"Though being headless, I'm sure you would still keep up in your...pursuits. If you catch my drift." His head actually leaned into the scratch, until the word human came out of her mouth anyway. "Well...I'm not really human. I'm just training myself right now. I really look like her, but a little bigger and the like." He didn't need to lower his voice. It was always naturally at a soft comforting tone and level.

"I think I like our other form better." Sylphina whispered.
"Sylphina is a half elf, and is one of the most feared creatures in the Grey Lands. She grew up in a great forest near Necropolis." Nelphean offered as an explination of his eldest daughter.
"I am more akin to the trees and beasts, than any form of man." Her voice mimiced Eclipse's tone. "But, truly, this be a handsome form... What does Aurora think of it?"

He shrugged. "Well...I...um, I guess since basing on the way she is...that she pretty much will react the same way Nailah and Bastet did...dropping random comments and the like. Truth be told, I haven't talked to her lately...I had my feather's ruffled and put in a bad mood." He angeled his eyes to look to Nelphean. "Only half you say...may explain her ability to control herself..."

"Most elves are not as... open as father." Sylphina laughed.
"I am one of a kind, as far as I ever meet." Nelphean grined evily, " I see my daughter has a minuite fancy for ye.. Charlottin'..." Nelphean put a hand to one of his rapiers. "If their's anything I have learned in all my adventures..." He chuckled and patted Eclipse on the back. "You've had a rough night."

He rocked at little from the pat. That one always caught him off guard and messed with his balance. Stretching wings the tiniest bit he regained himself with little show of a folly. "Open is the nice way of saying it. But I would not say that rough is the word to use to describe the night...more of...trying." He chuckled then turned his look back to Sylphina. "You seem to take to your father quite well...compared to your show off of a brother."

"Five hundred years of festering rage can do that to a person. I have only know of Nel for about twenty, Taria only a handful. But Ke'Nel... Well, he had a very harsh life and he blamed it all on Nelphean. It doesn't help that the sorceress keeps whispering encouragement into his ears..." Sylphina smiled slightly, "Ke'Nel isn't evil, but has been sourly left astry. He is as harmless to us as a kitten." She frowned when she looked at Nelphean, who was just leaning against the wall.
"THe sorceress is my former imployers, Miss. Ugly-Pit fiend."she shruged.

"A woman he's not complimenting. I should be in shock...but I'm not." He shrugged. "Aurora told me the same. But he's made a bad impression upon me none the less...one doesn't get far with me threatening those I love." He crossed his arms. "And he should know better than to listen to whispers...they're so often deceiving.

"Those whispers once offered me Aurahkah on a silver plater. Of course, she keeps forgetting that isn't how I work, but hey, she tried." Nelphean said somewhat harshly.
"She kept promising me the home I always wanted with the family I never knew, just everything that you always wanted..." She paused, "Imagine for a moment, the same voice always chanting the things you want most into your ears for hundreds of years, trying to manipulate you..."
"Add several levels of devil-tongue, and a sweet voice, the sayings go streight to your brain. The trick is to not let the devil know what you want." Nelphean rested his hand ontop of a rapier. "She thinks I want women, but is it true..." Nelphean moved his head back an forthe, "Yes".
"She is always listening, waiting to learn what she can use against Nelly." Sylphina srcatched the man-wolf-shadow behind the ear again. "Sorry, I can't resist."

He smiled, eyes closing at the attention to his sensitive ears. "I don't mind at all. In fact I encourage all to treat me as they normally would. I still sit on the floor even." He then turned the slightest bit serious. "She can offer whatever she likes...but offers are often cheap and shouldn't be taken as easily. For instance as you stated about Aurahkah. Do you honestly think that she could of given her to you? And you Sylphina. A home and family, can't be given without it's problems. Believe me, I know from experience. If you two know better why doesn't Ke'Nel?"

"The sorceress was his only family for four hundred years. He probably still thinks that she isn't the fiend Nelphean has been telling us she is since we started our hunt." Sylphean looked confused, scratching the wolf's ear made her happy, but her brother made her despair.
"The Sorceress told Ke'Nel that Nelphean raped and abbandoned his mother. The soceress claims she found the poor beaten elf, laying on the barren road, and saved her from the wilds... But, she died giving birth the child."
"Ke'Nel is actually a play on 'Kill Nelphean".

"That's a horrible name for a child." He frowned and went to thinking. Though he didn't spend much time on it. "I take that he doesn't believe what you two say either. He seemed stubborn enough." He then had an idea. "He takes a liking to Aurora, maybe she can help him quiet his demons, so to speak. She can after all poke into your mind Nelphean."

"She does like him too, she thinks that he is how I would have been had I been raised by the sorceress." Nelphean chuckled at that logic. "What are you planing Sun Shadow?"
She chuckled at the nickname, "Sun Shadow, an eclipse." Sylphina mused, her father had a way with words. "He wont hurt her."

"Exactly! He won't hurt her. And we don't need him to. She simply has to get him first to see things from her perspective. Then prove that the information she is giving over is true and overrides what Ke'Nel is being told. In all sense...Aurora is the key to the door between Ke'Nel and everything he needs to know that's the truth."

"I left her in front of the fireplace sleeping last time I checked. I'm sure she'd help out if you asked her to do Nelphean." He nodded, happy with his little idea and swished his tail in reflection of the mood.
