Niah got out the milk and poured some in the bowl and hten set it on the floor for the cats. Instantly they raced over and began to drink. She shook her head at their enthusiasm and got out some of the fish they loved. Setting that on the plate she put it down next to the milk then walked back to the table. "Nelphean are you alright?" She vaguely remembered him asking about a spell. "Oh the spell. I put a sleeping spell on you and Bastet. Just in case."

Nelphean noded. "Oh, stasis is fun." Nelphean laughed, not knowing how long he slept, not knowing much at the mometn at all. "Can you tell me why there is an imp on the counter?"

"Umm...I don't know." Maybe I am drunk. Or maybe Nelpheans crazy...I don't know. She tossed the bottle into the sink disgusted and got a new one. Uncorking it she got a glass and poured some. "Can I interest you in some refreshments my dear elf?"

Niah raised her eyebrows. This was a change. Usually she used her powers in secret and almost never told anyone what they were feeling. But Nelphean had asked. She was a bit afraid at first. After all she didn't usually do this kind of thing and she wasn't sure if she was drunk or not. Niah took a deep breath adn sent out her powers. She wondered how much to tell him. "Do you really want to know?"

"I think someone is playing with your powers." Nelphean said calmly. "Why do you think that I think that?" Nelphean placed a hand on Caliburn, the magical sword he recieved from the nymph in the pool at the strange temple complex by the sea.
"Iskander no die Quendi" The imp laughed.

Nelphean titled his head at the comment. "Arn't you sent by Shiz'Golith?" Nelphean asked.

Nailah narrowed her eyes and began to concentrate. She thought about all the love in the manor and focused solely on loving hte annoying creature. She pretended he was Rasui and felt her own love fill the room. She smiled happily and let teh love fill her up until she was glowing with it.

The imp keeled over, "Iskander no die Quendi", and vanished in a fume of smoke and acidic mist.
"Very keen Miss Nailah, very keen indeed." Nelphean said, as he found a seat at the table. The rantings of the fiend were not his favorite sound.

Nelphean searched the entire kitchen, and used his last detection spell... All of it... all of the alcohol was turned into water.
"This isn't my fault..." Nelphean said with a chuckle. "All of the flaming water is now flat, and the fridge is bare of all sweets and meat. What a day." The elf broke out into laughter.
Deep in the bowls of some forgotten plan, the creatures were stirring. The children had failed, and the Queen grew angry. Her patience had worn thin, and the elf was so close to her, she could smell him. His blood was going to be a tasty wine...

Elias Murieta found himself alone, deep within the darkened forest which surronded the Manor. He did regret having left Lady Naliah before he could have a chance to speak to her. A smile formed upon his face as a slight chuckle escaped his lips. "Don't think that Alex would be to happy about King Kong talking to his girl." he laughed as he made his way deeper into the forest. Elias had never taken any real time to explore this place and was curious as to what he would find. He had heard rumors that this place was rip with danger, and Elias so did enjoy danger. It was the best way to improve one's skills after all, placing yourself into a situation from which you many not return. Elias once more smiled as he made his way into the forest. "Let us travel deeper into the rabbit hole." Elias laughed as he dissapeared amongst the sea of trees.

Back at the manor it was Ling Tao, the eldest of the three girls placed under Elias's care to rise. She left her room quietly not wanting to wake the other two, Lin Tao was sore from last night's training. It seemed that her butt had grown a rather large bruise, no thanks in part to her own clumsiness when it came to using the Naginata staff. Ling Tao was as of yet the only one of the three siblings which Elias had choosen to train. At first she had been rather proud of the fact that she was the only one that Elias was trainning, that moment had long ago come and gone. The ache in her bones longed for the days when she would spend hours lounging by the castle pool, but deep in her heart Ling Tao knew that moments like that may never come. She had been thrust as a pawn of a game which she did not want to play, but her hand had been forced nonetheless. She let out a powerful sigh as she made her way into the kitchen to find something to eat.

Elias had been travelling for about thirty or so minutes when he came upon a very large cave. Since Elias had yet to explore any portion of the forest he had no idea what he was to find there, but Elias had always been a curios person. This cave was just one more place for him to explore, a sly smile spread across his face, the blue silk belt which was tied around his waist blowing silently in the wind. He unsheath the large black Naginata staff from his back and grasping it firmly in both hands made his way into the unknown depths of the cave. Elias could not help but smile, he had longed for an adventure and it seemed that he had found one.
