i watched fushigi yuugi when i was like 6 or 7 years old but i couldnt
really get the story back then but when i watched it again the whole
story was completely clear to me! i actually thought that nuriko and
chiriko were girls when i was little so they became my fav characters
that time.

There's a movie? What's it called? Is it Oni and Enkoden? Chi-chan_1985 does it give a tv serie of fushigi yuugi???? i know that an movie exist ...

I liked Fushigi Yuugi for its creativity, interweving of many life ideas, and sometimes mystery. But I wondered if sometimes it became a bit repetive (I hated the recaps in the beginning), and ending with Miaka kidnapped.. I wish she would have fought back more for herself on her own and well..

O.o fushigi yugi is amazing =n.n= i just finished reading the entire series a few weeks ago... i think it really should have ended at volume 13 tho. that ending would have been perfect. 3nodding

Got ALL the Fushigi Yugi mangas 1-18 (that is all of them right)
LOVE VOL 10 because Amiboshi is in it ^o^
Not a bad ending.

Fushigi Yuugi was the first manga I read, and after buying the first manga I was hooked! It was funny and heartwarming... and later sad, it's just fantastic! Now I'm on mange 12 of Ceres and reading Genbu Kaiden too, but Fushigi Yuugi will always be my favorite!

I love fushigi yugi! I first started reading it a few years ago when my friends kept on teasing me during lunch time and calling me Miaka, and when I first red it I didn't like her because she got Tamahome... But then I got obseesed with it because of him! I have all the mangas and seen the whole series on youtube.com

Since I read this manga first, I think it will always be my favorite. The art is done explicably and very charming. Especially Tasuki. mrgreen
