*Maggie sees Luke's hesitation, but she appreciates his concern, and she nods, a grateful expression settling on her features* They've been quiet, thankfully. Mayhap 'tis a bit foolish of me, but . . . after all that's happened, I feel more hopeful about things now. If we stopped him once . . . we can do it again. *She doesn't elaborate beyond that . . . they both know what she's talking about. But she does have an air of determination about her that she didn't before*

::Lilly giggles:: The other night..Oh, yes. I have a room as well, you should see it sometime. I only saw it once but it is quite lovely..

::She grins a bit::

:::Kara steps into the position that Maggie had just retreated from. The one directly in Luke's line of vision. She looks up at him from the corner of her eye, while still adressing Maggie:::

That's good to hear... Things are going just fine in my time. Naturally.

*Maggie just nods to Kara and moves a bit further away, trying not to be too obvious about it. She has no desire to get into any sort of involved exchange with her, nor does she have any intention of interfering between her and Luke.*

*Luke blinks at the kiss on the arm from Lilly. He half-smirks, laughs a little.*

*He turns back to Maggie.* *He looks at her with just respect, wondering, just wondering how she can think - stopped him once, we'll do it again?! ... She's out of her mind. How could she---* *Luke shakes his head.* Well, we shouldn't have to wait around, wondering what's gonna happen next. We should be able to do something about it.

*Luke sees Kara straddle up to Maggie.... He leans forward, a little closer to her and smirks at her like -- C'mon, sweetheart... Cut the woman some slack...* Yeah, I bet they are. Knowing you.

:::Kara sees that Maggie has retreated in full, just as expected. She says nothing in response to Luke, but she unleashes the look. That gleam in her eye...he knows it. The one that means she wants it::::

*Cross fades in and glances abou*.... well.... certainly is crouded in here toni...da...er.. now. *he waves hello Lassies, Master luke.. *glances at kara and mutters under his breath* "The Madam"

*he then moves over to the bar and finds a bottle of rum, uncapping it and takeing a swig* ahhhh theres th'stuff.

*Maggie looks over in surprise as another familiar face appears* Oh, greetings there, Sir Cross. 'Tis been a while since I've seen ye here . . . I hope all's been well for ye?
