"Okay, okay. But really you told me not to do something.... since when have I not tired to do what ever it was I wasn't suppose to do?" Carrie smiled and held out her palm, a small flame appearing.

Demitry wasn't afraid of a little flame. He licked his fingers and closed them around the flame, extinquishing it. "Please Carrie. Do not push me."

Demitry rose a brow. Yeah right. He sighed as he closed his eyes. "I will show you it as long as you promise me two things. First, never tell anyone. No one. Not even Tommy or you grandmother or Aysel. Second, never speak of it again after we leave the room."

Demitry waltzed across the living room and up the stairs. he led her to the first door and shook his head. "My room. he then stood before the second and paused.

Aysel sat up and slid off the bed. She walked out of the room and around the house, keeping out of the rooms, just in case. It was dark so she couldn't see much.

Demitry opened the door and grabbed Carrie's arm. he quickly pushed her into the room and closed the door behind them. He stood and made sure the door was closed then walked into the middle of the room. "Nothin, right?"
He closed his eyes and put his hands out in front of him. It an instant a light flashed and illuminated the room. On the walls hung shelves of books, tapestries, picture, and other images. Demitry stared at his feet.

Aysel heard the door slam ahead of her and just continued walking. Part of her just wanted to continue her walk, while the other part wanted to find out what was in that room, the reason for the slam. She tried to keep her mind off of it. She made it to the first floor, nearly bumping into the piano. She trailed her hand over the keys silently, her eyes changing a soft blue in the darkness as she thought about her childhood. Dad played the piano a lot, offering to teach me many times. I alswys said 'no' since it seemed too hard for me. I played our piano the day before i left, making my father smile, swearing that i saw his eyes turn the same shade of blue that mine did when i was truely happy. Maybe i can try and see if i can play again She played a couple notes with one hand, slowly sitting on the bench and pl;aying with the other hand. Her song was melancholy, flowing sorrow throughout the room.
