I know this question will sound weird. But I was looking on the main pages ov my Guilds and noticed that there were different moderators for each Guild........
How does one become a mod, and how does Gaia distribute your power? I thought Gaia would have a few mods that oversaw everything? It seems to me that maybe every Guild appoints their own moderators?

.......Oh yeah, Behemoth rules I think the Captain, that will say the creator, administrates the mods. The mods are just the same as Captain, except for ability to change the guild and create mods, I think. I'm not sure though.

Very interesting! So they are hand~picked by the Guild Leader....Then what ov the ones out in the major forums? . Are they picked by the administrators as well?

Yes, well I think. If it's a guild though, like joforyou said, the power is in the creator of the guild. I chose the moderators for this guild. =P
