Deidra smirked as she took a bite of her waffles and shook her head. She wswallowed and laughed. "But I got here first, so deal with it." She grinned and grabbed one of the pitchers that appeared and poured herself some orange juice.

Deidra coughed back a laugh and passed the desired pitcher over. "So...what's on the schedule for today?"

She shrugged and snagged a slice of bacon from a nearby plate and munched on it as she thought the day over. "Hmm..."

"You could say that," he said with a slight smirk on his face as they reached her locker.

Reaching over he took the backpack from her and slung it over his shoulder. Wrapping his free arm around her he pulled her against him kissing her temple. "All depends, btu I bet your curiousity will win out by the end of the day." Sage grinned down at her giving her a gentle squeeze.

"I hope you do know, there is supposed to be no public displays of affection in the hallways..." Dawn came up behind Genju and looked pointedly at Sage and Alex. She rolled her eyes, then happened to glance at Genju and stopped as she was about to say something. "Kitsune.." she muttered darkly before walking off.

Dawn hurried out of sight around the corner and headed for the teachers breakroom. Once inside, she took a seat in the corner. None of the teachers minded her in here since she had helped them in class discussions and hall monitor duties, not to mention the fact she kissed their asses once in a while. Fortunately, the room was empty and she breathed a sigh of relief. She took out her cell and speed dialed a certain number.

Back at the castle, Deidra's eyes widened and she reached for something among the plates on the table and picked up a cell and pressed a small button on the side. "What do you want?" she muttered. "I'm having breakfast with Tasuki."

"Well, it's not to see you in class too." Dawn's voice rang out clearly, coated in disapproval. "Well, in case this might interest you, your old buddy is now attending our school." She paused as if thinking about the name. "Kumori."

"Genju?!" Deidra shrieked and stood up, not caring if she nearly spilled her orange juice over the table cloth. "He's at our school?" She grinned at the prospect of a meeting with her old friend.

"And no thinking about causing mischief with him." Dawn warned, breaking through Deidra's thoughts. "I still clearly remember the birthday party you when you two nearly got yourselves killed by that harpy you 'accidently' summoned. It took us nearly two hours to catch the damn thing and send it back."


Deidra's entire form shook with suppressed laughter and she cleared her throat to speak again. "Ah, such fine memories." Then she gave in and broke into a fit of giggles.

Dawn merely made a growling sound and the phone line went dead.
