Godric stood up to his full height, a sight that many average beings would find intimidating. At full height he was a little taller than seven feet, but his muscle made him seem a little bulkier. He flashed his sharp teeth at her before he continued the conversation. "I can't guarantee that you know, but then again, I can't guarantee that you don't know either."
A quick flick of the wrist occured, and a razor-sharp longsword appeared in the demon's right hand. The blade fluttered just slightly above this shard holder's head, as if Godric were debating hacking it off at this very moment. "Talk, or prepare to defend yourself," he declared. If she were perceptive enough to look at his feet at that moment, she would notive all vegetation about him dying off at a rapid rate. His anger caused him to absorb more energy from the earth and more material to decay.

She didn't need look above her to know his blade was just inches from her. She could feel it from the winds movements around her body and frowned bitterly as she moved out of the way and stood up, though she was much smaller than himself and seemed unphasd by his height and simply snickered at him.
"My, My such a temper you have. You really don't have any social skills at all do you?"
Taking not that she was not going to get any rest, and though she really didn't care about any of the other shard holders she would not allow herself to intimidated by some bossy, ignorant man...there was just no way.
"You ain't getting anything from me..no matter how strong you feel you are"
She moved her hands to her side where her daggers were kept and slid her fingers along their cool metalic surface as her gaze moved to the floor and watched as the plant life started to die around him. Rin gave a sly smile, well if the earth dies what does it matter, it wouldn't affect her in any way posible.

Godric could tell just by the way that this elementalist stood that this would be a short fight. "You fight not a man, but a demon," was all he uttered before he charged at her with amazing speed and force, sideswiping his longsword at her from the right.
He anticipated a dodge to the left or a duck from his foe, and he readied his opposite hand for another attack to use right after her move.

She ducked out of the way of his attack but wasted no time in reacting as she quickly srpung to her feet again, grabbing the daggers as she did so swinging them round at full pace towards his neck. People often underestimated her, and it worked to her advantage for she often caught them off guard and how she did enjoy watching their puzzled faces as she finished them off...this battler would be the same.

Godric saw the attack, he hadn't expected such a fast reaction strike, but it wouldn't matter. He released the power of his aura, which this foe would soon realize held more power than she could fathom. There were few materials known to man capable of standing against Godric, and the list was one that had been written in his notebook, now lost to him.
The blades struck Godric's skin around his neck, causing a slight trickle of greenish blood to run down onto his clothes and the blades. Godric grinned though, much damage would be done, and would continue so long as he kept his aura extended. "I would look at your blades very carefully, young one, before I tried that again." And with that, Godric laughed as he pulled a dark colored warhammer from his coat and held it in his other hand. The decay ability causes plants to wilt, wood to rot, metal to rust, and many other things to break. No standard weapon can stand against me.

She blinked as she looked at the edges of her blades, they were beggining to rust. The edged were starting to turn a rustic colour and they would do no damage what so ever in that condition and if thats what happened to alll weapons then she would have to rely purely upon her powers.
This is not good...but if i could just get close enough without actually getting injured so badly i could freeze him from inside to out
That was her plan now, though it be quick and hse hadn't planned much further she would just have to trust her instincts to guide her.
Snickering she freed one hand of a blade and rose it to the rather small cut on his neck, it may have been small but it was enough to enable her to start the freeze. Her hand hovered just above it as she whispered "Crystal". A pale blue seemed to glow as small flakes left her hand landing on his neck, these flakes were not slow to react at, in fact they were quite quick at thier job.

Godric frowned, he knew that this elementalist had something up her sleeve now. It appeared that she realized attacking him head on was foolish, so she was going to rely on her powers. That suited him just fine. Whatever attack she had planned, he would just send right back at her. He opened his mouth, and a bolt of energy erupted from it. Forceful Bargaining: Decay for Crystal.
The bolt sailed towards the ice elementalist. Godric had yet to test his new attack, and this was a good test run.
((Quick explanation of that attack. It is almost like a temporary attack trade. One of my powers becomes temporarily useless but becomes available to you, but one of your powers becomes temporarily useless, but available to me. This effect only will last for about 15 seconds of combat since Godric has only recently developed it.))

Still in his owl form, he flew over the battle, trying to be as silent as possible. He knew the creature was searching for him, and he would not allow this being to attack the girl for want of him. Without wasting a second he dove into the forest and quickly shifted to human before reaching the ground. He rolled to break his fall and came up with a his kamas ready. Both blades were glowing with a charged energy.
"Have at thee beast!" he exclaimed while making a swfit tossing motion with his arms, energy version of his weapons flew towards the demon.
((That was a slight varation of my characters Shotgun PSI attack don't work based off of my old profile..I ahve to try and get the new one up)

Rin blinked as she realised her own power was no longer at her control. She didn't understand this at all, what had just happened? She couldn't afford to loose her powers seeing as her weapons were obviously useless, but stealing her powers just left to be a sitting target. Rin gritted her teeth at this thought, it was something she was not used to and did not want to become used to it either.
"What The hell did you just do?"
But she wasn't given time to figure out as the animal shard holder had appeared behind, such great timing....
She sighed bitterly and turned to face him and darted him an angry glare as she thought of her next attack.
"Why are you here? you should have stayed hidden"

((Not quite right Magus, but close. I have to activate your attack before you get hit by it, but your current attack would cease to function as you no longer had control over it. And decay doesn't give you the energy from what you are decaying, that is lost energy. I needed to come up with some kind of limit for that power. However, when I use wilt in conjunction with decay I can kill plant life and gain the energy. It is complicated. You might want to change your actions around a little bit, but since Spyder came by, I can concentrate this post more on him.))
Godric felt the influx of energy, a new ice attack was available to him, but he wasn't sure exactly what it would do as he didn't wait to see. He'd have to try it out, since he had only heard the elementalist cry out the spell name. He heard the other elementalist scream a battle cry and he turned to face him, this was exactly what he had hoped would happen. However, turning to face this elementalist, he was shocked to see what appeared to be incorpreal weapons flying in his direction. He knew better than to attempt a block of this, so he got low to the ground and rolled toward the elementalist, hoping this evasive manuver would avoid the attack.
When he finished his roll, he shouted the name of the spell, and tried to use it, already he was beginning to feel it slip from his memory. "Crystal!" Now, snowy ice rained from his fingertips, it seemed that the demon energy within him also increased the power of this spell. He grinned as he waited to see what this spell would do.

Suddenly Rins eyes opened wide as she watched her own attack being used. It seemed so much more firceful than she herself ahd ever gotteen it to be and if her own power could freeze someone almost instantly she dreaded to think just how quick this would react and if it was strong enough to actually kill.
"You stole my power...you not with your own power or something demon?"
She growled bitterly as she raced forward to knock the animal shard holder out the way of his crystal attack.

Godric grinned and laughed as he saw the ice crystals already clinging to the shard holder and he heard the ice elementalist's cry. "My powers consist of the power to drain and destroy. Everything of this planet I touch decays, all of Gaia offers its energy to me, why shouldn't the people do so as well?" Godric didn't want to let them know that his forceful bargaining was far more draining than any other attack he had ever used, but he was quickly recovering from the flow of energy into his body from the earth below his feet. He redoubled his crystal spell efforts, hoping to get as much out of the spell before he lost knowledge of it and his foe held it once again.

She looked bitterly at the ice crystals forming on and frowned. It was working much quicker with him than it ever did with her. It would have required a lot f energy for Rin to even get up to that level, so much so that she would probably knock herself out but this demon seemed to be able to use it without draining his own energy so it seemed anyway.
What now?...i have no idea for how long he'll have my own power for and no weapons can really hurt him so what now?
((hey Geo does this mean that Rin has the power of decay then?))

((Yes, if you so wished, you could use Godric's decay ability as if it were your own, but not for much longer. In the next post, I am going to have the switch be made again. I want to wait for Spyder's action before I make my post though...))

Rin hadn't spotted this yet but the plant life from where she stood was withering and decaying around her feet and it wasn't until she was stumped as to what to do net that she even glanced at the ground spotting that she was somehow killing the plants.
At first she was confused as to how this happened, but then it clicked, he must have swapped powers with her. Making her unable to use Crystal bu in return she cot his ability to decay plants around her...this could prove useful to her.
If he drew his power from the earth then she could at least slow him down and make his crystal attack that little bit weaker, but it would take a bit of energy in doing so.
Oh what the hell, if it helps me to survive hat do i care
A sly grin appeared on her pale face as she concentrated on killing the plant life, the grass, leaves and flowers that lay nearby. Slowly they started to wither and die, hopefully making his attack weaker.
