i have paint but it doesn't shrink the stuff i just cuts it out, and don't want that

ta-kuny i have paint but it doesn't shrink the stuff i just cuts it out, and don't want that Yes it does... Go to Image ----> Stretch/Skew ------> select a percent lower than 100 for both vertical and horizontal. You'll want to make both the same percent, or your image will be funkified gonk heart
