven years, but I never stopped looking," she tilted her head and looked off to the side, strands of her white-gold hair brushing her cheek. "One of my faults. When all hope is lost, I still keep looking. Even the most...smallest of leads makes me happy."
She fell silent for a few moments, the sound of feet and twittering the only noises that could be heard. Her tail had fallen limp behind her, her ears gingerly pressed down. Her voice broke the thick silence she had created for herself.
"That's why I'm here. I'll only stay as long as you want me too...and I'll promise and try not to be a burden," she almost whispered, suddenly thinking these kind people would throw her off their planet; her lips fell shut, head bowing.

Io rolled her eyes as she heard Su's reply, looking back at the group and pointing to the home base. Somebody tell her that she's welcome as long as she wants, would you? I'm not good with sob stories. And Mom is home.
With that she walked faster, anticipation in her eyes at the thought of getting the chance to yell at Ice face to face. Maybe she could even get Loki to join in!

Nika nodded, but didn't say anymore. He wasn't very excited about the topic and he had a strange feeling Shiva would raher think about it then talk about it.
He walked quietly, still holding Shiva's hand as he stuck his free arm behind him, offering his hand to Bizzy who had lagged behind after he'd started talking with Shiva..
Bizzy gently took his hand and walked faster, so she could keep up with her little brother and Shiva.

Well.... damn... Seishuko thought to himself as the white one pulled out her weapon. This was not going how he wanted it. Now she thought he did something to TB. He glanced at the girl then back to Ice, trying to figure out what to do.
He made a physical sigh, his broad shoulds dropping a bit as he let out a breath of air. One problem after another. Oh well, it was better than a whole mess of people thinking he did something to his chosen.
Sei kept his eyes on Ice as he slowly moved closer, careful not to make any sudden movements. Right now she was acting like a wild, wounded animal, ready to lash out at anyone. But he was tired of carrying TB around, she was starting to get heavy on his shoulder and he was off balance.
Once he got close enough to Ice with out entering her sword range he knelt down, gently placing TB on the ground and backing away, watching the white one the whole time. He was anxious to get back to his woods and the sooner he knew Ice would take her, the better.

Ice looked at him for a second, then crouched down next to TB looking for wounds. She wasn't bleeding, but-- She reached out, touching the back ot TB's head. There was a bump. She swayed slightly, remembering that she was still holding her blade.
"I can't carry her, but maybe I can rift..." She said, looking up at the masque. "Who are you, anyways? I thought I knew all the masques... Especially ones your age."
She stopped, cursing as she realized he wouldn't be able to answer even if he wanted to, and reached forward, opening a rift. Then she stopped, her eyes sliding back into her head as she slumped forward, the rift closing before it was fully open. Ice was unconscious, the stress of rifting across the planet then trying to rift TB more then her body could handle.

... Life was just not being fair to him. He looked at the two unconscious females for a moment then sighed, again, heading towards them both. Now he had two to haul back to their camp, all because he was eager to get rid of one.
Sei knelt and picked Trin back up, draping her on his shoulder once more, then picked up Ice, draping her over the other shoulder. He frowned as he started to walk to the camp. The white one was at least twice as heavy as his chosen. He'd rather haul around logs then these two.
Then again, he would have gotten splinters from logs on top of a backache. Doing this he just got a backache.
Once Seishuko got to the edge of camp and past one of the unfenced areas, he looked around, trying to find the best way to get to their house without being seen. If the others reacted the same as Ice, he was in for double the trouble. Carefully and walked out into the open, heading as quickly as possible to the house without running.
I'm not here, they can't see me. I'm not here, they can't see me..... why couldn't I have had invisibility??? Sei mentally chanted and he neared the place and leaned his shoulder against the wall. He knew other Masque couldn't hear his mental words, less he wanted to. Much like the other non-Masque couldn't, less he really tried to. Something which he did not enjoy.
Sei opened the door of the small house, using one of his silence spells to make sure there was no noise as he did so and entered, closing the door behind him and gave a sigh of relief now that he was no longer out in the open. Course, then sigh also almost made him fall over, forgetting Ice's weight.
Readjusting her, he made his way over to a couch and laid TB on it, carefully before he started to lay Ice on the ground beside her, removing the sword. He knew it was what was doubling her weight..... but he didn't care. She was still heavier than his gaurdian.

MOM!! Io shouted, the blackness of unconsciousness hitting her hard. She turned, looking at Shiva. Mom--Ice--My gaurdian, she's-- I gotta go. With that she turned and raced towards the camp as fast as her legs could carry her. She slammed the door open, staring in shock at the man standing over Ice and TB.
What did you do to them? Who are you? I know you can understand me, so ANSWER ME!

Seishuko cursed, spinning around as he heard the door slam open, his brown eyes wide with fear. She took him by surprise, that was for sure. He should have known Io would know the moment her chosen blacked out.
He glanced at his walking stick which was near leaning against the wall near the door. It was too far away to be of any use now.
He looked back at Io, in her angry eyes, hoping no one else came with her as he tried to figure out what and how to tell her what was going on. All that he was really able to do was mentally send jumbled flashes of images. Trin falling down, the blurry image of her under a tree unmoving, then the image of Ice and her holding a weapon, followed by her on the ground near TB, also unmoving.

Merci looked over at Su and shrugged "Hey the more the merrier... there are probably a few things you should know.. first of all.. the people in masks can't talk.. they communicate through a game of charades.. you get pretty good at it after awhile.. and two.. you probably won't get your own house.. we're all pretty much bunking together... While it might seem really pretty here.. don't go wandering off by yourself.. we have several nasty creatures around here that would love to make snacks of you and anyone that might try to chase you down.." Merci paused and looked over at Cinder and then back at Su with a rather confused look on her face... "Rhiannon.. you don't mean Rhia do you... I think there was a woman by that name that Gee was talking to... rather odd looking.. wings?"
She was caught rather off guard when Io took off running toward camp. Her heart sort of jumped, Io seemed cool and collected.. something really bad would make her run.. She glanced at Cinder and then called to Fauve 'Is everything alright there hun?'
Fauve blinked at the thought coming from Merci.. the hun added to the end actually made her smile somewhat.. 'As far as I know everything is fine.. Breakfast and a bed is waiting you guys... ummm... yeah....' Fauve smirked to herself as she looked down at something she'd concocted during her cooking stint... a little of this in between someones sheets... that should liven things up around here....

Cin noticed Io taking off in a run, taking the same road as Fauve she calls to Kasai, Is everything in the camp alright?
Other then that hat thing you brought home with you stealing Mycroft, as far as I know yes. Kasai turns and heads in a new direction that hat thing sure is fast he thought. Barging forward he concentrated on the hat baby and nothing else, not realizing that he was going right toward Fauve and Merci's house their door hanging open.
Zeke was terrified, he didn't know who or what this thing chasing him was; but if he had time to stop and think he would piddle his little baby hat pants. His eyes widened and he saw a doorway ahead of him, laying open. His salvation! Gripping his new shiny in his teeth he started full speed toward the door, his small wings fluttering the entire way.
Stupid - little - hat - winged thing! Kasai starts after the hat baby once again, this time he realized he was gaining on him.
"Kasai don't you hurt that hat baby!" Startled Cin realized she had said that outloud. Blushing slightly she looked at the others. "Sorry about that, my adopted son Kasai is trying to catch up with another little one I have taken in...the masques also have a mental link with those that they have chosen to guard them." Cin said this for Su's benefit might as well give the girl some information with her outburst.
Salvation! Come on little shiny that talks, Zeke thinks. We can make it inside.
Mycroft's camera zooms this way and that, he had no idea what was going on but he knew Kasai was nearby...well he hoped he was. "Someone help me! This beast means to ruin me! Ruin, ruin!"
Kasai saw Zeke in front of him and that the hat baby was jumping up on some stairs, bracing his legs he leaps forward putting his arms out to catch the little running hat. As he lands he falls on a kitchen floor and starts sliding. Looking up he sees he is sliding directly toward Fauve! Fauve watch out!

Fauve blinked a little bit at the sound of Kasai's voice.. she had just enough time to look up and see what was about to happen when Kasai slide into her feet with enough force to knock them out from underneath her... Her arm went out to grab the counter out of instinct but instead she managed to hit the bowl of flour she had sitting there for cooking and it went spinning up into the air spreading the white powder everywhere. Enriched... white... allpurpose flour started falling like snow all across the kitchen... luckily breakfast was covered.. however everything else was not...
Fauve flipped over Kasai and landed on her butt.. sheer shock keeping her from making a peep in her mind.. the bowl flipped two more times midair before slamming down into the counter hitting the bottle of oil, cap still off... it went over sideways and hit the batter bowl spilling right into it and knocking the bowl over enough that it tilted and slide off the counter, landing face down on the front of the teenage girl...
She sat there for a moment... looked down at herself and didn't move... batter oozing down the front of Merci's shirt... flour covering her hair, floating down gently... her blue eyes travelled up to Kasai, Zeke and Mycroft.
Uriel heard the noise and got up stretching.. he came padding out of the bedroom.. he saw the scene in the kitchen and he covered his mouth starting to laugh hysterically.

Zeke was the first to recover, shooting his head up he looks around and out of shock starts to piddle his little hat baby brains out. Then he jumps out of Kasai's hands and drops Mycroft running from the scene of the crime. With nothing better to do he hops toward Uriel, he recognized that Uriel was like him; perhaps he would help him escape the monster!
"My screen is blank! I can't see...the creature has injured me beyond all repair...it is getting dark now!" Mycrofts little camera flips this way and that, trying not to fall blind.
Kasai rolls over trying to shake the flour out of his hair, then he feels the wetness on his hands and looks down. It peed on me! I can't beleive this...I am going to kill it. Then hearing Mycroft yelling Kasai looks over. Well, at least I got Mycroft back. Then Kasai saw Fauve... Fauve are you alright? Looking around he spied the sink and started trying to get to his feet, he couldn't touch Fauve like this plus it was just nasty.

Uriel scoops up Zeke and can't stop laughing.. he rubbed the other Hatchi's head reassuringly "Shhh....*giggle*... shh... it's alright..."
Fauve finally recovered herself and she let out a loud shriek that pretty much anyone could hear, sounding like she's either dying or terrified.. She starts trying to get up but the batter on the floor made it slick and she fell right back down on her butt.. she was babbling insanely not making any sense, fighting the batter she grabs the edge of the counter and gets halfway to her feet when her legs slide and she does the splits right back down on the ground again. Her eyes got wide when she felt the icky batter all over her hands and legs.. 'AAHHHH!!!!' She slid her legs back together and pulled herself upright.
Uriel hugged Zeke and doubled over laughing at the two masks scrambling all over the kitchen.
Merci heard Fauve shriek and looked up.. "Oh my goddess... FAUVE!" She didn't even eleborate.. she just took off running for camp.. terrified that Fauve was in serious danger..
